Can you suggest a method I can use to track user exit step? So if a user comes to a step and goes "Whoa thats too much money. Im leaving" I can see what step they are leaving on so I can optimise the steps for better conversion. If not can I feature request this pls.

Feature Request. Admin Label field. When creating big processes with different directions the titles can be the same name in 2 different directions. A admin label would help distinguish in admin for editing.

Or better yet. Reverse that. Have a display title field. This way the title can be what ever you want on the front end.

I love this item, but it would be awesome to include buttons at the bottom for each step. This way the user can go directly to the step that interests them most, as well as go backwards easily to remove something if the final total is too high.

This is a very good plugin! I just really hope this plugin becomes WPML-compatible soon. At the moment, it's neither WPML-compatible nor does it offer an efficient way of grouping your forms, steps and items into different views (multilingual or not). This means, as it is now, if you do try to use it with WPML and decide to just create new forms per language (or you just wish to create multiple forms for one language), all of your items are mixed in one gigantic list view. This becomes increasingly chaotic when you don't speak half the languages.

Hi loopus, I've come across a strange phenomenon in the latest version of your plugin. In 'Edit a Form' I can save the changed settings in the 'General' tab, but I cannot save anything in 'Introduction' and 'Last Step'. Going back to the previous version solved this problem, so I think there's some bug in the latest version.

Looks damn great!!! 1. How many product calculations does the plugin support? I am planning to use it for Website, Logo, and Printing calculation. 2. Does the plugin comes with some pre-built templates? 3. I also vote for tooltip or link in a short accordion description as some clients don't know what Drupal or Joomla can do beside WP.

I know, but that is displayed as a tooltip. What I would like is a more general description on the step. E.g. for CMS: "With a Content Management System (CMS) you can easily add or edit content on your website. We recommend WordPress for its ease of use." Also a step for e.g. eCommerce solutions need to have more explanation than you can have in a tooltip.

Hi! Another question: if I create 1 form in one language and now I want to clone/duplicate that exact form so I can translate it to another language, I can't do it right now? If this is true, is this going to be possible in some future versions as I don't believe that I can do it with export/import function - it will overwrite existing form... unless you put options during form importing: - overwrite existing form - create new form And than we can choose "create new form" and customize it afterwards. This is the first plugin I've been so frustrated about while trying to set it up! I've no idea if there is a problem with the working of the plugin on my site or if there's just something I'm missing. I've looked at every single page of the plugin and went through the documentation, but either there is nothing to be found or the information is way too vague. I have added a form, added a step and added an item (still just a test). Now I'm trying to add it to a page, but I see no option whatsoever. I check the documentation, but the only three options mentioned are Popup, Page template and Shortcode. All three refer to the form admin panel. Yet NOTHING in this admin panel tells me what I should be doing (a screenshot in the documentation would have been nice). - For the popup I should add a class with form id. Tried replacing [id] with the number in the form url, but that only gave me an error page. - Page template tells me to use the url displayed at the top of the desired form admin panel. WHAT url, WHICH admin panel, use this url WHERE? Come on, it all sounds very easy, but since I see no option to use any kind of url anywhere, it doesn't make a lot of sense and seems like a very vague explanation. - Shortcode tells me "use the shortcode displayed at the top of the desired form admin panel", yet again I see no shortcode displayed anywhere. The only thing I see displayed at the top of the admin panel is "Please assign this form template to a page". Well DUH, that's what I'm trying to do, but if only you'd tell me HOW ... grrr so frustrating!!! The page in question has the Template in Page Attributes set to Estimation Form Page, even though I renamed that form to something else. So since this name doesn't change as well, I assume there may even just be an issue somewhere, no? Apologies for sounding so harsh, but my frustrations are taking control right now. :)

I don't see such panel. Only panels I see are General, Introduction and Last Step.

Hmm, the theme error has been fixed, yet still no panel. I've created a clone of my site, deactivated ALL plugins except this one and changed to Twenty Fourteen theme. Still no panel. I don't know what else I can do to figure out why I don't get this panel. Do you have any more ideas? Would you like try on the clone site and see if you may figure out what's going on? This project is really becoming urgent, but I would have really like to use this one.

I tired inserting estimation form into page by using shortcode, but i have a problem with mousewheel page scrolling on firefox, while mouse is hovering on iframe element. Estimation form is inserted as an iframe and when you try to scroll page with mouse wheel, it will not work on firefox, but it works in opera and chrome. Im not sure if its related to the theme im using? Is there any other way maybe to insert the form directly into page? Thank you!

