Hi, How do I display two decimal digits on the calculation result using the dynamic value from a variable that will be showing on the next step? As it is not currently showing on what I did. For example, on Step 1, I have the number field and on step 2, I have another number field, and at the bottom is the result, it displays the calculated percentage of the two fields. On the item image, slider, etc (all of the item options) it has the item title as an alt tag. In some of the item titles I have used the tag & that also shows up in the alt tag since it's in the item title. I'm really desperate to remove these alt tags, does anyone know how to do so? TIA!!!

Hi, I want to buy this plugin for my car rental with different options. Before that I have some questions: 1. The user can choose the duration of rent. Is it possible to build the following: if the duration is 1 to 6 hours the cost will be for example 100€ per hour and at 7 to 12 hours it will also be 100€ per hour but the calculator adds an additional 50€ (one time extra)? 2. Does this plugin work as a standalone or do I have to implement it in woocommerce?

Hey guys, I'm having some issues with the plugin. On some pages where I have an image along with a quantity slider, when you click on the image to select the quantity the checkbox comes down and then right back up again. It's only if you click on the circle in the top left corner it can be fixed and set then quantities adjusted. Any ideas?

We're making some changes on a estimation form for a client and i have a simple question: We have this Hidden [Checkbox] item with some calculation that uses a PMT formula to get a result and then we have this other [Custom Content] item with some customized texts just to tell the users the result of the calculation found on the Hidden calculation [Checkbox] item. Something like: "The minimum price you'll have to pay is xxxxx" (where "xxxxx" is the result of the calculation. The question is: Is there a way that we can get this "xxxxx" result (calculation result) rounded up? I mean.. if the result is "$ 8600,35", we would like it to show "$ 8601". How can we achieve this? Hi i was wondering if something like this can be done: if width = 100 and height = 100 price = 375 if width = between 101 and 120 and height = 100 price = 385 if width = between 101 and 120 and height = between 101 and 120 price = 385 and so on... Hi, I'm really interested with your plugin, I think it will suits my needs. I need to build a hotel booking form, with seasonal pricing. I read in a previous ticket (4 years ago), that this could be done with conditions which depends on the selected date in a datepicker. Perfect, this will we work for booking in current year. But I also need to allow booking for year+1 and year+2. Will this be possible ? Should I consider using variables to store : start_date_highseason_2022, end_date_highseason_2022 start_date_highseason_2023, end_date_highseason_2023 start_date_highseason_2024, end_date_highseason_2024. For those interested in this product i can tell you it's amazing, I've been using it for several years now and can honestly say it has caused me the least number of issues of any plugins i have purchased. Now to my question, In the date picker, how can I exclude the current day from being able to be chosen? I use E&P for a busy and popular restaurant, and we have encountered an issue that on busy days people will make reservations 20 minutes before they show up. Client would like to remove the option for same day booking. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

Hello, loopus. I have one question: in the form I have 2 price option to choose. I would like to have "required", so the customer must choose one of them and could not skip this. How can I do that? If I go to each item, I see an option to choose "required". But should I select this from both items? Wouldn't be then a problem if one item would not be chosen? Edit: I tried to select both "required" and it works. But when customer who did not select a required item, tries to go to next step, it would be nice to have a warning near the button for next step, that he has to choose at least one item above.

EDIT: I tried... and I did not edit item edition panel. Only Selection required in steps setting. And the form went through without choosing the price option. The only way I can get to fix it is to change in "item edition panel" and change to "required" EDIT 2: Oh, I see now the problem. For your suggestion it say that the user must select at least one item. Which is reasonable, but since I have a form that has multiple steps, that condition is always satisfied. So not working correctly. :) I have my price list build with multiple steps. First part of form is price a and price b, than one item, than second item yes no, third item.. .etc... But, I only need this required condition to be used on "Price A vs Price B" part of form. In this case I guess I must choose your option (just to be sure that someone won't click blank form and ALSO I must choose "required" in "item edition panel".

I have both items in Radio Group. But still I have to opt-in the "Required" in item edition panel. But no problem, as long as it works. :) Thanks for help.

Hello there, After updating to the latest version plugin (WP Cost Estimation) stopped working in the backend. Several Pop Ups showing one over the other, impossible to close. However, still functioning in frontend. But I can´t edit the form anymore or see anything in the backend. Currently, I´m using the latest version of WordPress. This issue forced me to use an old version of the plugin again. Anyone has experienced this issue?

