hello I have a form with data-fields for upload some fotos. Test's with Android are fine. all fotos are uploaded and have diffrent file names. I have test the same with iOS (iPad/iPhone). The problem is that the files have the same name (image.jpg). Furthermore, in the ftp direcotry i have only one file, also call image.jpg. Have you got any ideas to this issue? Regards

Hiya I have a pre-sales question I am wanting to use this as a quiz type plugin, where The user would be asked which features they want, and then once completed it would then show a list of the recommended products to them. Is that possible with this product? I can give you and example if you need one.
Hello, Yes it is possible to that by using the visibility conditional system . You can choose to show some specific items in the last step, depending on the filled values in the form .

Hi When I set the payment to be either a flat fee or % of the overall figure, it doesn't seem to show anywhere on the summary or indicate this in the due amount. How I want the form to work, is to take a deposit, with the remaining balance payable in 8 weeks.
Hello, This option only changes the paid amount, it doesn't show specific text . You can use a "Rich text" item to show the wanted text in the last step of the form. It is also possible to create an hidden & preselected checkbox and use its custom calculation option to calculate the final amount (you will need to enable its option "Don't add price to total"). This value will be displayed in the final summary, and can also be displayed in a custom text, by using the option "Get the value of a field" on a rich text item .
Ok cool, that works. Is there any way to have the deposit have 2 prices, dependant on a calculation? So deposit X for a certain setting and deposit Y for another.
No, sorry, currently the amount (fixed or percentage) of the total price to pay is directly defined from the settings of the form.
No worries. Probably a very basic question here, what would the structure look like for adding together 3 different values to display the combined figure in a rich text field?
The way to do that is to create an hidden & preselected checkbox that applies the wanted calculation (eg. [item-1_value] + [item-2_value] + [item-3_value] ), then use the button "Get the value of a field" to show its price (the result of the calculation) in the custom text .

The problem comes from this css rule : html { ... overflow-y: scroll!important; } It comes from this file : https://www.6cmarketing.com/wp-content/themes/cortex/assets/css/modules.min.css The css tag "important" used in this rule prevents the plugin from hiding the scrollbar of the page when the form is opened in popup. It should be removed to avoid it .

My hosting company have confirmed that my website is being hacked by exploiting vulnerabilities in the plugin WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder. Despite the updates from you guys they have advised me to remove the plugin immediately - I though this issue was resolved?
Hello, Please apply the last automatic update (9.665) from the wordpress plugins panel. This issue has been reported and immediately corrected in the version 9.661 .
Ok thanks, yes the latest version of the plugin on my site was 9.628 - I was not able to apply any further automatic updates. So I exported my forms, removed the plugin, downloaded again from CodeCanyon, reinstalled and imported the forms. So now my version is Version 9.663 - I wonder why it wasn't showing the updates from V 9.628?
I'm running V 9.663 as downloaded from CodeCanyon, no updates available from plugins panel, how do I upgrade to (9.665) ?
Was the purchase code correctly filled in the "License" panel of the plugin ? It is required to activate the automatic updates. Normally you should see the automatic update 9.665 on the wp plugins panel. Otherwise, there is probably something that blocks its detection.

Hi Loopus again, I am trying to use the calculations option in the last step, to show up the prices. But as I can see only work when I add only one product price and not the rest of product prices. Maybe i am doing something wrong. I am just adding the [item-247_price] , this one works fine, but when I try to add another, for example [item-248_price], this one is not working. I am adding all like this , in the calculation option: [item-247_price] [item-248_price] Am I missing something?...

Is there a way to not have the price added if the item is hidden - but if unhidden, it is added?
Hello, If you use a recent version, you can simply use the option "Hide price in summary ?" from the item panel to show its price in the final summary or not .
Wouldn't this hide the price from the summary regardless of whether the item is visually hidden from the form? I want the price to go on if the element is showing, but not if it is hidden.

