Hello, I need to restrict the delivery to specific zip codes (100km radius from company address). So if the ZIP code matches the zip code we deliver, we can proceed with the form. But if it doesn't, it should end the form. I added the numbers field and when I want to add conditions it only allows me to add one condition at a time. I have approximately 900 zip codes and I can't add them one by one. Is there an option to add custom code or bulk upload zip codes to number fields? Thanks.

we can somehow that in the backend area of the variables I would have about 500 variables with the price at 0 and somewhere easily change those variables to the corresponding prices all at once. since I have 500 items I should be able to change the price easily variable-1 = 150 variable-2 = 160 variable-3 = 170 etc..... although the ideal would be var ip6s16 = 150 var ip6s32 = 160 var ip6s64 = 170 etc...... variable-1 = ip6s16 variable-2 = ip6s32 variable-3 = ip6s64 etc... thanks

Well.. thats weird.. the JS codes are there :/ I just cleared the cache once again so maybe it appears now? And.. about the "Show Summary" option.. you mean.. in last step, right? If yes.. thats intentional.. This form will only show the results on the email summary.. and it was working ok before these changes.. Now, after the changes, the email arrives, but without the [project_content] part. :S

I have another question related to my last one. We are trying to set it up so that the store synchronizes with our form with unique functions. We are looking into making the products in our WooCommerce store more customizable. For example, the customer can select a "base product" with a fixed size and prize but can customize the length of the product. We will most likely not use attributes and variants. We want to accomplish that the store and form have identical functions We want to achieve this: Base product with a fixed size, for example, 15x10 meters for 1000USD. The customer can then change the length of the product and can choose incremental steps of five meters and will pay 100USD for each incremental step, for example, 15x10 meters base size x 2 additional steps (two 5 meters steps = 10 meters). The total size of the product is 15x20 meters and will cost 1000USD + 100USD + 100USD = 1200USD. We want to have a function, plugin, or similar for our WooCommerce Store that works together with your form builder and the form that we have created so that both of them have similar functions. We want to avoid two things: Having two isolated systems where we need to change info and pricing in two places. (WooCommerce + Form Builder) Creating different products or variations for each size (15x10, 15x15, 15x20, 15x25, etc.) will generate a lot of products and administrate the products. Not sure if I'm clear enough, I would appreciate your opinion. Thank you!

Hello, we added a custom "skip" button to jump to the end of the form but also used the "next" button. Every time a user skips and uses the "previous step" link, the button is active, and the next button is going to jump to the end of the form. Can i somehow uncheck the "skip button" after clicking on "previous step"? Thanks in advance.

Hey, I read the documentation but couldn't figure out how to do that. I have a numbers field in my first step. The number the user writes into this field should be placed into a variable. in a second step the user can decide between 3 buttons. each button calculates the variable from the first step with a different factor. (for example *1.5 / *2 and *3) in the last step the calculated variable should be displayed. so for example: 1. user writes "14" into the numbers field 2. user clicks second button (X*2) 3. "28" is displayed as a result can I do that?

When I want to use Dynamic Value to show the value of the variable, the second dropdown where I would select my variable is empty...

So i wrote into the modify variable "Ergebnis" of numbers field in step 1: "[item-328_value]" on the button in step 2 i wrote: "[variable]*5" to make the value from step 1 multiply by 5 and in the last step I added custom content with "[variable]" to show the result. but it does not work. where is my mistake...

Is this plugin support paddle or 2checkout payment option?

This plugin has all functions that I need without the payment method. And there is no good reason to install Woocommerce just for the payment option. My site doesn't require Woocommerce. If you add paddle or 2checkoout in your future updates that are very helpful for us. Hope you consider this. Razorpay is only for Indian users, PayPal also does not support many countries. Paddle, 2checkout support almost all countries.

I have also opened a support ticket. However, since our website is very large we use Nitro and for some reason your plugin conflicts with it and I can't use both at the same time which really puts a strain on our server please help. They explained it has something to do with your code being inline if that helps.

We responded but haven't heard anything back? Added you temporary access but without Nitro working everything is so slow. We can disable the form builder and it works then re-enable the form builder after but is pretty ridiculous to do every time we update a page. Maybe you didn't get our email?

I found out a new major issue with the plugin. For some reason it has started to send out old confirmation emails, that have been subscribed by the customer on September. Disabled cache (Litespeed) first, since it usually is the bad guy of problems, but it still sends out old confirmation emails. Does this plugin have some kind of cache where it might store data?

I have sent you a message from the support area. For some reason, the font color and styling (e.g. bold/size) will reset to the default every couple of hours. Every single day I have to spend an hour just redoing the styling. The default grey is so light no one can read it and the default font size is also too small. Hey there, we have problems with the stripe button. In an older form the stripe button is not working anymore and in a form we are building right now, the button is not showing in the final step. In an older comment here, I found following advise: "The item option “Use payment only if selected” is enabled. So if one of these items isn’t selected, the payment is disabled in the last step. You need to disable this option on your items to activate the payment in the form. " I can´t find the item option “Use payment only if selected”. Could you help me solving this problem? Where I can change calculator desing (total price) - currently there is something like a progress bar - I don't like this for my concept. I would like to show only value with short description, something like "on tax you will receive back:" $xx.xx - with each step client do, the amount will rise or decrease depends on calculation. 3. Can I change to show description text field (small description in steps manager) to the client only when they have mouse on some kind of logo "i - information". For checkbox and switchbox this does not work and furthermore this option is only displayable on PC device, on mobile device I cannot view this kind of additional informtion. BTW You told me that “Tooltip text” option works also for switchbox - but this is not true, should I report it as a bug? It only works for button..

I apologize for asking again, do I need to download this update? At the moment Tooltip text still does not work for switchbox and the code to display "i" show the hint on top of the page which is not properly visible.

Hello Loopus. I would like to move the plugin to other website. When I try to activate the plugin on the new one I get an error : This license is already used on www.....com. Hi. Is it possible to change decimals when doing a quantity calculation, so that a number field only shows full numbers. I use this caluclation if([item-2532_value] =='ABC') {[quantity] = [item-2511_value]/6}. If someone enters quantity of 6 in the first number field, the second number field shows quantity of 1. If someone enters quantity of 8 in the first field, I want it to show 2 (right now it shows 1.3333333333333333). Thank you.

Hello there, I'm building something new with your amazing plugin, find out that you made quite big updates after my last use. Nice I must say! Still I have some issues I like to concern with you. - Is there an option to remove a email filed at the last page? In the process I already have a field with an email regarding to collect personal data so this information field can be automatically used from there. - Can you consider to add an option for phone number verification trough SMS? That would be not just amazing but also keeping plugin up to date. - Discount coupon code button is funny looking at leat at my end. Doesn't display correctly. - Maybe autosave option such as Abandoned Cart would be a blast, too. I have some experiences when people haven't complete the whole process but I have collected their email address at the beginning. It could be a nice trigger to remind them to finish their order. This is just my thinking, sorry for being so strait to write you what do I miss. Thank you in advance!
