Unfortunately still not working on an iPhone or an iPad. All it is is a blank page that seems to be quite long to load but nothing shows up. We are on fibre so it's not a connection thing unfortunately. Anyway let me know if it comes back up, or if there any other examples we can look at online. Much appreciated.

Hi there. I am trying to find a calculator with the option to feed the estimates created from one calculator into another. What I am trying to achieve is a person would click many options from the top choice of options, and while the total goes up, there would be another cost bar below, feeding in a much lower set of pricing options about our product, probably hidden, so by the time they come to the end, our pricing structure is much lower for the same technology. HI, this plugin was working fine but has now stopped - even though I put my items into groups you can now select all options and it doesn't add anymore... just spent 3 hours getting this set up and was finally finished and now it's not working, really don't want to start over :( I added an extra step and I messed up the links so I deleted the links to each step and re-added them - could this have screwed it up? Hi, Is there any possible way, when you finish the forms and you get the price, to print a pdf Quotation, maybe something like the email config but beeing able to print it directly from the website. For example, fill your email and click the button and you will be able to print a quotation (which will include all our terms and conditions) + we will send it to your email so you can keep it. Having another idea too, maybe every option you pick from the quotation system can have a predefined text, that you can select to be printed or not, and automatically is added to the final quotation pdf. This would be good when you are customizing services. Every service has a term or condition, so at the end you can have a personalized quotation with every thing you picked and this could be used as a contract. Thank you!!!

100% Styled, and looks great! Except one problem... The CSS doesn't seem to pre-load at all. Each page of the form is applying custom styling on the fly, which results in fonts and spacing of certain items to 'snap' into the correct size & position on each page. I've tried adding the CSS in 3 different locations (separately, of course); in my theme's CSS (current), in the Design Tab's Custom CSS field, and the Form designer's "Edit Generated CSS Code" section. One question: We love the new quantity selection buttons and the slider, but there are issues with each: Is there a way we can have the + / - buttons continue to operate when the mouse is clicked and held down? We sell invitations, and orders of 150 are common. I can't have our customer clicking 150 times! Alternatively, is it possible to force the slider selection increments to 2 qty on each movement of the slider? I noticed the increments auto generate based on max qty set, which prevents being able to select certain quantities (sometimes odd, sometimes even). A simple fix would be to lock increments of 2, since we do not sell odd amounts of invitations, so the qty selected would always be an even amount. Max we have set is 200. Thank you!

This only works if you are using a standalone slider item. I was referring to the "Quantity Selection Style" slider that appears above a selectable image item. [See Attached]. The intervals are random, and cannot be changed. I really would like to use the slider or the button qty selection style, but neither work for large quantities. The best solution would be to enable the + / - Buttons to allow mouse click-and-hold to adjust for large quantities. I will gladly donate for this feature. I know your team can do it! Name the $. I have a quick pre sale question I hope you can answer. I'm looking at using this plugin to calculate taxi fare bookings based on a point to point journey. I.e. London to Birmingham from a drop down that then calculates the fare. If also like to charge a surcharge based on the time the taxi is booked again so after 12pm add additional cost based on journey selected. Hi, I have a "step" before the "final step", asking for an email address. The field is setup as an "email" (text field) and is "type of information" is "Email". I have also selected: "Send contact as soon the email field is filled?" in the options, but this doesn't seem to trigger the email being sent? I am trying to capture the user's email address, before they see the "final step" i.e. before they can view the quote / price. Otherwise, they won't click the final step and I won't be able to catch their email address. I have also integrated mail chimp, but neither of these work until the very final step is finished (i.e. clicked). I.e. the emails and mailchimp only work once the users completes and pushes the button in the last step. Any thoughts? Thanks.