Hello, You don't need to install any other plugin to use it. It can natively make Stripe or Paypal payments. The woocommerce support is facultative.

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. Is it possible to use pictures instead of icons within the steps? For example, we would like to setup a project estimator for a prefabricated building. As part of this customers will need to select floor plan layouts from a grid of images. Thanks in advanced.
Hello, Yes, you can use any image or svg file in the "Image" item type. You can also freely change the images size from the "Design" settings tab of the form .

1.No, sorry, there is no live demo of the backend, but it is visible on the videos and screenshots. 2. The option "Save to finish later" adds a button in the form that allows the user to save the form progression. The plugin simply uses the browser local storage to save the current form values, not an account management system. Sorry, there is no demo that use it currently. 3.You can choose to send a simple estimate at end of the form or make payment directly in the form . If wanted, you can also choose to send the estimate to the customer by email with a payment link that allows him to pay it .

Amazing product! I love it so far. I am working in construction field, i want to create three number fields on last page is it possible to multiply three dimensions ? how can i use it to calculate one room’s total dimensions in m2. length * width * height = total m2. If not, would there be a possibility for me to get someone to custom code it? Thanks

To do that, you need to use the option "Define quantity by calculation" on a slider, numberfield or image item, instead of price calculation .

It will be nice to have the possibility to choose on the final step payment between online or local payment (like bank transfer)
Hello, It is already possible to do that, you can create a checkbox "Pay online ?" before the last step and enable its option "Use payment only if selected" . The payment will be activated in the last step only if this specific item is selected. It is also possible to use the visibility conditional system to show the bank informations if this item isn't selected .

Is it possible to download the PDF on the last step? Currently I can only send it to the email and then download/print it. I would like to be able to print it on the last step. Even better, I would like to both send the email and print the PDF on the last click

Hello I'm looking to format the container of each element with CSS. To shrink the form in lenght i want to minimize the padding on top an on bottom. Into designer i can't do this for all container because every container has an id. Hello, Yes. Once the Google Map API key filled in the form settings, you simply need to create a textfield, set its "Type of information" option to "Address" and enable its "Autocomplete" option .

Hello, Yes, you can add a datepicker to allow the users to book a room for full day. By assigning a calendar to this datepicker, it will automatically register a new event in the calendar, and will set the booked day as unavailable for the next customers .

I have created a new form with three steps which work ok but when I try to create a fourth step, the third step is overwritten with the new step. What is the issue here?

Yes, I replied. The steps were correctly created, they were simply positioned at the same default position in the Steps Manager .

Pre-Sale question. Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions? If it is, what types of subscriptions are supported? ie simple of variable. Also, can it calculate the price of a subscription and assign it to a woo product? Thanks in advance.
Hello, Yes it is compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions. You can assign a simple or variable product to each item of the form and choose to add them automatically to the woo cart at end of the form. Yes, you can use calculations to define the price of the item in the form, and the associated wooproduct will have this calculated price once added to the cart. If you use Woo Subscriptions variations products, you will need to give them a "SKU" id from the woo product panel, to be able to recover them in the "Woo product" dropdown option in the form panel .

A feature that I need to make sure is retained from the WooCommerce Subscription Plugin is the ability for clients to edit their subscription without canceling the subscription they have and starting a new subscription.
There is no specific option to cancel existing Woo subscriptions from the form, sorry. The plugin can add the selected woo products to the cart at end of the form, then the customer follows the normal woocommerce payment process.

Hello, No, there is no option to synchronize the booking system to Google Calendar currently. The calendars are managed directly from the plugin backend.

Hello Sir The alignement of check box are not exactly under the selected label, i want exactiy under the selected label (check box with character) and i want all the check box bottons in the same sequence like A B C and one more thing when i select on label next label move down in second row. I want when i select first label the character with checkbox shown under that label and the next label not move to next row; when i select second label it shows with first label. I cannot update the plugin via wordpress or via ftp. The main error i am getting is Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. Can anyone assist with this error. All other plugins and theme work and update fine.

