My client need to have different categories, each category have 20-30 items related, but if you selected 2 categories you should only see the products that are commun for the 2 categories choosed. If he select just 1 category, then show the 20 products related to that category. If he choose 3 categories and there is not any product in common show a message. There are not products for the choosen categories. How to do this?

the more i play around with this the more i love it, only i could do more custom coding inside of the dashboard instead of in the files. Anyway... my question is this... why on the Final cost part the page has so much pudding. i have the plugin embedded with in my layout. never mind it took me about 5min, but i was able to find it. its in the bootstrap-switch.js file. So i just changes the OFF/ON to YES/NO When asking a question to, Do You Need a Logo? its best to have it yes no then on on off...maybe you can update that option in the next update

Hi loopus, just a suggestion... Would be good if 1. it is explained, for which item color A,B and C are used (of course one can find out by try and error) But more important 2. a possibility to choose the background colors, which remain green/blueish. I know that it could be done manually with changing all the CSS in assets/css. And this brings me to 3. add in the plugin editor a css file that one can alter from WP backend - that's pretty standard . Cheers

gr8 ! ... because I am changing the CSS right now, here another suggestion: add a possibility to select a font-family. For example my website is completely in font-family:courier and it doesn't look consistent, when the cost estimation sticks out with a modern font.

I wish there was a way to use the textfield with a price. For instance, one of my most important questions is How many dock sections do you have? Each section is $30... I can't seem to figure out a good way of giving them options without having to make a separate item for 1, 2, 3, 4... 50. It would just make the page way too long. Unless there is a way of displaying the options side by side instead of in a list? Any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for replying so quickly. The most expensive options still only fill up the slider one third. There are step dependencies, it seems like it is adding up all the steps from each dependency together to produce a max price that isn't possible. Our first step is a category. Hi Loopus, Please: (1) Would like the "slides" to be dynamically sized like the author "lettobe" commented 3 days ago. Vertical space is precious on a mobile device, and fiddling with the css messes up responsiveness on the phone size. (2) Would like to be able to add descriptive instructions in each step under the head. (3) In Wordpress it does not say that the plug in needs to be updated, though you said to "lettobe" that you updated it yesterday. Suggestion: Work on awesome updates and new features for us for a long time. When you have compiled 5-10, THEN update it. It would be awesome, as it takes time for us to download and update our script, not to mention we keep getting emails. Keep it up!

Is it possible to make this plugin use a "dynamic" height. As it is now if I have an estimation form in the middle of my page I can do either one of two things. 1. I let the space be the maximum height of the form (which looks weird if some of the sections are very long in relation to the first section as it enables a lot of whitespace to scroll through if just scrolling through the page). 2. The estimation form itself starts to scroll inside a page that is scrollable. What i want is for the estimation form to take up as much space as necessary for any given section.

Yeah my question was this the same as the last guys, But I have also asked this question before a few months back. I just been waiting for update. I wanted to set the cost estimator within the body of my website near the middle of the page. So I would need to set the height and weight. The way is now/was is it takes overlays over my website when open. I dont like that. I need for it to say in the position where I want within the body of my layout. Also, i want to be able to add bigger images, and not just small icon size images. So I need to be able use any size images so i can customize to my liking. You can make this happen this would be great. I purchased this a few months back but have yet to use it all because of these this main issue.

I cant find my php.ini. I added the line to they recommended to my .htaccess file and still got the same issue. I also tried deactivating all my plugins except this one and still the same problem. I set debug to true and got an error. Im going to email the error message to you.

Im on a regular shared hosting plan. Ill send you the wp-config and the log in. If it was a memory problem wouldnt removing all the other plugins fix the issue? License code is still doing the same thing. It randomly removes itself and my form deactivates. I have to put the purchase code back in and the form will come back on.

Anyway, can you think of any method to prevent some trolls just come to check the quotes and gone?! Of course we all love serious clients-to-be or at least have them in our subscription list. From previous comments, I can see some useful tips before getting the quotation: 1. Have them start with their legit email 2. Start with full identify, address, and contact But how do we find them legit? For email, can we auto send verification code to their email so they use that code to activate the quote? And for the address, I can see most hosting site can detect if you are using fake id. Hehe, you may say I am paranoid, but who doesn't when coming to market competition!

