Bonjour Ce plugin est parfait, beau travail ! mais... 1- Mon menu hamburger ne fonctionne plus sur les pages ou j'ai intégré le shortcode 2- Si j'utilise le snippet pour un popup dans une page, le lien recharge la page mais n'ouvre pas de popup 3- Avant j'utilisais un autre plugin (moins efficace !) et sur la page de paiement Paypal il y avait un lien d'annulation et retour vers le site. Ce lien n'apparait pas. (l'ancien plugin offrait la possibilité de renseigner des liens vers les pages "annulation" et "remerciements". Hello, I have read really positive reviews and I have looked at the demo it looks great. I have a question regarding the backend. We sell telecoms and we need the quote to show a one-off cost (hardware,activation etc.) and a monthly cost(Line rental) in the quote. I have already bought the PHP version but I cant do so in that version. Can you let me know if the wordpress version will support this?

Hi! We are a web agency and looking for a plugin which we can learn and use on our clients websites and which can calculate things and present it in a visual appealing way frontend. For example, one of our clients wants a calculator on their webiste which is based on a complicated equation like ((x*y)/z)+a/z=result. Is these kinds of equations possible to achive with your plugin? Can you also choose not to show the result/sum until the visitor has filled all the forms? Confused about versions - when I download it says 9.463 but in the changelog when I view the details in my installed plugins it shows 9.471 - My installed plugins shows as red and says it needs an update!

Hello, I just purchased this expecting there to be some documentation, but i can't seem to find any anywhere. This seems sooooooooo complex and I will be really upset if I cannot have access to some instructions. Can you please point me to the link containing the documentation? I have already watched a useless 2:45min video on youtube and read the tutorial. That's not helping either. I am stuck on the first step. I do not want my user to have to choose either android app or website for example. I started it out for a basic website question. How many pages will your website be needing? Expecting that I could have it calculate for me total for that choice once a number of pages was input. For example if they say 3 pages at $1 a page that would be total of $3 for the slider above to update, but its not letting me input a calculation for the first step? Why? I am really confused. Please explain to me how I can do this. Also I am wanting to be able to show a description of all optional features via check boxes (where they can choose more than one - and the price updates automatically) and then also an option to bundle features to get bundles discounts...It looks like hthis plugin can do this, but I really need documentation I think to figure this out, unless if its not to hard maybe you can explain how to do these three things here.. Where do you put the fixed price in, in $? Why is there only a place to put a percentage? Even if you use a %, I can't find the place to add the default price..(???) OMG this is SO FRUSTRATING ME!!!!!

Nothing is working for me. I had to remove items and completely replace them because some options even though they were changed and saved were not showing up on the form preview. Now another option is not as showing, "show price in title is checked, but yet the price is remaining at $0 in the preview. I am so mad right now. You advertise this as a way to build a nice form easily WITHOUT KNOWING CODE, but in order to add a calculation, I HAVE TO KNOW CODE to input it (!!!)

Hi there, great plugin! I have 2 suggestions: 1. Allow the field's title to be visible on top of the image (instead of on hover) 2. Add a "drag" field, much like the progress slider on top. Also, I was hoping I could do this but hit a roadblock. At the last step, I want to show 3 payment plans. I was able to create a separate form using your calculations, but I want these 3 fields to appear at the last step instead of a separate form. Suggestion = add an option to add fields at the last step.

I understand, however this is a problem. As mentioned we are only using Gravity for the calculation fields until you add it on your script. We like your notifications because we (admin) and the client need to see the pricing breakdown. Is it possible to add your pricing breakdown to Gravity confirmations? - If not then how would we know what the client chose?