I can't see checkbox or buttons on the second screenshots, only three images and their title. You can create "Image" items and set their "Layout" option to "Column" to show them like on this screenshot. You can also change their size and choose to make their titles static, from the "Design" settings tab of the form .

Hello! I have a pre sale question. We want to create a form that asks the question "How many owners does your business have" then based on the number provided we want the form to create a section to fill out for each owners contact info. So for example if they choose 3 owners, the form then provides three sections for each owner providing fields for Name, number, address, etc. Is this possible?
Hello, The plugin can't automatically create new items, but you can duplicate them several times and use the option "Show depending on conditions" to show the good ones, based on the value filled in the question "How many owners does your business have" .

Yes, you can duplicate 5 times a step that contains the wanted fields, link them successively and use their option "Show depending on conditions" to show 3 of them if the user selected "3" in the dropdown "How Many owners?". Or you can place all these fields in a same step and use the option "Show depending on conditions" directly on them, to do the same thing .

Hi I have a question, I see that this plugin uses the dropzone JS library so you can preview the image uploaded, I was wondering if its possible to have an image previewed on top of another image. Hi there, I have a few questions I urgently need help with our contact form. However I need apple tv to update to 6x days as well and multiple by the number of days ipads have been hired for. Second question: For each item I want to put a minimum cost in to make it worth our while for orders. So for example, if a customer order 1x ipad at $15 per day we want to have a minimum of $60 attached to it, so if they didn't order it for more than 4 days ($60) the cost would be $60 minimum to encourage them to hire for more days. Hello, There is a button "Add a distance" in the custom calculation option. There is also an option "Use distance as quantity" on the items that use quantities. You first need to fill your Google Maps API key in the form settings to activate these options. If needed, you can find all the instructions in the documentation of the plugin, included in the main zip file .

Hello I looking to customize the gap betwen text in a button and the button margins. I've playd with some padding and margin settings but i don't found the solution. I have a pre-sale question: I need a cost-calculator for a house (where the user selects the model, number of rooms, number of bathrooms, type of floors, extras, etc) and the calculator will give the total. And it should not only give the total, but also show the monthly payments based on the interest rate and number of years the user selects Its basically 2 forms in 1: a cost-calculator and a loan-calculator. Hello, a question regarding payments. Can I add the collected information to cart? I have a custom developed payment provider on my site (no PayPal), and I would like to use that. Hello, You can assign wooproducts to the items of the form, and choose to add them to the woo cart at end of the form (then the customer pays directly from woocommerce). The other informations (text fields etc ...) aren't added to the woo cart, but they are sent to the admin by email, with the same order reference than the products added to the cart (to be able to recover the informations email when there is a new woo order) .

Presale question. Is this plugin capable of allowing me to sell giftcards via paypal? Will it keep track of payments/orders? Is woocommerce required? Asking because I would rather not install woocommerce.
Hello, Yes, you can create the wanted form and set a paypal payment at end, without using woocommerce. All the orders are stored, editable and downloadable as pdf directly from the plugin backend .

Hi, it would be awesome to have a Google Analytics Tutorial for Conversion Tracking with the pricetags. So for example GA will track the price on the summary page and afterwards it is possible to see them in GA. And maybe if the user also did actually pay this amount.

Hello, I have a pre-sale question. I have 3 different plans that I am advertising, but really there are several combinations, and each combination has a different price etc. What I would like is to have a page, where I can enter the person's information Like Name Phone number etc and have a graph show like the benefits graph, of three different plans but with their name on it and with their custom pricing down below. So, one page that I would enter data in, and then after the data has been calculated it spits out a nice marketable/downloadable PDF Is this something we can do with this plugin? Please suggest!

