Hello, I have added a price table in custom content as HTML, and I have added the CSS code under form settings CSS rules, but the design is not being applied. What am I doing wrong? Thank u!

Hello, The default styles are probably overridden by the form styles. It would require to create new css rules to force them to replace the default form styles. Feel free to contact me form the support page by using the account that has support rights, I will check it .

hello team! We want to use this plugin with a theme that builds the homepage with some kind of "modules", like elements you fill with other things. The shortcode works fine in regular pages, but the shortcode does nothing when inserted into this modules. Any idea about how to solve this? thank you.

Double Opt-In also A mail confirmation. I want to apply this before last step also the person will select everything then the before final cost page the user needs to confirm his or her mail to see the last step also final cost. Ah ok, I see. There is no direct option to do that currently, but it can be done by modifying a bit the customer account system, to create automatically a customer account and send the password to the user when his email isn't registered yet. So he will me forced to fill the received password in the form to submit it. Feel free to contact me from the support page so that we talk about it .

Hi loopus, quick question, I'm looking for a plugin that allows for slider value to control checkboxes in the list. Meaning that different number value of the slider will check/uncheck the list items. Like options included in package when you select the price you are willing to pay. Is something like this possible with your product?

Hello, quick question - one of my older sites has E&P installed with the option to choose what the progress bar displays e.g steps,pricing. my new site for some reason hasnt got that option anymore? where can i change it from Price to Steps? thank you

This is a presale question. I want to create a form for people to buy movie tickets for a local cinema. I have created a custom post type and i have used acf fields for the Movie post type and i want to retrieve some data from the acf fields. For example i want a select field to be populated with the custom post type title, an other select field to be populated by some values of an entire field group. In the end i need to create a pdf with a qr code, so it will be unique to check ticket validation. Is that possible?

Hello, I used this plugin and to create a form by the visual builder, and I duplicate the form for another pages, I find that the content in each steps is missing, I can only see them when I turn off the visual builder. However, If I turn off the visual builder, the position of each field will be different, and I cannnot use the visual builder to adjust it again because the content is missing, may I know how to deal with this issue?

Hello, Yes it does. It can also make an immediate Paypal payment and start a Paypal subscription at same time (the total can be $100 + $10/month for example). By doing that, the single amount is paid immediately and the subscription starts on the next month (or the next week, or year, depending on the chosen frequency).

Hi. Is there a way to make changes to "startInfos" that applies only after the first step after the start screen with CSS? I know how to change it "globaly" but that way it changes during all form steps. I want to change the size of the IntroImage, MainFormTitle, and the text (p) because I would like it to take up less space at the top. Am I clear what I want to accomplish?

Hello. Maybe you could help me with some small thing. I have in »form settings – general«, an order prefix ZZ00 , so when I send out a form I have code [ref] where that oreder number apperas. So... ZZ0001 ZZ0002 etc. Is there any chance to put something else instead of [ref] , so only consecutive number will be in the form sent via email, without letters? So, instead ZZ0001, it should be only 01 Thank you for help.

Hello, No, sorry, there is no specific option to do that. You can leave the order reference prefix empty to show only the consecutive numbers, but it can't display a ref different than the real order one in the email content. It should require to customize the code of the plugin.

Hi ! We upgraded PHP to version 8.0, and since that, your plugin is not working -> not sending emails and keep locked at the last step (loading icon) without saving anything. Your plugin is not compatible with PHP 8 ?

Hello, Pre-sale question, have maybe plugin feature like to auto put details in some fields from URL? Example user visit page where is FORM domain.com/?name=Test?surname=123 and in fields "Name" "Surname" automatically put that data "Test" "123" ?

Hi, I try to have the "date field" in the good format (french format for the date), but the plugin never change the date format (still anytime : MM/DD/YYYY, but I want DD/MM/YYYY). Do you know how to fix that bug ? Thanks for your help!

to give more information : I had set "fr" in general parameters for date, and also set the good date format in the general setting of Wordpress. But this not change anything regarding your plugin.

Hi, thanks for your reply. As you know, my "support period" is expired. But when I used at first time your plugin before, we had the exact same issue with date picker that never change of format. So this is not really a "support", but I think a bug that still on your plugin. No matter what we do, the date picker stay always on format MM/DD/YYYY. I think this is a "cache" issue (because I saw that the plugin keep in cache lot of things). Maybe do you just know how to really "clear" the plugin cache ? Because we don't see any options for that.

The plugin normally supports french date format without problem. There is probably a conflict somewhere. You can renew your support rights if you need support from an author on Codecanyon.

If not is there way to add header bar or soemthing with logo so that if member wants to go back to main website they click that? 2. Thank you for the review ! 1. There is no specific option to do that. But if needed you add custom html code in the "Introduction title" field . 2. The "Images size" option in the Design tab of the form settings panel allows you to change their size 3. The forms are normally already fully responsive. 4. You need to edit the target step and click the "Step settings" button in the step editor toolbar to modify its title . Hey @loopus, FYI only, your current version 10.1.59 is not sending signatures on email and discount coupon code only applies to one time payment, but not to subscriptions. We are working around that, but though we might let you know. Thanks for an awesome plugin! We are really doing a lot with it.

