hi there, I think there was some kind of update with tokenization on stripe api. All was working fine but now when I check stripe account request it returns code below. After that it does not process payment because its says its unsafe. It goes over ssl. Any ideas what to look for, please? Hi, I bought this plugin long ago, but I actually never used it. Now I need something like this, to accept payments through stripe. I hope you can help me with this question. Can you tell if the Stripe Gateway sends the URL information of the website to Stripe in this plugin, so Stripe actually knows where the payments come from?. The problem is that one of the words of my website is an adult word, and I'm a bit scared that Stripe flags me for inappropriate content (Paypal did that to me). Maybe The Stripe API only passes the vendor codes. I know it is a strange question, I hope you can enlighten me a bit.

Hello, I've seen where you have tried to answer this same question multiple times and I apologize but I don't understand the last part. I'm trying to redirect the form to the cart. I found where you redirect but then you say: "Only wooproducts assigned to the selected items can be added added to the cart (with the order reference as attribute) . The full order informations are sent to the admin by email at end of the form." ........The end of my form takes me to the cart option but nothing shows up. What do you mean by order reference as attribute?How do I connect certain forms with certain products?

I did assign a product and clicked on add to Woocart and after filling out the form as a pretend customer, it takes you to the cart but the cart shows empty, no details, no products, nothing.

Hi, I can't get the plugin to work as I expect. Here is my scenario. I have my first step with 6 main options, and each options leads to fields related to a specific service.The problem is that there seems to be no way, in the case where you selected 2 or more services, to fill the details for one and then move on to the other until you've filed all the fields. Well, I just tested, and actually this doesn't seem to work if, let's say, between service 1 and service 2 you have sub-services 1.1 and 1.2. If you place them as you said (1, then 1.1, then 1.2, then 2), then you get the final step directly after service 1.1 instead of going to service 2.

At first I found a solution for my problem. if([item-1_quantity] But my next problem is, when I go from 0 to 24 total bar in bottom is adding 135. 1 135 2 270 3 405 ...... and so on until 24 and when I hit 25 it starts at 135 again and all is good after 25 :) is there anything I have missed. I could mention I use number field as input. And What I would like is.. 1 to 25 it stays at 135 and first at 26 it adds 5 to 135

Thx. I have a window cleaning company, and customer can calculate their price via my webpage, I have 3 size's with 3 different price's, they can input how many of one size and so on. Plus my base price is 135 and that counts for 16 windows in total, and when they add more than 16 in any size the price will increase. there is a mistake was found. if i have two fields: select field for a few options and prices and slider calculating the total price as a price of the option's price*number the slider chooses then the total price will be okay. BUT if I have a number in the slider and got the total price, then changed the option in the select field the total price won't update!!! It will be updated if I change it again or move slider's pointer. hopefully you can fix it :)

For the import test I did, I might not have been using the same version: I was just trying to import the demos you provided within the download file from themeforest... As for the export test, I am just trying to export a test form I did, and it gets stuck as you can see on the provided link above... so there is only one website and one plugin version involved...and its the latest version: 9.639 Thanks!

First of all, thanks for the fast response. We want to change the openingshours on monday form 13:00 hours and tuesday 10:00 hours. is this possible?

We have 10 locations, and every location has different opening times for each day of the week. We now created different calenders for every location. We can change the opening hours for each week but not for each day. At the end of the form the costumer can make a choise wich location they would like to use. I made a condition when they choose location "1" than the form shows the date picker wich is linked to the calender of that location. is it possible to create different opening times for different days?

Hi there, I am thinking of doing an air conditioning budget calculator for a client. Essentially price selection will be like this: http://www.needhamair.com.au/residential-ducted-air-conditioning/quick-budget-pricing/ where number of rooms and what type of rooms can be selected. So a more sophisticated version if the example above in calculator form. Clients populate the calculator via the drop downs and their requirements. Along with price, once completed, it pops up the plan associated with that requirement/budget/selection criteria, one room coloured in (Signifying the area to be cooled) or multiple rooms coloured, if a ducted system. Would this be possible with this plugin?

Hi there, Just purchased the plugin and having a bunch of problems. Let me put it down here: 1. After setting up a estimation form, when I click on "preview" or even publish and "view" the form, nothing shows up beyond the start screen. I click on "get started" button and I see a white screen of death. 2. The biggest problem from the earlier output is that it messes up my homepage completely. Each time the plugin runs, it seems to generate fatal code that kills the home page design completely. I bought this plugin since it was recommended by Elegant Themes. I use Divi, and now having issues because of this. Kindly help. I'm available for screen conference if you need.

Hello, You are not able to receive the data from third party form to cost estimation form. You can send only your cost estimation form data to gravity form. After using the Zapier with gravity form, you can do multitask for this data.

Hello, You have to prchase the Gravity form plugin and install it. After one option will display at last step tab of form setting. This option will ask to send the form data to Gravity form and skip the cost estimation last step. You can use the Zapier add-on of Gravity form for multitasking of this data.

hello, how can you create a field calculation that would be work out a percentage markup. i.e Field 1 number box = QTY: 10 @ £100each = £1000 Field 2 number box (input a variable number to be used as a percentage here so a user can select profit margin) with the value of this field to be used as quantity. i.e 20 (20% profit) and ideally show this as a price too, so £200 in this case. Field 3 would be a dynamic output of Field 1 price x Field 2 pecentage? (so should display as total price: £1200.

How do we add a percentage total cost based on the users selection? We've set up an item with the quantity between 100 - 50000 and each quantity has a value of £1. So let's say the user selects 1000, we then need the system to provide the total cost as 18% of this figure, which would be £180. Any ideas? Thanks

Yes I saw that, but I must check my price calculations and what your system can to do. My calculating is confused a little bit and your backend video is not enough to understand everything. You can create a demo for backend I think, I think a lot of people need it ? If you can do that, I can try and I can buy after that. But if not, this is risk for me, because I do not want to pay any cost to this a plugin if I do not use it.

How would I format the pricing condition for the following circumstances?: For quantity on an item from 1 to 10 I want the price to be $69 total. (Customer buys 5 = $69, customer buys 4 = $69 total or customer buys 3 also = $69). Then for any quantity great than 10 the cost per item is $2 plus $69. So for example, quantity 11 would = $71, 12 = $73, 13 = $75 etc. Thank you!

We offer services with fixed price so when a user clicks order on the landing page he must go to the estimation form where he can add aditional services but on top of the basic prices. For example, we offer design for 50$ but the user can add oder additonal services like furniture, plates, forks and so the estimation has to start from 50$ and show at the end the total price with additional services. 2. Can the form start with entering as first step name, email an phone? From your presentation it looks like this information has to be entered at the ned. 3. If a user chooses an additional service and at the end of the form bedore confirming can he change his choices? 4. When selecting an additional service can the form show more complex options than a simple icon? For example something like a pricing table with text, checkmarks and so on? 5. One more question - I really like this plugin, and the functionality. Is it possible to turn off the animations to make this feel faster? And to adjust animations? It just feels clunky. And for the sliders, is it possible to have a number showing permanently above it, rather then just when it is being dragged?
