It is not because of that. I have tried it over 50 times. It was working the content that I put in and out of a sudden it stopped working. I enabled the admin one as well and it is still not working. New questions! 1. I would like in my PDF and email to have the description - I have the description in the Small description field in which it is working but I cannot style it. I tried to put HTML headlines and it doesn't work. I tried with rich text - hidden and with the option to be shown only if the certain element is selected - hidden and to show in summary but it is not working. Is there a way to have the description of the pdf styled? 2. Is there a shortcode or a way to pull on the front end the submissions of a user - kind of like the estimation history. Thank you!

3. Is there a way to place a condition inside the summary pdf - depending on what element is selected to display the value on the summary. So the way we have now Dynamic Value of the Form and we can insert a shortcode of the item price or value but to place conditions - if field 1 from step 1 is selected display Field 1 title - or if the field is not selected don't display it - anything in those lines - I hope it makes sense. IN the same time it would be possible that the email is sent after the purchase in woo-commerce? So I have the form linked to woo-commerce - once the user finished the estimation form is redirected towards the checkout, I would like that the email with the details from the form and the PDF to be sent to the Woo-commerce customer email without having to ask the customer to input the email in the last step of the form. Oh thank you, sorry didn't see it. Just a little ask more: if I delete "email" on last step, it's working until I do some others change on the form admin, then the email come back. Is this a normal behaviour? can I delete it?

I've got a new project and hoping to buy a second licence but we are wondering if it will be possible to add an image chosen in a step to the final form/pdf. I understand that this option is not entirely standard, but it is very useful, because it would be possible to reduce the number of steps if making the “Choice is required” is for groups. Your solution works, but it doesn’t suit me a bit: 1) the button is obtained not in the place where it is usually (before the price and line, and not after as usual. 2) my buttons are always visible (since there is always a value selected by default), but here you have to hide it - this is not entirely beautiful.

Is there any way to create an 'alias' name for each 'step' instead of relying on the step 'title' for conditional linking? I have 4 branches of a form with several repeat names, but different products at the end, so when I add a condition from a link - I get a long list with up to 36 duplicated names to choose from. If the condition title had an alias it would be easier to track? If I rename the titles it gets very wordy. Or am I doing this wrong :( Many thanks Garry

Hi, recently there is a problem with this plugin. It was working fine the whole time before. The plugin I have is version 9.699 and my PHP version is 7.2. When I went through the registration process, it worked fine, but I did not receive a confirmation for registration nor is there a record of my registration in the "orders" section of that form. When I clicked "Check for updates" in the plugins page, it just reloads. I don't know if that is working as intended. Is there a way to debug and check what is going on? My support has expired, so I cannot submit a ticket, but I feel this is detrimental because the registration confirmation contains important information for the customer, so any help is appreciated. Hello. Sorry for bothering once again, however, sadly, the client decided to change the idea: Now, they don't want to use cents at all (decimals). Cus they think that it will confuse the users. So, i need a big help from you guys to do this, cus there are some points that need to change: 1- I have a "Calculation" Checkbox item that give me a result based on the productprice --> ([item-334_price]/10). After this, we show this result to the user in a RICHTEXT item --> ( O Valor da Entrada/Sinal deve ser de, no mínimo, [item-567_price]. ) So, i need that this final result/text do NOT contain cents. For example, if the product chosen costs $ 50.354,37, the result of the calculation will be $ 5.035,43, right? But we need the RICH TEXT to show $ 5.036 (No cents, and go up) How can we do this? 2- Also, at the NUMBER FIELD, where the users will put the price they want to pay, we need to remove the cents and make it go up . Example, if they put $ 13560,56 , the number field will make it $ 13561 How can we do this 2 things? Thanks a lot !

Hi, i have multiple services on my form and i want the price to get deducted by 100 when the total is 300. How can i do that. Simpler put when the total is 400 i want the total to be 300. However when the total is 300 let it stay 300. Thanks in advance!

If you see the form at vinduesrens.dk/bestil in the second step theres many choices and people select many of them at once. I want the last total to get reduced by 100. So if product A + B + C is over 400, i want it to get reduced by 100. Not if people select one item multiple times.

What if we do it like this. I have an initial price set to 200. If the final cost of selected items is 200 or more the initial price doesnt apply.

Hi, I just purchased the plugin, installed in my testing server, created the form and all worked perfectly. But then when I export and try to import the form file into my active site, it imports sucessfully but the form lost all the steps and configuration. I checked other comments here and in one of them you mention we need to have the EXPORT folder from the plugin install with permission 0747, done that as well but still the same issue. Is there anything else to be done in order to import correctly the form to another site? Thank you
