I'm using a bundled version of E&P (with Themeco X-Theme), can you solve the following problem or do I need to by an additional licence? I have a form with 7 steps and some branches. Starting the form with less steps, the stripe payment worked OK, but now instead of the credit-card form, only a "powered by stripe" logo is shown. Can this be solved?

It works good and totals the number of hours correctly. I would like to know, how do I make a new totals in summary, that will take the total hours and multiply that figure by a set number (say 75) to then show a price. Hi, I want to use this form as an application form. But I've one problem, I've two options in the form, either they can choose to pay a fixed application fee for faster handling or they can choose to not pay any application fee. I use Stripe in the form, but if the person choose to apply without paying a application fee they are forced to fill in their card information. Is it possible to only show Stripe in the last step if they actually have choosed to pay an application fee? And not if they choose the free application option?

Hi, I'm a bit frustrated because this plugin has so many glitches. 1. Although I have items in a group, I can select multiple of those items, which messes up the pricing and defeats the purpose of the group. 2. Say I have "Item 1" in step 2 and its shortcode in the form is [item-1_value]. If I move or delete something in step 3 or 4...the shortcode for "Item 1" changes to, for example, [item-6_value]. I have about 30 calculations that depend on this item and I have to be consistently going through them to change the item shortcode if I have to make a change. That's just ridiculous and TIME-CONSUMING!! 3. The last step glitches and takes about 30 seconds to load. By that time, the customer is gone! I've tried disabling plugins, reducing steps, breaking the steps into two parts....nothing helps. This final step has about 30 products before it based on calculations. If the form can't handle that there should have been a notice. I can't deal with the lag! I'm sure my customers won't either. Your assistance is needed.

Plugin looks nice, pre-sales question. Does the plugin allow to show number of hours included in the price? For example, if you have different services like, server / desktop / mobile etc, and each of those had different amount of hours for each of those, can the total number of hours show at the end of the form along with the price?

A service has a set amount of time. So if a server was 1 hour per server and the user selected 2 servers this would be 2 hours. However a laptop would only be 0.30 hours and selecting 2 of those would be 1 hour. The price per hour is the same.

Hi, I have some pre-purchase questions about the plugin. Some introduction is needed: My customer sells ingredients through his webshop for making your own beer at home. He wants a page in the website where you: 1. select the ingredient you want (e.g. in a dropdownlist or something like that). 2. depending on the ingredient we want to see a price range picker where we can select (in the back-end) which price belongs to which volume (e.g. the more volume the lower the totalprice). 3. So price range picker is depending on volume but also on ingredient of step 1. 4. Multiple ingredients much be possible (but not mandatory) to order. 5. At the end we want the customer/visitor to be able to put the ingredients, with correct volume and price in the shoppingbasket. 6. He or she can now order and pay for the selected products and volume. Is it possible to make such a set up with this plugin and incoorporate it in a woocommerce environment (we use Shopkeeper theme from themeforest)? I have a quick question which is doing my head in and wondered if you could help Say I have 3 items on one form page and I only want the user of the form to be able to select one of the three items, currently the user can select all three items which messes up the next page. Ok. Is there a way during a step of the form, I can show what the current calculated price is? I wouldn't want it to be shown in the progress bar but actually as part of the content for one of the steps.

Ok and lastly. Is there a way to have two different final steps? So that if certain conditions have been met, it will use one final step but if those conditions have been met it will use a different final step.

Sure though I was hoping for my two final steps to then be able to then take either the subscription payment or be able to pay it all in one go depending on which option they choose in a previous step but that doesn't sound possible. Thanks!

One thing I don't see though is the way of getting the current calculated price. When I press Get The Value Of A Field, I can add the value of a certain option but I want the overall price to be shown. Is this possible?

Very happy with the install on one website, and are building another website and are looking to purchase again for it. Looking to use sliders this time. But firstly the slider interval can't seem to be changed to decimals only whole numbers. Second issue is the "display price in title", option, because I put in the value of "1" as Price, it just shows 1, when i would like it to show the total price for that specific slider. Are these possible with this plugin?

Hi great plugin but I struggle with the calculations is there any file which shows all the possibilities how to calculate things? My problem: I want to calculate the price of a check box. The price of the check box depends on a 'pick a field' of a step before. So if somebody picks field A he has to pay 50€ in the check box and if somebody picks field B he has to pay 75€ in the check box. If you need further info please let me know.