I understand, your solution makes sense from a developer's point of view, however as a client's logical point of view, it doesn't make sense to choose payment options before you see the total pricing breakdown. The real and easiest solution would just be to allow calculation fields at the last step, that's all. We'll have to disable gravity for now and do manual calculations until you do. Thanks

Hello, this would be nice to be able to set a logo and additionnal contact infos like phone and so on in the quote a visitor receives. Also, whne a mail is sent to the visitor, there's a thanking message on the bottom of the quote and it seems we can't translate it via the plugin settings, this would be nice to male it editable. Hi, first off, what a great plugin. Really, so intuitive and visual. I do have a question. My client has been using this extension for a while now and we noticed many comments from their customers about how they would like to receive or download a PDF at the submission page. Or even the functionality to print. It makes an estimate or order more official and makes it easier for customers to save their data opposed to just see a summary in an e-mail. Hi, I noticed the new option in the latest update. However when I turn on "sent the order as PDF" it is not attached to the e-mails. More importantly, since the latest update the e-mail is not sent to the user. It is sent to the admin. In the estimate/order overview the user's e-mail address is blank.. This is since the latest update on may 10th. The update before that worked fine.

Hello, this would be really great if you plugin could ask user email at estimating 1st step in order he can continue so this way, we could ge lots more prospect e-mails because if people see the price at the end they'll mostly don't care about filling their e-mail addresse to get in PDF what they clearly can see in final step : price. Well, the flagged first step then should have some settings asking if we want this step to be unlocked by filling an e-mail address.

Hello, thanks for such a reactivity. What I meant was to make visitor obliged to set email on step 1 to be able to continue to other steps, if he do not fill the email field, he just can't continue quoting process.

On the first step, I would like this to be a Base Price (i.e. Set Up Fee) and not added to the following steps until the end. So what I am looking for is the final output to show the set fee for the a selected option, and then the monthly fee for all the features the user selected. How can I accomplish this?

So the user selected Option A which has a one time base price of $249. They then add a few features that have a designated MONTHLY cost. Let's say that totals $85. The final output should read One Time Fee = $249 Recurring = $85/month I hope this makes sense.

Hello, I need help with an issue with uploading an old estimation form from your php addon to your wordpress version of Estimation Payment Forms. I have tried almost everything and have already consulted documentation and this comment section for solutions ( i have already gave my tmp folder 0747 permissions ) what i find is that the example data will upload but my exported data from php estimation payment form does not and im leaning towards its because it too big of a file. Any help or information at all will be GREATLY appreciated please!! Thank you

Thank you, confirming this we figure that compatibility was an issues since it is too different add-ons. i also have another question, is it possible that you can do custom development on this plugin to add a feature that is currently not available? We love everything about this plugin and find this is the best option for what we are looking for, but we just need a booking/calendar function to go along with it to make it perfect. Hello, Two things, when using the radio buttons inside form all of them have design bugs where their is a white broken icon on the button but the functionality of the buttons work no problem. Second thing, instead of receiving all of [project_content] in one shortcode is it possible to break down each field into its own shortcode or at least make the summary editable text instead of image/screenshot?

Can you add in custom code in like an html form into each step? I currently have a form with options, each option has radio check box inputs. Could I split these inputs over the steps in your form and then have the submit on the final step?

Hi again, I'm looking over this as I can't find a form that looks as nice as yours! Is there no way you would consider the option of letting people place their own HTML in a step or even shortcodes? That would open up the possibilities of this form so much. It's either this or I just have to copy the skin and create it manually. Thanks again.

So I brought a copy as I thought I could just place an iframe in the rich text option to solve my issue. What I have found though is I add the iframe (or any text in the code view) and save, exit and view the page - it's working - then I come back to edit and the code is not there in code view. It's still there in the front end though, even when I refresh. Something buggy with the rich text editor saving code perhaps? If there is an email I can reach you on I would be happy to show you.

Thanks again for the very quick replies. I worked out that after adding code in code view, switch back to the visual view and then click save rather than saving while still in code view and it always saves correctly.