Hi loopus, Sorry to bother you again, but I found two minor bugs: 1. In the popup, when going to the next step, the browser doesn't scroll to the top of the page. I'd like that to have always the price bar in view when going to the next step. Also, it's especially annoying on smaller (mobile) devices. I suppose it's just a matter of adding .scrollTo(0), but I'm not sure exactly where. 2. On Firefox the price changes smoothly the first time you select an option. With any option thereafter the price circle jumps to the right, before getting to the right position. Both problems are also occurring in your demo.

I would like to use it not so much as an estimation form, but as a 'build my product/service' form that enables people to pay immediately after completing the form process. Pretty much as it is in your WooCommerce demo, but without WooCommerce. I do not, however, see a configuration means by which to send people straight to PayPal after they complete the form, or a means to integrate a "Pay Now" button that sends specific form completion/amount-to-process/session data to PayPal for processing. Can this be done? If so, can a return URL be specified as well? If so, you've just sold a bunch of these. :) Thanks, AJ

Re: #1: Sorry, what I meant was can the plugin show, once the form is completed, all of the options someone chose prior to their being directed to PayPal for payment. For example: You've Completed the Form and Chose the Following Options: Option 2 Option 6 Option 11 If You Need to Make Corrections, Please Do So Now, Otherwise Click on the button to Pay via PayPal ^Something like that.

Hey there - few questions. 1. Can we capture Email etc at start as an option so if user leaves we have their details anyway? 2. Will this work with Google Analytics? able to track events or steps people reach/drop off at? 3. Re-direct at end of process - would be cool if we could set a re-direct URL or better still, set various ones depending on options chosen - e.g. If Customer selected Printing as a category for their quote - then at end re-direct to a Printing page. If they selected Copying, then re-direct to a copying page (that way a specific message can be created to the user on completion which is relevant to their enquiry.) Now this would be EPIC.

I've got the same issue like wmasterxl. Even when I make an new form I will nog be saved. It resets itselfs.

After the update it is still not working :( . The first step in making a new form is not getting stored.

Is there a way I can change it to that it asks for the users email address before showing the quote? Then when they click next, the quote details and email address is sent to me? Reason...I don't want people going through the process to get a quote/estimate, getting to the end then leaving...as it stands now I wouldn't know about it. Just wanted to add - I am able to create steps and items. Those are saved. But everything on the main form edit screen (the admin email for example) does not save after I return to the page. It does say "settings saved!" at the top.

Awesome plugin (not as awesome as WP Flat Visual Chat though ;)). When I set the Initial Price I want to use it as a starting fee and thus I do not want it to be visually represented in the growth of the bar (visual ques for the buyer makes it look cheaper than it is if the bar is starting at zero). Is this possible to do or will you update this so I can choose wheter the Initial Price should be accounted for in the bar?

I have the form installed on my site, everything is working great except one thing - the Admin email isnt working. Im not getting any email confirming a form was submitted. I checked my spam folders and tried multiple different emails and its still not coming thru. Also, I have a Zopim chat widget on the bottom of my webpage. When I go to the page on my site with this estimation from the chat widget shows on this form also so I have 2 chat widgets. Doesnt affect the site, but it may be confusing to my clients. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

However, before I purchase it (because I have gone through over a handful of plugins that don't give me the result I want) I wanted to ask you if at the end your result has to be a cost? Ill sum up real quick what I am looking for... I sell cleaners and depending on a users needs, these type of cleaners can be pretty custom. Ultimately I am looking to have the user go through a set of steps and when they are done it will send them to a page (There will be multiple answers so depending on their questions answered it will send them to various pages.) The result doe not have to be a page but it could also have a product appear. Based on what i have described, do you think this plugin will work for what I am trying to achieve?

Hello Loopus, I have installed and built a form. I had questions yesterday and mailed the direct email provided in the documentation. I worked some things out, but a few more questions. I cannot seem to override the CSS, even with more specific, such as #mainPanel .genSlide h2.stepTitle.positioned { font-family: Raleway; font-weight: 400; } It won't override. I am using Mukam Theme 2.0. In addition, I have a step that includes 10 required items, and have selected yes, that they be required to continue, yet I can uncheck them and go to the next step. That should not happen. Why is it doing that? I would like to add plain text to the form in the final step, a call to action with our phone and email, is this possible. Lastly, is Toulouse near Toul-Rosières Air Base? It was my first home. Thank you for a great form.

I purchased your plugin and set it up. Everything seems to be working fine with my theme the only issue is the prices I add to the items are not showing. I add the prices in the item details but when I go tot he form the price is at $0
