Hello. I had tried a previous version of this plunging from Envato Elements and am wondering if what I want to do is now possible. I want to use this for a print shop site as a product builder. It would be similar to your web design estimation sample, but at the end the item would be added to a woocommerce cart. It would be multiple items with multiple options and custom equations for some (I.e. custom measurements used to get a price). Is this possible? Before I was able to get the equations all figured out on there, but couldn’t then add it to a cart. Thanks, Matt

Hi - I have just got round to using your plugin again (very good by the way) :) I'm using the Qode Bridge Theme and have an issue with the form showing on the page and have 2 vertical scroll bars... So i f you scroll to view more of the form, it scrolls the page footer up the page instead and this covers the form. Is there a way to show the form as full screen or a fix for the double scrolling clash? Thanks!

Hello i need help for the distanc calcualtion. I put the Google Maps API for this project into your frotent in the "Genereal" Tab. Search suggestions and Autocomplete works but the calculation dosn't. The Error Message is "Calculating the distance could not be performed, please verify the input addresses". I have done testing with more than one adresse. Furthermore i try out with your demo form "Distance calculation". I get the same result. The API Works with other Webaps. Know i serach for a logfile with more informations about the error. Have you any idee where i can find some more details? Thanks for the help.

Hi Loopus, Great plugin! Been loving using it! I've bought multiple licenses of themes that includes this plugin. I am having issues with the admin emails not always being sent. It sometimes sends it, but a lot of times it doesn't. There are no email to admin shown in WHM's mail deliver report either so it's not reject due to spam etc. Thank you in advanced!

Hi Loopus, I found the issue and temporarily turned off SpamAssassin for checking outgoing mail. SpamAssassin was blocking the outgoing mail due to the email sender address to the admin uses the customer's email address (only happens with certain customer email addresses such as 'hotmail.com' - @gmail.com seems to be fine). rejected by non-SMTP ACL: "SpamAssassin as cpaneleximscanner detected OUTGOING not smtp message as spam (5.2)"

Bonjour Monsieur, j'utilise votre plugin et je rencontre actuellement deux problèmes que je n'arrive pas à résoudre. - J'ai coché l'option qui me permet d'afficher un récapitulatif/ résumé des options sélectionnées dans la dernière étape, malheureusement celui s'affiche tout en bas de la page alors que je l'aimerai positionner juste en dessous du prix, celui est-il possible de changer le placement de ce tableau ? - J'utilise également dans mon questionnaire l'élément slider pour le choix de quantité avec slider etc .., celui-ci marche néanmoins il me présente dans mon récapitulatif ainsi que dans l'espace "voir l'avancement du pack" l'ensemble des éléments avec slider. En effet à partir du moment ou une seule quantité d'élément a été sélectionnée, tout les autres items sliders apparaissent dans mes récaps avec une quantité de zéro ce qui n'est pas très logique pour l'utilisateur qui s'y perd. En espérant être assez clair et dans l'espoir que vous pourrez apporter une réponse à mon interrogation, je vous souhaite une bonne journée.

Hi! I asked my friend to try it with his install before I buy this theme, but as we see it doesnt work the way we wants to. There is checkboxes and if they are turned on, the plugin calculate the fabric for the furniture. The problem is that if there is a checkbox that doesnt has value, it will affect the others too. Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Yes that works! I just had to make the payment options 'checkboxes' instead of text, for it to show that '...use payment...' option. For the bank transfer and cheque options I selected the 'Don't use payment if selected' and for the credit card option I selected 'Use payment only if selected'. Hello My forms were working great but for some reason now on the last step the final button to order the product repeats itself. So that there are two buttons instead of one. Please see here: https://new.nutrisoil.com.au/online-order-form/ I'm using the 'don't use payment if selected' on the bank transfer and cheque option. And 'use payment if selected' on the Stripe payment option. Before this was working great but now it seems if I choose either of the non-Stripe options, (bank or cheque), the final 'order' button shows twice. I've tried disabling the last plugin that i installed: WP Mail SMPT & WPForms Lite but this doesn't make a difference. Would you know why this is happening? thanks!