It's me again. I had enabled Stripe and PayPal in the form, but now the customer wants to "add to cart" in WooCommerce instead. I disabled Stripe and PayPal in the form, but it's not adding the product to the cart. Have I done something wrong or overlooked a setting? Great and smart plugin! My question is: In my case, we are using your form to calculate customer's old phone condition, and we use the price to buy it from the customer. So in my case, options are reducing the basic price. (for example if battery is wrong, we reducing the basic price with 20%) we have lot of questions, and questions has a % value which reduces the price. the percents are between 15 - 75% Is it possible to reduce the total price only with the highest chosen percent? so if the customer selected a 15% reduce and for example a 75% reduce, calculate only with the 75% value to reduce the total price?

Yes, here is a way to do that : Create a form variable "discount" On each item that can reduce the price, use the "Modify a variable" option to set the wanted amount to the variable "discount", only if its value is inferior to the wanted amount. Apparently I had a plugin active called Contact Form 7 Domain Blacklist which was loading an "old version of bootstrap library". Why do I receive email as a costumer or admin but no both? I already tried in many ways and doesn't work. It's been so frustrating setting up the plugin. You really need to improve the documentation.

Hello, Both admin and customer normally receive the email, there is probably a problem in your email content, this has nothing to do with the documentation. You could have simply contacted me through the support page if you needed help, I would have debugged that.

Hi, Does the dropdown list have a placeholder option? Without this it seems "selection required" is worthless as the default option becomes the selection.

Hi, I have just purchased your plugin and have authorised it on my site already; is it possible for me to use it on my desktop / localhost for testing purpose and learning, so then I can copy my settings on the live site? I usually do that with plugins so I can my database lean... Thank you

Hello, Yes, you can install it on localhost then transfer your forms data on the final website by using the import/export tool of the plugin .

Hi there, Thank you - ok will do, I spend some time on it last night and learnt a lot (it was worth it ;)), I got lost at some stage with the CSS options... So, is it the right thing to do to click on 'Edit the CSS Code' and 'Save' every time you tweak something in the form designer? Then it looked like I had some duplicates as I was changing parameter, are we supposed to delete over entries?

Hello, No, you only need to save the modifications. Editing the generated rules is useful to add the "!important" tag when a style isn't correctly applied (because another rule overrides it) .

Hi again, Haven't to work on the form since I came here, but one thing I remembered is that there was duplicates for the same parameters in the 'Edit CSS Code as I was saving different values - is this normal behaviour?

Hello.Yes, currently the Form Designer tool adds new rules at bottom of the Generated css lines, it does not reinterpret previous css rules generated.

Hi, I´m working in a project that calculate the service cost based on total hours needed multiplied by hourly rate. The hourly rate is variable based on the region that the customer is based. Can we have a first step asking for the region, collect all the information to calculate total hours needed and then multiply the hours by the hourly rate (or as we collet the information we calculate the price per item) based on the selection in the first step? I believe that a variable can work, right? Beyond that, I understand that it´s possible to hide the price and send only via e-mail, right? Thank you!

Hi, How can I change the colors to the Stripe payment form? Mainly the background and text colors. Also, I couldn't use the modal forms. I tried on different ways and I couldn't figure it out. Thank you!

Hello, 1. It automatically uses the colors configured in the "Colors" tab of the form settings panel. If needed, you can use this css rule in the "Custom CSS" form option to modify these styles: body #lfb_form.lfb_bootstraped[data-form] .modal .modal-content .modal .modal-content { background-color: #34495e; /* Background color */ color: #fff; /* texts color */ } 2. You can fill the same value in the "Radio group" option of your step items, so the selected button will be automatically unselected when another item will be clicked.

Hello, Yes, there are options that allow you to send the wanted values as GET parameters of the form to the page defined as final redirection. There is also an option that allows you to directly send the form values to Zapier.

Hello, Is there a way to pass the order value to the final page customers being directed to? I am trying to track conversion values on google ads but since it is not showing the total amount paid in the final page, I am not able to track conversion values. Trying to find a way to show the total amount customers paid in the final page. Thanks!

Hello, Yes, you can use the "Send values as GET variables" form option to do that. For example, you can create an hidden & preselected checkbox "Total" in the last step, enable its "Don't add price to total" option and apply it this calculation : [price] = [total] . Then enable its "Send as variable" option to send its price to the page defined as final redirection.

Hey there! I'm adding a calendar to my form so customers can book services. Same day is too short notice to book, but starting the next day at the very first available hour (which is set to 8am) is fine. When setting the "start date after X days" option, it disables the current day from the booking calendar as intended, but it also disables the first few hours of the next day as well. Any idea why this might be happening? Thanks! Update: The hours disabled change based on the time of day. As of now, 4 PM, no times are available tomorrow. So it seems like it's based on 24 hours as opposed to limiting it based on a calendar day. Is there anyway to simply disable same day booking?

Hi, Is there any way I can show 2 different totals and choose one of them to keep on the process? I'm setting a transportation service and I need something like: A. One Way $100 B. Round Trip $150 Afterward, I need to add more services also. I tried to use something like [total1] and [total2] but it didn't work out. I also tried to use something like [price1] and [price2] but it didn't work out either. Hope this is clear enough so you can answer my question. You have a very nice product btw. Thank you!

Hello, No, there is only one total price in the form. But you can use form variables to calculate different amount, then use them in your prices calculations.
