Hello, 1-2. Simply fill the wanted description in the "Small description" option of the target component. You can set the titles as static text like that by using the "Style of image titles" option in the "Design" settings tab of the form . ​ You can also create "Custom content" components below or next to the selectable images to display the desired information (it supports formatted text and custom html code). 3. You can use the visual step builder to make such layouts. The "Use step visual builder" option can be found in the "General" settings tab of the form. The "Custom content" component allows you to freely create titles and texts in the target step.

Hello, The next step button is automatically displayed in the created steps if you don't enable their option "Hide next step button" . The X thick box is displayed in the "Selectable image" components, when the form option "Image selection style" is set to "Circle" in the "Design" settings tab of the form.

Hello loopus, I need to work with visitors entries they will leave in my forms. I want to connect them with google sheets or something like that, where I can work with these data. Is that possible? Is there maybe some kind of "database" in your plugin? I know that Zapier is allowed - but this is not friendly to me, since they charge you on monthly base and they have limit for tasks per month - this I can do for free if there is possibility to export the data from your plugin (by data are meant customer inputs). Thank you so much for your feedback

Hello, Yes, the best way would be to use Zapier. Otherwise, you can use the "Send values as GET variables" in the "Last step" settings tab of the form to send the wanted values to the page defined as final redirection. It allows you to recover the wanted values from a custom PHP script to send them to the wanted service . Once this option enabled, you can choose which values you want to send using the "Send as Variable" option from the component edition panel.

Hello, 1. You need to set the "Progress bar" option to "No progress bar", "Step" or "All steps" in the Design settings tab of the form . 2. Simply enable the option "Hide total row" in the "Summary" settings tab of the form to do that .

It is the "Style of image titles" option in the "Design" settings tab. It can be set to "Static" or "Tooltip" .

Hi. In conditions is it possible to "override" certain elements/conditions/values? For example I want to make a product visible IF the user enters a number Superior to 50 in a text field. If the user do not enter anything (0-49), the product is NOT visible. But if the user checks a certain checkbox, I want the form to ignore the first element/condition/value and show the product EVEN IF the users enters nothing (0-49). Is this possible?

Hello, Yes, the visibility condition to use to do that is : if "item X" is selected OR if the quantity is superior to 49 .You can change the condition operator to "One condition must be filled" to create OR conditions, from the dropdown at top of the conditions panel .

Hello, i found a bug. If the price summary is presented on an initial step and on a later step a negative price is added, the final summary does not display the total with it. The final price on the top is correctly displaying the total but the summary doesn't.

Hello, You can create "Separator" items where you want to create line breaks in the step.

Simply by placing a separator after each 2 items. You can also enable the "Use step visual builder" in the "General" settings tab of the form (or in the global settings if you don't use the last update) to use a visual builder to make your steps layouts.

to be precise: there are two buttons: 1. "add a dynamic value" which do not work 2. 'plus sign' which works corectly but still in last step in custom content for example "[item-276_price]" do not display - please check this - thx

Hi, is it possible to change the order of the last page items? Right now the order is: 1. E-mail field 2. Title + summary 3. Integrity policy checkbox 4. Submit button. I have noticed during user testing that some people, when the summary is long, enter their e-mail. Still, they miss the integrity policy checkbox and the submit button, ending up not submitting the form. I would like to have it in this order: 1. E-mail field 2. Integrity policy checkbox 3. Hello, Yes, you simply need to create a "Rich text" item and use its "Add dynamic value" option to show the value of the target text field in a custom text .

1. Yes, exactly. 2. No, sorry, there is no such option for rich text item currently. Otherwise, here is a solution to do it in the step title. Set "Thanks [name]" as step title, then paste this code in the "Custom JS" option of the form : jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('[data-title="My Text field"]').on('change',function(){ jQuery('[data-title="Thanks [name]"] .lfb_stepTitle').html('Thanks '+jQuery(this).val()); }); }); Simply replace 'My Text field' by the exact title of the name text field . Is it ok ?