Some potential buyers could reach the final step, and then close the page without "sending" the project. Hello ! I had an idea to deal with the impossibility to "spy" the quitting ones : asking them ! Before a potential future update with a new item about "satisfaction", I've imported 2 images (two smileys: happy - unhappy too expensive), on the last step. Up to now, I used to deal with the only one big column on mobile. But for this example, I would looove my two items side by side even under 340px (seems to be the break) Moreover, using a 2 columns design would be awesome on mobile - all is too expanded in my opinion (specially the space above the all thing - seems to be a 111 padding who doesn't want to be customized ^^) 2- is it possible to set conditions to display the coupons field ? (Thinking of that, it would be great to set it as an item - where we want, for the entire project or just a product, but I suppose it's not as simple as that) In anyways, thanks a lot for this beautifull plugin.

Hi! Could you please help with a few questions before purchase... We have fencing products with variable sizes and prices. We would like a simple calculator for the user to select the type of fence panel, then conditionally select the fencing size, and then select a quantity. There's a few other product add ons that would need to be on the same estimate to but in a similar format. At the end, a total sum of all products will be calculated. I love this form very much, I really love how flexible this form is, but i am facing two major issues, First, I need only two field form for my homepage, it should have only one step, which ask for email and name, and then by storing these values it redirect into another page, where all the previous values are store and the remaining form continues. Secondly, i am using gsuit, but after filling the form i dont receive any email at the end. WHy i am not receiving email, its the main setup. Lasst thing after, completing the payment, i want to send password link to my client and then redirect client into woocommerce login page. Please help me with these as soon as possible!

Thank you for reply. Unfortunately I don't use woocommerce and I wont be able to install it. This is the only issue that has stopped me buying the product. Im trying to think of a way - perhaps some number stock field when you create the form (in settings). When a user pays, do some SQL if the payment goes through to minus that stock field. Then use Javascript to display the message and hide the form. Your answer makes me think, in order to do payments do you have to use woocommerce?

I've had nothing but problems with this form. The support offered for it is often vague and undetailed as to how to fix issues. I feel like they dismiss me every single time. Like the idea is to give the customer the quickest answer and not offer actual help. The form I created still doesn't work. There is no intuitive place to find form submissions or where they are stored. It's honestly the biggest nightmare and I wish I'd never purchased it. I bought this because it's supposed to be easy and work out of the box. It doesn't. It's not user intuitive and involves way too many overly complicated steps in order to get it to work. I've lost business because this form simply doesn't work. People tell me they've filled it out and I get nothing in my inbox. Also, there is no good documentation on EVERY single detail of the plugin. So you have to rely on support to get this to work and support couldn't even list out the exact steps to fix things, so basically you are screwed unless you can read minds. I'm using one of the biggest name forms out there now. Starts with a "G." It may be more expensive, but it's intuitive and it works out of the box. It doesn't look as fancy, but the company is huge and they offer great support.

loolpus hello! I have some questions. Could you help, please. I am making form which will calculate the price of the car. There are three inputs: 1) company 2) model 3) year Each one is select field. On the next step, I show the price of the car by rich text. On the last step I have hidden checkbox. There is custom calcuation of prices. js code is made this way: if ((company)(name)(year)) {price1} else if ((company)(name)(year)) {price2} else if ((company)(name)(year)) {price2} ... And unfortunately there is a lot of js code. Under 2000 lines but it may grow as we add new cars. I am afraid so much code on one custiom calculation can be too much. Won't it break the browser? You are the developers of the plugin. Do you know a better way to do this. I can give you access to my wordpress if you would like to take a look. Or may be there is whole new approach to do this more elegantly so it doesn't break the browser? database and so on? Please coud you give some guidelines?

