Hi, my client purchased this plugin but I do not have access to their codecanyon account. In any case, I hope you can help me. I have created a form with 3 steps. When I go onto the email section to set which email the admin receives, in the 'get value of field', the first step of the form is not on the list, and therefore I can't add it to the emai. This looks like an awesome form, the only problem I have with it right of the bat is that people think that you can pull the price lever. Intuitively that's what you want to do to get started. But all it does is display the cost from the inputs you are choosing in the form.

How can i set the reply-to email in form to the email address entered by a customer while completing the form 2. is it possible to make the background on forms transparent. I need find the percentage of the total price, but currently it just adds to the total. Am I able to do the calculation then overwrite the total price with the new one? It's something like this: total=44,500 total*0.395 I want new total to be 17,577.5, but it be 44,500 + 17,577.5.

Am I able to change the Last Step text, if the total is positive or negative? "You owe $xxx.xx" or "You get back $xxx.xx" 2. Is it possible to round the total, so it doesn't end in .50 for example

Negative numbers get defaulted to 0. Anyway to disable that?

Pre-sales question. Is it possible to create fixed packages using this plugin apart from custom estimation/payment flows? For example, can I setup a package for websites with predefined options and customer can directly purchase it instead of going through all options?

We are using this plugin and enjoying it. Last night we changed the font, via a Mac, to Helvetica Neue, but it seems that is not a font that is picks up if on a PC that doesn't have it. As it returns to Georgia. So we are on a Windows machine, and no matter how many times we change it, in Form Designer, it will NOT return to Roboto or Arial. We go to change it, Apply, Save etc, but refresh and it's back to Georgia or Times New Roman.

Thanks. I have now started resetting them to Roboto or Arial. But it will NOT change the darn font. It's the Opening Text, the title of the whole form process that won't change. It seems to change each element title, but not the main opening text or subtext.

Hi there! I need to have a 2 column step: one column with an image and the other one with the number field. Hi, I have three groups of images in the first step. Each group appears based on conditions of the previous group. Each group has own group name. The step is set to "Selection required". I want the user to select one item of each group and then go to next step. At the moment it does not work that way. If one item of the 1st group is selected then a user is able to go to next step. I want the user to be required to select an item of every group and then go to next step. I hope you understand what I mean.... how to achieve this? Thanks.

Not really. Sorry, i didn't explain correctly. We sell books on demand. The client choose some options like type of paper for the inside, size, number of pages .... and also how many does he wants. We would like to show the client how much is one book and also how much is the total amount for all the units he wants. It's just a "marketing" issue. If you just see that you have to pay 1000$ for your books maybe you fly away. Let's think about that you see that you have to pay 1000$ for your books but each unit is just 10$. ;-)

For example, I am not sure about how many main colours the customer may ask to add, there he may select one colour and then choose an option for another colour and if needed more, he may add more and select. Without any doubts your form can do almost everything: I request you to add two options please: 1. Customers may add additional field (as discussed above) 2. Can you please add a conditional option to use for coupons too. Or else if you can add coupon option to add anywhere in the form like other 'Item Options' and we may select it and add it. The second option is needed because if I get an order from any other platform where the customer would already have paid, he may then be able to pay the remaining amount (if partially paid on another platform) by entering the coupon code which would be sent to him with the link to complete the form. I'll add a condition if the customer is coming from any other platform / website, where he would have already paid then he'll choose that option and there the coupon option would appear. Thanks.

Hello, I am using steps as the progress bar and somehow they are just not in synced. There is a total of 7 steps including the Final, but when I start it just shows 1/2, then goes to 2/3, 3/4, and all the way to 6/7 then 7/7. Do you know what is going on? Thank you!

My form design is not updating in the page I have it live, but it is updating on the preview page (www.domain.com/?lfb_action=preview&form=1). It's using colors from before I changed the design.

Hello loopus, Thanks, I have gone for the Custom JS option as it fits more into my layout, however, it seems that the code only works with slider titles that are unique. I tried on some sliders which have the same name "Wohnfläche (m 2 )"(like for example I have 2 sliders in step 2 and 3 in the form with the same name) and the picture wouldnt show. Could you please tell me what I can do? Thanks

Hi - Looks amazing. I want a calculator that when you select a few variables - such as width and height - it then shows a product or image or even just text. e.g. for a swimming pool pump. Select pool width, select depth, select length => [HEAT PUMP A] (as text or image or both) with an option to click 'enquire now' which will take this text to a contact form. if thats not possible then on click would add the 'product' to the cart (I would then have to add my heat pumps as products in woocommerce)