I have to see the oldest age of the family. Yes, you can make such calculations by using the price custom calculation tool ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xH8frpa7wL0 ) . The plugin can generate a pdf file (its template is editable directly from the backend) that contains the wanted values and send it to the customer by email at end of the form .

I want to be able to scroll several elements on the same horizontal line, from left to right or from right to left. Indeed, the total number of items to display for a single step is greater than 100 units, which seems to me to be the only option possible to get a good visual result. Of course this is the top file of it's kind. A great feature would be if a client was able to pay a percentage upfront as way of securing a job. This is common practice in many service type payments like Web Design etc

Bonjour, Oui, il est possible de faire cela :) Il vous faudra désactiver l'envoi d'email au client, configurer un paiement et définir l'option "Où prend place le paiement" sur "Depuis un lien dans l'email" . Vous pourrez alors éditer les commandes reçues depuis le backend, et envoyer le devis final au client avec le lien de paiement dans l'email, directement depuis l'interface du plugin .

Can you please support Stripe tokens in testing mode? They are telling me it's not working in test mode with Stripe. It's not possible to go live without testing first and I'm not a programmer...
Hello, You simply need to fill your Stripe test keys in the settings to activate the test mode, then use one of these cards numbers : https://stripe.com/docs/testing
Yes, I know. I have done that. I'm not trying to be difficult but it's like something is not communicating properly. After clicking to pay it just loads and nothing happens. Stripe has told me the issue is with the tokens not being used to create a charge... If it's a server wide issue let me know.

Hello, There is no specific option to directly work with this CRM, but it possible to send the form values to Zapier, then use it to interact with the CRM .

Hi! Is it possible to store the forms to DB rather than (or in addition to) sending it in mail? I would love to use your form-solution as a way to "front end submission" :) UPDATE Found it. My problem was that I had activated DB encryption for the form :P Awesome plugin, guys!

Hello, Yes, to create a words counter, you can : create a textearea item create an hidden numberfield, enable its options "Don't add price to total" and "use value as quantity", then enable its option "Define quantity by calculation" to fill this calculation : jQuery('[data-itemid=90]').val().split(' ').length Where "90" is the ID of the target textarea (you can use the button "Add a value" above the calculation field to easily recover the ID of any item) .The quantity of this item will be the number of words filled in the textarea . You can freely define the word cost simply by filling the unit price in the "Price" option of this numberfield .

Hello, I have a problem, I need to change my price when the user takes the second option on the one step. One day cost 45$ 1200 (kalorie) but two day's must by cost 90$. Hi there. I'm looking to create a form that uses different prices depending on which dates are selected (high-season prices and low-season prices). But it seems like it's not possible to set up a condition where the price calculation is based on a condition where a date is "superior to" a certain date. Is there a reason for why that's not working? if(([item-237_date] >'May 31, 2019')) { 90*[dateDifference-238_237] }
To clarify, my question is this: Is it possible to use price calculation for the following scenario: "If you select a pickup date between June 1st and August 31st, then the price is 90 x number of days (i.e. the date difference between "pickup date" and "dropoff date)]. If you choose any other pickup date, then the price is 60 x number of days" I'm just confused because the editor makes it seem like it should be not problem. However, creating a condition so that the "pickup date" element is superior to May 31st and another one where the "pickup date" is inferior to September 1st does not have any effect.

Thanks, but I finally figured out what the issue is. I had to use the ISO Date format, but the format automatically selected by your plugin is a Long Date. Things work once I make that change in my custom calculation. Surprised that nobody else is having issues with this...

Hello, You can place all the fields before the last step then enable the option "Send email automatically" in the "Last step" settings tab of the form to do that. It will automatically send the order email when the user arrives to the last step. Otherwise, you can configure a MailChimp, MailPoet or GetResponse account from the "Email settings" tab and enable the option "Send contact infos ASAP". It will send the contact informations (first name, last name, email, city etc ...) to the defined account as soon as the step that contains the email is finished .