I have a problem with the installation. After activation I filled in my purchase code, but it doesn't seem to save this. However, after clicking on 'Save', my whole website (backend and frontend) displays blank pages. I've de-activated all plugins to see if there was a conflict, but even then I get the same result: not saving the purchase code, but website totally blank. I had to manually (via FTP) remove this plugin to get my website working again. :(

Hi Loopus, Thank you for keeping this plugin updated. It keeps getting better and better. Have you considered adding steps that include only Text Fields. In this way we can give additional instructions in between steps and include additional information between steps as well.

Hi there, I have had issues getting this plugin to work with Autoptimize, the minify plugin. So I am running this plugin on a sub-domain of my site so that I can get it working. The trouble is, it is asking for a separate licence code to run the plugin on my subdomain (quote.p3designs.com.au) - can you work your magic and make it so that I can use this on my sub domain as well as my main site? Btw, love the plugin. You've done well, simple and easy to customise file structure and it looks amazing. :) PS: I sent you an email as well direct to your email address.

One more thing, I have copied the entire plugin folder from my primary domain to my sub domain. I did this because I already did a lot of work on setting up steps & items. But now I have the plugin on my sub domain, I can't see the steps and items or forms. Where is this data contained? I looked in my database but can't see it there. I can only see data in my database for my sub domain? Confused. Essentially what I'm asking is...how to I migrate the data for this plugin?

Actually I activated the plugin (I had to deactivate it before). Now I can see the vales in my primary domains database. Can I just export that part of the database in phpMyadmin? How would I do that? I dont want the subdomain to have full content of my main site, I just want to copy over the plugin data.

Dude, I think you've got a bug. All I have done is deactivate and then reactivate the plugin and all my data is gone. Completely gone. Looking in the database and nothing, just the default values.

Also the purchase code isn't working for both primary and sub domain. Still prompts me to enter a new purchase code.

Really? This is a great plugin but deleting data on deactivation is stupid. I would HIGHLY recommend putting even a prompt letting the user know about this when they click to deactivate, cause I have now been set back at least 4-5 hours of data entry.

Sorry man, I hate being negative but just trying to save others from running into the same issue. YOU are not stupid, you're CSS + JS genius...just the idea to delete data on deactivation is stupid...but you're not stupid. :) It's ok, we all overlook things.

Beside i have a small prob when i use the form on mobile device: There’s no any scroll bar on the side of popup when i open the form on ipad or iphone. Hello, Since the latest update (3.1) the form doesn't save the initial price. It resets it back to $0 when I save. Also, on the form, when I select items, the price doesn't change.

If you have a item with editable quantity and set "is item selected by default" to YES, then the quantity + and - buttons are not visible at first, untill the user deselects the item and then selects it again. How could i change it that buttons for + and - quantity will be visible all the time, on those items that have quantity and are selected by default? Thank you!

Hello again, I finally finished all the forms, and decided to test the last tool for submitting the final value by email. The "client" got the message, but the email was not sent to the admin email. Your plugin is amazing! So simple and easy to use for our customers. I've received many compliments from it. The Admin Email however is a bit ugly. That's okay, but it'd be nice if you added some html scripting to it to make it look like a woocommerce order notification email. 8-) I have a really simple request. I'd like to remove the labels of the "Fields" listed in the Last Details section displayed in the Admin Email. That way we can easily copy and paste our customer's shipping/address information into our postage software. So instead of it saying "Name: John Smith, Address: 1234 Dr." it would just say "John Smith, 1234 Dr" etc. I'm not sure where and how I would go about editing this. I love the demo funcionality, however i have a pre-purchase question. Is it necessary to use icons (or images) for every item in the form? Can it only be text field or a select field without the icon? I also wonder if you can set the starting quantity amount for the item? Let's say that i have number of database fields, can it be prepopulated to 5 and then changed by user? Thank you!

Hi, the result in the email doesn't show the quantity calculation at all. Plus ... I have several steps that depend on a former item. Within these steps are only quantity calculations. These steps don't show up in the email at all.

Hello, 1. I never got from envato a mail for an update, although it was checked. I had version 2.0 installed. Bought this plugin just a few weeks ago and meanwhile the version jumped to 2.8. 2. I updated now from v2.0 to 2.8. Result: All my work that was done in 2.0 is gone ! Can start from the scratch again ... :-(

I've tested with an other of my websites (with other theme/plugins) and it's the same on the other website : blank page.... I have desactivated/reinstalled, but still the same, how i can do :( ? Je suis français, j'ai cru comprendre que toi aussi, donc je répète ici en français : j'ai testé le plugin sur deux sites différents qui m'appartiennent et dans les deux cas j'ai une page blanche, pourtant les sites ne sont pas sous le même thème ni ont les mêmes plugins. Que faire ? So I was thinking: Maybe it's a good idea to put a picture there, pictures always help and encourage customers. ;) I could not put the picture there because before the button is pressed, apparently the container is not yet there.