Browser is failing to proccess. There is too much code in my custom calculations. Please, let me give you access to the plugin backend. Could you please take a look. I've done so much js coding and so much work to set up the form. And now I am being unable to get what I so much wanted. I am sure there is a way to make it. Send values to Zapier To send the values & prices of the items of the form to Zapier, you need to create a new Webhook Zap from the Zapier dashboard . It will give you the Webhook url, and will ask you to send a test call . Simply fill this url in the "Zapier Webhook" option of the form, in the "Last step" settings tab. Then activate the option "Send as variable" on some items and complete the form, Zapier should receive it and list all the received variables . I'm trying to do this. After embedding the shortcode for a form into a page on my site, i've noticed that the icons I've selected for "Start", "Next Step" and "Finish" button are not appearing. Strangely enough these icons will appear when I use the "Preview this form" link using the same browse. Something about embedding the form via short code is causing the icons to not appear. Can you explain and provide assistance?

How do I add commas to the numbers displayed in the slider? It is very difficult to see large numbers without the commas.

What settings do I need to set in order to add commas? I have the general settings set with the thousands separator and it is still not displaying. Am I missing something?

Thank you, I was able to update my plugin, however, now it appears that the bubble icon selection field for the start, continue and finish button is no-longer working. I am trying to create a mortgage calculator and for one of the steps I've created a "Select field" containing several drop-down options, each option set with a different "price" and the overall price for this step is "hidden from the total" because it is to be used in a calculation. On the final step I've added a rich text field where I planned to show the price from the item they selected in the drop-down. Using the rich text editor I selected "Get the value of a field" and tried to display the price associated with the item selected via the step with the select field, however, it only shows the option to select the "title" or "value", however, I need to display the actual "Price" associated with the option selected. How can I achieve what I am looking for? I would like the customer to select an option and based on that selection it would populate a "interest rate", which would be used in another part of the calculation. Is there any way to display the price tied to a select drop-down field?

I am not sure if these are related issues but I've just added that code to the Rich Text editor and now my form will not progress past the second step; which has an automatic switch to next step activated. Hello trying to get the result to round up so no decimal. This is the code I'm trying based on comments: if(([item-249_value] >299)&&([item-249_value] 59)&&([item-249_value] 999)&&([item-249_value] 2000))) { (math.ceil[step-66_quantity])/((44.95)*(0.2))*(100)} tried both math.ceil and math.round neither seem to be working. The code is working correctly without these. Any thoughts, maybe I am misplacing?

Actually I just realized that my logic is not correct either. Basically I want the end result to tell people how many people they need to sell a package in order to make a certain amount of money per month. So the first question is how much money do you want to make per month. The commission structure is like this: if you sell $60-$299 you get 20% if you sell $300-$999 you get 25% if you sell $1000 - $1999 you get 30% and if you sell $2000 or more you get 35%. We are making the average sale $44.95 which is what we are basing calculations off of. Can you please take a look at the code and let me know what I am doing wrong. Thanks so much.

One last question, we do have a much more robust commission structure here as this is a piece extracted from a direct sales company, have you seen any other examples of direct sales compensation plans being represented by your app? Alot of these things are time based, like if you sell more than $2500 in the first 2 months you will get a $500 bonus. This did not seem like something I could setup in the plugin as it is designed, but wanted to double with you to see what the capabilities are and if they can be stretched.

Hello Loopus, I have been using your plugin for a while now and it's great! The only two things I see it lacking for me (I have checked comments and other users have stated the below also) is (1) Download generated PDF rather than dealing with emails and (2) A condition where it sends the quote to a particular email address. Possibly like "Select field" but with an option of title and email address. Is there any further development regarding the above? I'm hoping to get real lucky!

Hi, I'm having problems with the mailchimp setup. I've enabled the mailchimp setting, added the API key and created the list. My first step includes email, first name, last name and phone. I've confirmed Type of information in the settings. The LAST NAME from the plugin is showing in the 'first name' field on mailchimp. There is nothing showing for lastname in mailchimp, though information was submitted from your plugin. The phone number and email do map correctly, so that good. Please assist. Thanks!

I’ve confirmed the merge tags are correct in mail chimp. FNAME for first name and LNAME for last. I don’t think they’re being sent properly to mail chimp. Can you please look at? Again, FNAME shows the last name and LNAME shows nothing. THANKS