Hey, I was using this plugin through the X-Theme and recently purchased a full version. I'm running into a bit of a conundrum. I have two products and each product has six attributes. These six attributes are asked in the form of image questions and I'd like to add the correct variation of my Woocommerce item. For example..... {Step #0}: product a or product b (product) {Step #1}: a or b (attribute q0) {Step #2}: a or b (attribute q1) {Step #3}: a or b (attribute q2) {Step #4}: a or b (attribute q3) {Step #5}: a or b (attribute q4) {Step #6}: a or b (attribute q5) Then at the end I would like to build my redirect based on the images selected. Image #1 = a, Image #2 = b https://domain.com/checkout/?add-to-cart=[Step #0]& variation_id=#hardcoded& attribute_pa_q0=[Step #1]& attribute_pa_q1=[Step #2]& attribute_pa_q2=[Step #3]& attribute_pa_q3=[Step #4]& attribute_pa_q4=[Step #5]& attribute_pa_q5=[Step #6] Otherwise I end up manually having to set 128 possible combinations with each combination having 6 questions. Then I end up hard-coding the 128 links. As you can imagine...its pretty time consuming and creates the risk of missing a result set. We also frequently change the questions asked since our product is centered around the outcome of the quiz. I tried the approach of adding each variation as its own "woocommerce" product, but the problem is it looks a little sketchy when the consumer is receiving one product and sees 6 different products. I also tried a math/redirect approach, but redirecting twice to woocommerce checkout creates a high drop rate. What I'd really like to be able to do is set an attribute each step, build a dynamic redirect based on the steps results, or have a hidden field type you can set to the result and use in the redirect url. Even a url redirect import of a .csv would be super helpful, and I could spin up the results in an excel table. Let me know if you have any suggestions or thoughts on the best approach for this....thanks!

Thank you for the reply. Yes, by setting a number in stock on woocommerce the plugin will not overrun this number but in the next order the product is still available but should be exhausted. Can the plugin be able to scale the number in the warehouse and then exhaust the product?

I saw another user recently post about email notifications not working. Before I updated to the most recent version I was able to get notifications to both the admin and customer. Now, the customer receives an email but not the admin. I've tested with emails on the same domain and also looked at WHM's mail delivery report which shows the customer email going through but no attempt made for the admin email.

During one of the steps I have a button with title "Yes, please!" which add a specific woocommerce product to the quote, but is it possible to display "Small Description" in the summary or the name of the product instead of the "Yes, please!" button text?

Hello - I recently both this plugin and I'm in the process of building my first form. The problem I am having is that when I tried to add discount by percentage the calculation is coming up wrong. For instant, if the total price is within a certain range then 10% Discount should be applied to the total price. I use the following link conditions to set the criteria for the discount: 1. Element: Total Price Condition: Is superior to Value: 501 2. Element: Total Price Condition: Is inferior to Value: 1842 Then I use a Step with the “show it depending on the conditions” set to the same conditions as above. I also have the show in email summary set to yes. For the item, I am using a checkbox with the multiplication operator. I have my percentage set to -10 The “is selected and show in summary option” are set to yes Now when I run the app and selected services for total price of 1500, the 10% discount is launched but the calculation is incorrect. I am getting 1215 which is more like 19 percent. If I uncheck the checkbox I get the correct calculation which is 1350. If I turned off the checkbox “is selected” option, refresh the browser and run it again, I get the correct calculation. However, the show in email summary function does not work in either case. I am totally frustrated and will welcome any suggestion that provides a solution. Thanks in advance

Hi, I've been looking for an attractive plugin to have client make custom product bundles and I'm wondering if your plugin can do what I need. Could not find this information. We sell airsoft guns and other gear, by the way. Example: Step 1: Customer chooses a gun (each selection corresponds to a product in the store) Step 2: Customer chooses what type and how many (need selection of product and to be able to choose the quantity) of magazine they want with it Step 3-...: Customer chooses in each step if they want a sight on the gun, if they want battery and charger with it etc. Each additional item extra to the gun itselt (step 1) will give the customer a discount. Either from all products, only from the added products or from the gun. Can your plugin do this? Many thanks in advance for your answer!

Well, in that case it doesn't do what I asked. Because all the options we want to offer our clients are based on real products in the Woocommerce shop and we need to apply discount on them (if you buy the "bundle", you will get the selected stuff cheaper than buying them separately). What we aim to do is something like YITH Composite Products or Woocommerce Composite Products do. It's a shame your plugin cannot give out discounts like this because there are too few good Bundle building options around and I hate the plugins from YITH and Woocommerce because they force to buy only a 1-year license which you have to renew for big bucks every year... Without the option to discount Woocommerce products in bundles, to me atleast, building these pretty forms of yours seems rather useless. :(

I hope you'll add this feature because that would expand form building (and actual use of the form!) with real Woocommerce products a lot further. :)

Hi, Can you please help me with a simple calculation? I will explain first, I am calculating prices for Building administration. And you know, as more you hire, less price. The thing is, I made a page which is called Building specifications and it has an slider which is item-91, here are the rules...: If the building has up to 15 departments price is 39,00 € and I need to sum to this 39 €, 3,00 € per department, so this would be: User selects 12 departments then the sum is: 39 + (3 x 12) = 75 € BUT!!!! If the quantity selected in the slider is over 15 then price is 42€ and 2,80€ per department, example: User selects 25 departments the sum should be: 42 + (2,80 x 25) = 112 € I tried this but it give me big prices... if(([item-91_quantity] Thanks in advance