There is an option for "Automatic next step" but when having 3 options I can't seem to set it so you can only pick one, you can check 2 or even 3. How does that fit with the "Automatic next step" requirements of needing one choice? Thanks

Hi there, We are having an issue with the plugin. It conflicts with Gravity Form's Mailchimp feature. Do you know of any workarounds? From Gravity Form: "Our MailChimp add-on checks if the Mailchimp class exists before including the MailChimp api files. It looks like you have another plugin installed which isn't performing that check or they have renamed the Mailchimp class." What about this: There are 3 options, Shirt Mug and Bag If Shirt and Bag is selected, then the shipping cost is only one cost ($5 for us, $10 for international) otherwise if Shirt + Mug is selected or Mug + Bag is selected, then the shipping cost is double ($10 for us, $20 for international). When one of the picture is selected, the conditional option box appears. And i've set it to "Required", but it still let me through next step eventhough i didn't select anything 3. How to make one of the three pictures option must be choosed in order to proceed to next step?

Hello, I think i found a bug. I have one checkbox yes/no I have one required textfield that only appears when checkbox is selected YES When checkbox is set NO, textfield will still notify error even though it is not visible. Can you please fix this :) I am using this function for a project. Great plugin still. Best regards!

Another bug: I have 1 checkbox default set to YES, 1 picture with quantity count. Picture with quantity count is set to only appear when checkbox is YES Now, picture appears, but cannot be turned off. Tested with checkbox default setting NO, now I can toggle and make it appear and dissapear.

The problems are fixed! I just checked it on my mobile and it works. Close my ticket if you will. I guess my other device needed a cache clean. Thanks again for the quick update!

Items are printed materials in which item price is per meter, the formula should be (cost per meter * width * height = estimated price for item) I will need to let the user add as many items to have a total of his purchase. no need for payments to be done, just the form details to be sent to me and the client. This is what i want to achieve, 1) Allowing customers to choose what they want and get a estimate and print it for themselves or email them it for themselves. Can i do that ? 2) Coming to Conditions We are into indian wedding photography, so normally the wedding go for 3 or 4 days so i wanted to do a multiple days, Example scenario would 3 days of wedding, Services would be divided into 4 hours of service one day, 6 hours on day 2 and 4hours on day 3. Normally changes depends on number of guests, type of services they need. i) First we would need save 3 inputs for number of guest on each day of the coverage, ii) Then secondly would be type of service for each day Day 1 - 4 hours - candid photography, traditional photography (different rates for each type photography) + 4 hours videography Day 2 - 6 hours - candid photography, traditional photography + 6 hours traditional videography + candid videography and so on. There is also something going wrong with the css, if a add a description below the image it becomes realty small in width and only places 2 words on a line. could you scale the code if i select 2 collums on a row that it becomes 1/2 + 1/2 instead of switching to 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 +1/4 ?

Back again! lol Thanks for the fast support last time. I have a few other feature requests that would be awesome. Hope you don't mind the suggestions! :) 1. Option to have designated tooltip description. If it's filled in then it would overwrite using the title as the tooltip. I would use the item title but since that's used throughout the admin it would make it difficult if it's a longer description. Or even have the item title below the picture and then the tooltip as the small description? 2. Descriptive built-in and/or custom classes and ids using the item/step names for the items and steps would be really helpful for styling and adding custom javascript 3. It would be nice to have kind of placeholder items where you can just enter a heading and/or description for the content below. And/or possibly allowing the option to break up groups in headings. If I have more than one group of items on a page that needs a description for the group as a whole it's difficult to do that at the moment. 4. If there's a field (tested with text area field) that isn't filled in by the user then the field still shows up blank in the summary, at least the option to hide when not filled in would be helpful. 5. Option to still show title above the picture when the item type is a picture. I know I mentioned the tooltip thing above. But i have a few where I'd like the title and the picture and the description below. It's nice to have it simplified with just the picture on some steps but the option to include them when needed would be helpful too. 6. Option to have a sticky status bar. So when the user is scrolling it will lock at the top of the window. I've implemented this one (http://webpop.github.io/jquery.pin/) for now and it works okay. But there's some conflicts when the page re-loads to the next step the title of the step isn't positioned directly under it. So I thought I'd suggest it to see if a built-in option would be helpful for others. Thanks again; really appreciate the quality plugin and support! Left you some feedback yesterday. :)