Hi, just wondering if your system has the ability to do Stripe future payments? We have a laundry service and want customers to be able to request a pickup of their laundry, supply us with their credit card info and then later, when we have done the laundry, we want to charge them on however much we did (ie the number of tshirts, pants etc). We don't want to quote them a definite price initially - but just a rough guide. And then, when we've done the order charge them on their credit card. We want to use the booking form or at least get them to give us the date and time for collection. Thanks!

Hello I'm trying to remove the "Delay before redirection" (the page with green background and loading circle) and have set it to "0", and added the code below to the Design Tabs Custom CSS field, but the green page with loading circle is still showing. #lfb_finalLabel {display: none !important;}

Hello, If the "Delay before redirection" option is set to "0", the remaining delay is the real time taken by the server to reply to the ajax call that submits the form. It depends on the server speed itself.

I understand, thank you. I have one more question: I have added a field in the "Last Step" tab under "Fields of the final step" which calculates a few things in the form for me. I would like the field to be visible only in the e-mail summary and PDF summary sent to admin/customer, but NOT in the last step summary list. Is this possible?

It can be done by pasting this rule in the "Custom CSS rules" option of the form : #lfb_summary tr[data-item="29"] { display: none !important; } Where '29' is the ID of the target item .

I have no clue how to calculate price depending on the season. for example the normal price of one night is 6.20 but if they choose a date in high season in the calendar from 15th July to 16th august, it should be 7.20. And a mix of low and high season could happen if the customer selects more than one date between seasons. So for example 2 nights between 14th July and 16th July it should cost 6.2+7.2= 13.4 So what is the formula I have no clue and the developer of the app neither. Anyone knows?

If the file field is placed in the last step, simply verify that the "Hide the final step" option is disabled in the "Summary" settings tab of the form . To show the links in the customer's email too, you need to enable the "Show uploaded files links" option in the "Email" settings tab of the form .

Hi Loopus, we have just purchased your calculator plugin and we have setup everything but cant understand the calculation side of it. We are a courier company and we calculate by KM's (example Strathfield, NSW to Sydney, NSW is 20km's and then our per km rate is $1.25 so we need it to multiple the price. We have tried numerous of different Price calculation coding but i dont think i quiet understand how it works. Google API has been setup correctly as google is picking up the addresses - so this is fine. Can you please help us? this application is perfect for us but we just need to work out the calculation codes.

Hello, No, but you can create a contact form without using any other plugin. You simply need to create the wanted fields in the target step of your form .

I am interested in the calculator plugin. I would like to know if is it possible to create presets that people can select in the beggining which will set predetermined choices? For example, let's imagine it's a pizza builder/calculator which all ingredientes people can select. In the beggining there are presets such as "Margherita" "Salami" etc.. if people select "Margherita" then all correct margherita ingredients bellow will be automatically selected. This is to give examples to the people of what they can calculate and make the process easier

The latest update 9.748 was applied on my customer's site and it wiped out everything custom. All my custom estimators and all customer orders. It basically reset the plugin to default. How do I get this back?!!

Hi! Can you add "Legal notice" to the confirmation (email, PDF)? Currently, someone confirms, but there is no confirmation that he has read, e.g. in an e-mail. From a legal point of view, someone can claim that there was no such disclosure, or it was not displayed to him and he did not confirm anything.

Hello, The legal notice confirmation is placed in the last step of the form, before its submission. You can also freely add any text or html content to the sent email and pdf, directly from the "email" settings tab of the form .

