I have a question and a suggestion :) Question: How do i change the fontsize for each step title? Suggestion: Being a translator it would be really great to have the option of a word counter when people upload document files and then have the form return the amount of words, so a quote can be calculated based on the total word count. Currently you can only have the customer put in an amount in a field when you want to do that. This prohibits me from allowing customers to pay immediately for a translation upfront because anybody can put any amount in a field and pay for that amount even if the amount does not match the actual amount of words in the document. . It would be pretty cool if the form could do that automatically. I'll be even willing to pay for that option if its added as an add-on or something like that. :-) Best, Erol Alici

Hi, I would like to add this in a website. So I was wondering whether or not the following 3 options are available. 1. Before starting the Cost Estimation the visitor must have to enter some information - name, email, phone etc , which will be delivered to web admin email. 2.I don't want to show price in each click. Price will be displayed only at the end. 3. When visitor will build something there will be a field which will display what they clicked so far. Option 3 is not necessary. Hello. Great plugin, but I have one concern that has been mentioned before. On iPad (and maybe iPhone as well), it requires two touches / clicks. One for tooltip, the other to select. I'm aware that the tool tips can be disabled on touch devices, but the "slider" option displays the values / sizes in tooltips... and this is disabled as well. Is there any workaround or fix to display tooltips, but also count it as a click that proceeds to next step (as it does on my android device)?

I've activated "Ajax navigation support” and also tried your css fix but without a positive result. I even changed your css fix to the class #preloader. Hi, I am not able to give more than 10 or 15 discount on quantity fields....if I take more discounts it won't save all the data :-( I need to type in about 60 different discounts for a certain item. Anyway to solve this? Thank you very much!!

Also I have another question: I simply tried to multiply two items in a calculation. I want to multiply the quantity of one item with the price of another item. But i couldn't get it working....I used the following formula. The Price of item 15 is 70.: 70 [item-15_price] * [item-11_quantity] The items are places in different steps, but i think that shouldn't matter?! Thanks a lot! Best, Christian

Hi There and thanks for the quick reply! 1. I've been trying to set a huge number reductions of quantities (like 1-60) at the step "project size" using the item "1st. step" 2. The calculation is under the step "number of songs you want to be mastered" - item "all tracks"...The price of one item should be 70 and multiplied with the slider in step "how many songs do you want me to mix" Thank you very much! Hi Loopus, Thank you very much! 1. The Issue is solved, when I save the item. BUT: I need to copy the whole item 15 times. When I saved all 40 reductions on items, it worked perfectly and saved all of them. But then I just copied the whole item and all reduction data was not copied and also lost in the first item...? yeah its a bit difficult to recreate the error but its there and happens randomly. I think if you leave the form halfway through, and leave the site and then come back to it and try to restart the form, it then displays as provided in the screenshot before.

i just recreated the error again http://i.imgur.com/jNC4xuN.png (im in eastern time zone) and i did it by playing around with the form, closing browser window, returning to homepage and attempting to relaunch the form.

here is an example site that we used to have: https://www.jaykay-blinds.co.uk/details-5-25mm.slat.Standard.colours.html Can your form do this? the fabric colours do not need prices to calculate as they are all the same, its only the width and height that needs it, and maybe sometimes the Golden Oak at bottom of form would need a custom price onto it.

So how hard is it though to do different value for each width and height? we have different widths and heights like min width allowed is: 600 and max value is: 2400 but in between all of that each one needs a different price? but if you do like: width: 601 and height 701 etc like odd numbers it rounds it up to the nearest price?

Problems with importing and exporting data and probably different version of the plugin. Lets be very simple: a) are wpefc_coupon; wpefc_items and wpefc_logs the tables used by you? b)If Yes, can i just empty the content? c) or even delete them? I uninstalled the plugin but there is some data in there, and I can't see the old forms. So no reason to keep old data. Please advice. Thank you. (MU site installation).

Great plugin, absolutely love it. Just got one question in terms of non-standard customization, but is there a (relatively) straightforward way to amend the price progress bar logic? From what I can tell at the moment it increments as the user adds items based on the percentage value of that item to the 100% cost of everything within the form - my client would rather if we could set the upper limit, as it's pretty much impossible for a client to go beyond 25% up the scale at the moment. If we could cap it out at around $12,000 then most users would fall in the 30-60% range, which looks a lot better than having it barely move when items are added. Not sure if that's something that's particularly straightforward, but if you could point me in the direction of the relevant lines in the relevant file(s) that would be a huge help. Thanks!

Once a "combination" is selected and the item is sent to the cart, does it show the combination selected?, is it visible in the orders on the backend for production to start building the product? --- 3. Finally: We have several references for each combination, let’s say: 1: yellow 2: red 3: black and: a: 3 meters b: 2 meters c: 1 meter So our production area can build highly customized products by just looking at the references and not spending much time seeing each attribute value. These are now standarized references and we have to keep using them for our contable software. We end up with long references like “1c………….” knowing that “1c” means “yellow and of 1 meter long”… Is there any way I could set up a hidden code for each attribute, so that when a new order is received we can see what reference was built? The big question: can the calculator provide multiple outputs with separate calculations? For example: I need to provide users with their estimated savings for two separate solar options, each requiring their own set of calculations. Hello, It's a great plugin! I miss a little the possibility to add html elements where I can write some description for the user. Another good way would be if I could add tooltips to elements to describe a question. BUT my problem is another one: I got to use an option like radio buttons. So there will be two options and only one can be chosen at the same moment. I tried to do it with two checkboxes set in one group. But then there is the problem that they need to be required fields and when I want to go to next step it shows that I need to choose the checkbox (even if the other one of that group is chosen). How can I do this?

But there are more than one elements in that step and when the user activates just one then he doesn't need to choose one of this group. Or do I something wrong? Regards

I send you a message with the url of the form. But I already found the problem, I had the w3 total cache with activated minify and that destroyed the css, I guess. It works now. But on the same url the form is on 1/3 of the page and instead of ordering the elements in two columns (there is enough space) it renders in one column with a lot of space to the edges. I can't find a solution because that space isn't any padding or margin. Can you check this please?