For example, if the guest picks check-in 25.12 and check-out 30.12, the calculator has to calculate 3 variations of the prices per room based on dates. 25.12 - 100EUR, 26.12 - 120 EUR, 27.12 - 120 EUR, 28.12 - 150 EUR, 29.12 - 150 EUR, 30.12 - 200 EUR? It looks like I am not the only person that would like to easily be able to add quantities to check boxes. You mentioned that we would need to add CSS to get this to happen. Can this be done with the custom CSS box available in Form Setting > Design > Custom CSS Rules. You must have played with this some. Do you have the CSS that I need to add this that you could email to me? So, I bought this plugin and use it on another website. I will pay for another license if you can help me with this here. I am going to have to buy another licience if I am going to use this plugin on another website, but it is of no use to me unless I can use quantities with the check box option. Great plugin loopus and I think your support is amazing having trawled through so many of the comments for an answer to my query. From what I read, it’s not possible to populate any form fields info over into wooCommerce Custom fields. I think it could be a great feature in a future release though. You could then automatically add form entered info directly into newly created wc order – endless possibilities. For now, I’m going to try and see if I can piggy back onto the ‘form ref’ that’s passed onto the order and append it with two form items (a specific text field and more crucially the file name that was uploaded). X-Theme bundled so I know the deal but just wanted to congratulate you on a very well built plugin. Appreciate it if you could let me know if there’s a simple way around this even as a temp solution.

Hi There, I was facing an issue with Gravityforms Getresponse add on: If the WP Cost Estimation Plugin is activated, it is not possible to create a new or edit an existing GetResponse Feed with the Gravityforms Getresponse add on - you just see a blank page after clicking "Create new feed"... Workaround: 1. Deactivate WP Cost Estimation 2. Create the Getresponse Feed and configure it as you like 3. Re-activate WP Cost Estimation The GetResponse add on works fine. @loopus: Could you look into this to fix the issue? Would help ;-)

For the clients website I was able to download the form designer extra plugin, I cannot see a way to do so for my Themeco Pro installation though. Could I ask, is the form designer additional plugin available to Themeco theme users? If so, where might I find the download link? Many thanks.

Pre-Sales question Hi I really like this plugin, before purchasing I have a question in regards to the Subscription Forms. I understand I can have single price + subscription time at the same time by enabling “use subscription” option on the form, then enable the option “Isn’t a part of subscription” on the items whose cost is not recurring. Main question is how is those recurring items charged? I know I can use PayPal however, how does it work? - Does the customer get reminder emails before the subscription expires? - Does the customer get an email when he needs to pay again with a buttom to pay their subscription and re-direct to PayPal? - Is it possible to set overdue periods and suspend periods assuming the customer didn't pay on time? - Is possible to see those subscriptions in the backend and their status? - Could you please confirm if this subscription (recurring) option uses PayPal Standard or PayPal Express Checkout with Reference Transactions? This is important since PayPal Reference Transactions are only supported in US and Canada. This is what I like to achive and would like to know if it's possible: - Customer buys a product + subscription - Subscription is valid for 6 months - When the subscription is expired the customer gets an automatic email with a Pay buttom - When you click the buttom it gets re-directed to PayPal - Customer pay using PayPal Standard (not Reference Transactions) - If Transaction is sucesful then we get the notification and the cycle starts again for 6 months. Hey loopus, Can you imagine a way to show a checkbox if a Saturday was selected in the the datepicker? I know that we can use conditions (is filled, is superior, etc) But I would have to show some checkboxes depending if the user choose a weekday or weekend. thanks again!

Thanks again! I am not sure if i'm doing this right. But the checkboxes are been hidden wherever I select Saturday, Monday or any other day.

Having a number of problems right now. 1. Set up Stripe and it wont process any test payments or real payments. Gets stuck on processing green window. 2. Paypal payment goes through and then at end of payment it gets stuck 'returning to seller website'. 3. No emails are being sent to admin or customer when purchase is made yet it is taking money out through Paypal process though. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks. How can i achieve this: Images are colored by default which makes no sense to me. If i click on one it becomes grey. I want it the other way around: Images are grey, and if i click on one it becomes colored. Thx :-)