Thank you so much. Happy to report that the problem was caused by a conflict with another plugin. My company actually uses 2 plugins from Loopus and we love them! Super fast response! As a side note, still a small issue sometimes happens in the final step. An email field appears from time to time. I delete it, save the form, and it seems to work normally. But when I´m back to edit the form, the field is there again. Its just a minor thing, in case it might help to make this plugin even better, Best regards, Jorge

I use Easy Digital Downloads; I want to be sure I understand this integration before proceeding to purchase: 1) When you say the EDD product would be added to the cart, do you mean the default EDD cart (so they will be routed away from the form upon completion of the form), or the form cart (and they will be able to use the payment gateway I assign in your form builder? 2) Can the customer view all the details they input in the purchase confirmation page, or is there a different page where these details can be viewed by the customer after purchase? What exactly changes about the purchase confirmation page, if anything? 3) Your description suggests that the customer will be able to have a new customer portal. I already have a customer portal page, and I don't see screenshots of this here or on your site. What enhancements are available in this page, or is there a way I can see how it is setup? 4) If the customer purchases something from the form (an EDD product), and I fulfill the order via the Custom Deliverables plugin with EDD, does the order management system update with fulfilled status, or do I have to do that manually? Your documentation doesn't even mention Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), so I'm concerned that I won't be able to troubleshoot this effectively if I purchase. What is your refund policy? Thanks!

hi, i have a question, i am planning to purchase a new license, however there are things i need to know 1. our client wants to create this form to filter ingredients for his products, meaning to say that he wants client to able to filter out which ingredients they dont want, then match them with the correct products, however it is time consuming if i do it manually like items without peanut = show items without peanut, items without chilli = shows item without chilli, he has more than 23 ingredients, is there any faster way to filter out? like if peanut, chilli, ginger is selected, show certain products 2. are we able to let client use the form to filter woocommerce product? like we can preset this products using what ingredients, then allowing customer choose to exclude then only show those filtered products

I am working for a client to make a price calculation for the number of solar panels per number of residents, only I am not very handy with java script. This is an example of how I made it, only this does not work: if([item-286_isChecked]&&[item-418_quantity] ==2) { [price] = ([item-286_price]*4) } if([item-286_isChecked]&&[item-418_quantity] ==4) { [price] = ([item-286_price]*8) } Here “item-418_quantity” is the number of persons and “item-286_price” the price of 1 solar panel which in this example costs 299.6 euro. So for two people the price should be 1,198.4, but now it is 2,696.40. What am I doing wrong?

I haven't such an option in the global setting of the plugin: I have the option Load scripts asynchronously and if I activate it the date picker on the first step of the form doesn't work. Hi! I'm looking to create an estimation form for an interior design firm in which they charge customers based on the style/type of design (e.g. Neoclassical, Modern, etc.) per square meter. Can you help me figure out the best way to do this using your form builder? I want to have them input their area (a number) which is multiplied by a different price per meter depending on the type of design they chose. Hello, I am helping a client setup a form on his website. I have now setup all of the steps with conditional logic and come calculations and it works like a charm. But I have one problem with the 'Last step'. I have created some custom content, that I want to show based on the result of a variable. Funny enough, this works fine with some elements, but with other elements it doesn't work. I have checked, and it is not the calculation of the variable, that is the problem. When the variable is for example 2500, it shows the element that is supposed to be displayed when the variable is superior to 0 and inferior to 3000. But when the variable is 9000, it does not show the element that is supposed to be displayed when the variable is superior to 7999 and inferior to 10000. I have triple checked everything and created a new element with new conditinal logic, but every time, it fails when the variable result is over 7999. Could you please help me solve this problem? I've been working on this for weeks but can't get Layered Images to work properly! Whenever I set a visibility condition for a layer, leave the edit item screen, and return, the visibility condition vanishes. Sometimes the Layered Image item itself will just completely vanish, meaning I'll have to set the whole thing up again. I've reinstalled the plugin several times and the whole website is freshly created with barely anything on it. I'm not sure what's going on!

hello i was checking the form lately. if i have images, i can select them but not unselext them. as well, i have items that should show under image selected conditions, they dont work. it works if i change to checkbox, but it worked with the images before flawlessly, would be nice to get a short feedback without having renewing everything. i purchased this item 3 times. thanks in advance

hello, I am nearly finished my form but really struggling with the responsive view as ive used text descriptions to explain the products. Is it possible that you know some code where i can put a plus button next to the title of the products. When i press the plus button the small description will show underneath the title. I have done two screenshots to show what i mean and im using the image type. This would be really good especially if you have large forms . I presume it would be an if statement to say if lfb_itemBloc contains lfb_itemDes display none and generate a plus icon and only display lfb_itemDes when plus button is clicked.
