My customer's inquiry through the form is getting "spam" flag from Gmail. It seems "reply-to adress", but it's better as it is because push "reply" and I can compose reply to our customer. What can I do for this "spam" recognition problem?

I have created a form that has a radio group for color selection. If I make one color checked by default, then the tool tip does not show for that color when you hover over it with your mouse. Is there a way to get that to show up? The only way I have found is to remove the selection, but then I have to make the radio group mandatory. I would rather set a default color and have the user select another color if they choose to. Let me know if there is a way to do this. Also - If I add a video to the form, there is currently no way that I can see to exclude that from the summary, but all of the other elements that I have used have an option under appearance to either show or hide the element from the summary on the last step. It doesn't make any sense to have it show up there. one last thing - if I need to make a radio group mandatory is there a way to do that on just one step rather than having to make each selection required, and if it is required, is there a way to make a custom error message for the radio group? Hello, loopus. I am trying to set a contact form with this plugin, but I struggle with one thing. I’d like to have one field, with predefined question. For example 1+3=? and the user of the contact form must enter number 4 in the field. Or maybe question »which is the captial of some town« Something like captcha, but more simple way. I managed to get a text field with question and empty field for a required answer. But I can’t figure it out how to do it, that only 1 answer will be accepted. In this example, only number 4 must get through or the correct name of town. Thanks.

And really last one: I created simple email contact form, but I get all mails as a invoice form. With "Total", "Quantity" "price" fields - rows. Where do I change it to simple text? I removed it from email, that works. But from subject, I don't know where. Is it from Steps manager or Form settings? Under Admin email subject I have only title that I entered. No ref code there. I've looked everywhere, but I guess I am missing something. Thanks for help.

Oh and one more... when I check all my discount codes... when I open them, some don't have the amount inside... some change percentage to price. Although they work (i think). Is that normal? I don't want to give some customer 40€ discount, but then he will get 40% discount :D

Hello Loopus, the plugin works well in preview form mode: active days and hours of the calendar for the datepicker and sends email ok. But when I embed the shortcode, nothing works anymore. The datepicker no longer grays out disabled times and emails no longer go out. I tried setting the smtp. The smtp send test works fine. But once the shortcode is integrated into the page, the emails do not go. I disabled the cache plugin, no better. For fino, I use the Divi theme. Could you give me a clue please? Is it a plugin problem? because the plugin is not usable for me as it is, I need to be enlightened, thank you

FWIW, your website design demo on your website is broken on Chrome. Attempting to click the website or mobile option on the first question does nothing no matter what or where you click. Works OK in Firefox but can't buy this right now seeing as it has some bugs in Chrome.

We've been trying to get the plugin usable for a few days (weeks) now. It looks really great and has good calculation options too. Sadly, however, it is not usable in Europe as it is completely against the GDPR guidelines. The customer does not have an opt-in function when entering the forms and entering the email address. The admin can create customers himself, which is a really great solution. But the customer is not aware of this, is not informed and no login data is transmitted to him. This is a major violation of the GDPR. We have already received warnings, which is why we have to be sure that we won't get another one. I pointed this out to the team days ago. Short replies always come back. But the problem could not be solved until today. We bought the plugin because of the following skills: edit stored orders customers management users can upload files PDF Files generation All of these are great features. But if the customer cannot manage this, it is not usable. The system also cannot be linked to Wordpress Users. The customers must therefore also be created manually in the plugin. However, the data then remains a secret because the customer is not informed. Since you cannot enter a password in the customer account either, logically no password is created. Only if the customer enters his email address in the last step by filling out a form can a shortcode in the email be used to generate a temporary password and then communicate it to the customer. According to our lawyer, this procedure also violates the GDPR guidelines. The customer actually has to receive and confirm his login data in a separate email. I would pay 20-30 euros more for this plugin if it is GDPR compliant. But it is completely useless and must not be used. With my comment, I hope that the plugin manufacturer takes this seriously and urgently eliminates the error. Using the source code, users can be found out and warned. As I said, it is visually a very great plugin. We would really like to use this. How can we stay now? Emails with your support remained unsuccessful until today. regards

Hi, I have had the plugin for ages, and never had a problem with it until now. Suddenly it shows the initial price in the progress bar, but I have marked "hide initial price..:" and checked it a million times. I have been through all the settings and double checked everything, but the price still shows. In the beginning it is a zero price, and then as you select things the price adds up. Plugin is updated and cached cleared. Is it a bug? The plugin is useless for my purpose if the price shows.

Hello, i think i found a bug. It seems like the plugin can't allow double checking. Example: if([item-349_isChecked] && [item-338_isChecked] && [item-684_price] >0) { [price] = 8.10/[item-337_quantity] } So 2 events should be clicked in the form and a certain value (slider) should be greater than zero. Then a certain price applies. But that only works with 1 check: if([item-349_isChecked] && [item-684_price] >0) { [price] = 8.10/[item-337_quantity] } or if([item-338_isChecked] && [item-684_price] >0) { [price] = 8.10/[item-337_quantity] } Can you check that out? regards

Hello, I am trying to find a way to design same type of elements in the same step at the same time without affecting other steps. For example, I want to design images in the first step by using the designer tool but I want those modifications to apply only to the images in the first step. and I want different modifications for the images in the second step. How do I do this? Do I need to select and design each element one by one or is there a way to limit modifications to a certain step for those same type of elements?

Is there a way to collapse sections of a step to hide it from view, but still keep all the selections made and the numbers counting towards the total? If I simply set the content to be hidden while a button is selected/unselected, then all the inputted numbers/selections disappear from the summary. --Thanks!

Well I sorted that. Deleting and installing again. However. 1. Your plugin is loading a MASSIVE amount of things. Can you give us options to de-activate all the things we do not use, it's slowing down the site A LOT. 2. Your way of designing the forms, padding, margin, colors, columns etc. it is very clumsy. I also got a problem like this: 1/6, 2/3, 1/6 . That apparently do not equals 1/1, so the "2/3" part is not centered. It's not too smart. You can even see it in the designer its wrong. Can you please fix some of these things. Apart from some clumsiness and not too intuitive ways of working it is a great plugin. But you should surely focus on the small bugs and then speed optimization otherwise I think people including me will look elsewhere.

And now I just realized it is not fully responsive..... After spending a complete day finishing the calculator form.

I just wondered if it's possible to use the plugin on Woo product pages so that it automatically pulls in the details [product title, price, description and variations etc] to allow users to customise products please? So we set up one form globally and options are then provided based on the individual product details?