Actually, yes, but the text formatting is not as accurate as duplicating the content in the main table. Even if you split the text with , it looks nice in the mail, worse in PDF and very bad in the preview in the user account. You've created a great plugin - amazing! But there are some things that can be improved. As for the user account. Is it possible to hide numbers? PS3 This is 100% certain - tested on 2 installations, including 1 new one. There is a bug in the strings of the POT file that only affects the translations that are in the Customer Account. 1 string translation does not exist at all in POT/PO: JOB. Strings untranslatable, but present in POT / PO: Inscription Job phone Save (button) Date (table) Lost strings: Job Any translation that is available directly in CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TEXTS works correctly. Only those in POT / PO are not translatable. The CUSTOMER ACCOUNT panel itself is amazing! If the translation concerns other areas of the backend, it works well in POT / PO. The problem only affects 5 words in CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.

The texts of the frontend customer account page are defined directly from the "Global settings" panel of the plugin. The translations of the .po file are only used on backend side. I fixed the missing texts and sent the correction to Codecanyon and as automatic update. It should be online now .

If there is no translation, they are not displayed and that's a good idea. However, the problem is the data, e.g. numbers that are always 0.00.

Are you sure the plugin has no problem with nTLDs support? We have a problem with configuring the mail settings: - Global Settings / Admin email. The plugin does not save the addresses of new domains, e.g. .best or .marketing.

Bug report. The plugin does not see domains that have extensions of four or more characters - / Global settings / General / Admin email. It only accepts email addresses for domains with three characters or less than three characters long: .top, .it, .com etc. - you can enter any three characters. It cannot see the following domains: .marketing, .expert, .best, .express, .online, .link, .cloud, and any domain that is more than 3 characters long.

Great! THANKS! The problem is when you want to use "Use SMTP to send emails". The plugin then compares the matches of the given e-mail addresses, but does not see the multi-character ones - Test SMTP is not working, and email field is red.

AMAZING! YOU ARE THE BEST! We noticed 4 more real problems: 1) "Forgotten password link" is translated in 3 locations: PO / POT, Global Settings, Last Step. Last Step does not apply to the user's account, yet this translation is displayed when the user wants to be reminded of the password. 2) When you enable "Use SMTP to send emails" password reminders do not come at all. It comes only when this option is turned off and the WP sending e-mail option is used. 3) Incoming e-mails via WP always have a default address: wordpress @ (domain). In my opinion, they should not disclose information about WP, especially when so many people want to hide this information or also for security reasons. It seems that entering an address in the "Admin email" field should trigger the use of that address, but this is not the case with the user's password.There is no option to change it, as well. 4) Most likely, there is also a bug regarding GDPR settings. If you activate them once, and then deactivate them, "Text to show at bottom of the customer email" is still visible in the recipient's e-mails - as if the plugin did not recognize that this option was disabled. Even when you delete all users, activate and deactivate and add new users, "Text to show at bottom of the customer email" is still sent in e-mails after disabling the GDPR option.

2) UPDATE. Very important! The note about sending the password concerned the 2nd and the next sending of the password. The password will be sent once (after 1 request). Even if someone accidentally sends the password request again, the new password will never be received and the old password will not be active. As a result, the user is denied access because in such a situation he does not have a new password and the old one does not work.

2) UPDATE. We just checked with additional SMTP plugins (eg Fluent SMTP). At 100%, the password message for the user is not even generated when resending. It's just that the plugin doesn't generate a password again or send the user's password - we don't know how it works because we've never received the password twice.

Hello, No, the last one is the version 9.748. If you can't see it as automatic update, it can be downloaded from codecanyon and applied by replacing directly the plugin files from ftp .

Hi, we have 2 issues with the cost calculator 1. Step 4 (Are you interested in a feature Cork wall?) options are not displaying 2. Hello, i have a very simple question: I have a form that works as a complex estimation form. It's already set to make some calculations and show the results on the final step. However, now i want to capture leads with it, so, before the last step shows the results, i need to have an new step with some text fields that captures the infos of the users. And the form needs to send the results to their emails AND show it in the last step. I've added this step.. and the fields, setting them to be "Name", "Last Name", "Email" and "Phone".. However, the form is not sending the results to the email.. How can we make it work? Thanks!