Hey loopus, it's me again, lol. So, I've noticed a little bug in the plugin. When you select the "save for later" option to enable the save button on the estimate form, whenever the user saves the step that have images with "enable quantity" turned on, if the user reloads the page to restart at that step, the quantity buttons (the minus and plus buttons) turns invisible, but they are still there because you can click them even in they are not visible. I've inspected the element and somehow, after you reload the page with that step saved, it adds this class on the quantity buttons: "lfb-hidden". So, the div stays like this: div class="quantityBtns lfb-hidden" after you reload the page with the save button active on these kind of steps. Is there a way to fix this out? We are selling language educations and accommodation on schools around the World and I wonder if this plugin would suit our need? We need to allow our visitors to calculate their rate based on quite complex pricing structures which are different from school to school and the visits should be able to see the price but only pay a deposit when booking. The complexity comes in as price per week decrease per week for all weeks for some schools while on other schools week prices are fixed but get lower and lower the longer a student studied. E.g. 4 weeks with the first model would be 150eur x 4 but with the last 195 eur for first week + 175 eur for second + 165 eur for third + 150 eur for the 4th. Additionally all schools have different course types - during peek periods additional fees are added - and accomodation is calculated totally different. Well as I said very complex. Do you think your plugin could help us?

Hey loopus, is there a way to CLEAR the current cart itens when the user takes the estimate and put the items in the cart? For example, user takes the estimate form for the first time, at the end he clicks the button and add a bunch of stuff into the cart and then I redirect him to the checkout. Let's say that he missed something at the estimate or want to take it again. When he does the estimate form again, when he puts the new estimate form in the cart, all the new stuff sums up with the old stuff, so he needs to manually delete the overflowing stuff in the cart. So, I want to put an option to "clear the current cart items" when the user takes the estimate form. Is that possible? If yes, could you teach me how to do it, please?

That works! Thanks a lot. But now I've encountered a new problem, lol. So, what I'm setting up it's an ecommerce. The estimate form is for the user to elaborate a customized product, but I will also sell another products that are not being inserted into the estimate form. So, let's say that my user goes first in the store and insert another products in the cart and then he goes to the estimate form. In this case, at the end, the cart will be cleared and all the items that he'd put before will be gone. So, is there a way to exclude products from SPECIFIC categories from the cart with the estimate form? Because all the items that are going into the cart from the estimate form are from these 2 specific categories. So basically, could you help me out with a function that can exclude products from those 2 specific categories instead of clearing the entire cart? Thanks a lot in advance!

sorry but I think that your solution is not correct. On second year I need to apply a 15% discount + 10% on the result of the first discount. With your solution I will apply a 25% on the total price and that's not the same

Hi, I found that the "Add to Woocommerce Cart" function doesnt work with the quantity field, e.g.: Item A= Woocommerce Product A = $1, when I entered 10 units in the quantity field (item_10), it shows only $1 on the checkout page, which is not $1x10 = $10 is there anyway to deal with it?

Hi, I found that the problem appears if I use a separate "Number Field" as the field to enter quantity (Not the "Enable quantity choice" which is the quantity field for each individual product), this makes Woocommerce unable to read the quantity. Why I insist to use a separate Number Field is that, I have over 50 items but there should only be 1 quantity variable which to be shared among all of them (e.g. customers can only buy 3 x items A + 3 x items B + 3 x items C in 1 time, and could not buy 3 x item A + 2 x item B + 4 x item C) -- it is hard to let my customers to enter the same quantity item by item -- that's why "Enable quantity choice" is not an option to me in this case. Any idea to let Woocommerce to read the "Number Field" (e.g. Item-100) as quantity field?

So on each step I have two fields: one from hidden field from your code, and second one with amount selected by user. Each of those fields have price 0,85$. I would like user to be charged minimum 5$ on every step. So every selected amount of product below 5$ is charged 5$. Every amount above 5$ is calculated normally x*0,85$. So I figured out to create another hidden number field with default value 1 and calculated price with this code (switched * to times because of this text editor): 5 if(((([item-90_quantity]+[item-91_quantity]) times 0.85) <5)) { (5-(([item-90_quantity]+[item-91_quantity]) times 0.85)) } else { 0 } but it does not work like I would like :P Would you mind to help me with this little problem?

Hi, thanks for your plugin. Really very good! I have a problem : at the end of the form for the payment, i checked "pay a pourcentage of the total price", but I always see the full total on the last step (so the client think it has to pay the full total price. There is nothing to says that it only has to pay 60% of the total price). Maybe I missed something or did something wrong, but I don't see any other configuration for... Could you help me ?

Hi, I love this plugin but the number field doesn't work properly. Decimal separator = "," is not allowed to type into the number field. All countries of Europe use a comma to represent a decimal point (expects the United Kingdom). Peaople can not use my form because they do not know how to type decimals into the number field. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
