Hello, I wanted to select multiple services, and then show features for each one. For example, if I select websites, and mobile apps. then it will take me to one of the choices, and if I follow, it will go to show final cost. but I never see the choices for the second service. A couple Pre-Sale Qs: 1. Can prices for options be modified by date? I am building an estimate form for a wedding venue, and they have discounts available for ‘off-season’ dates (winter months, etc). For example, could a Ballroom option be discounted 25% during the Month of November only? 2. Is there the ability to add ‘Back’ buttons to go to previous steps to edit information entered? Will calculations be re-done if any data is changed? Thanks

Can I assign discounts conditional to certain choices? For example, instead of a date picker, could I have a dropdown where they select the month of their wedding, then have discounts to certain other products based on the month selection? This way it doesn't have to be a date. specifically.

Hi Loopus, Great extension mate. When I view it on Safari on an i-device, the sites home page is visible at the bottom of the page when scrolling up or down. It doesn't seem to happen on Chrome or Safari (desktop). How can I fix this? If I can make some suggestions: 1. for items, allow users to select quantities as well (not just yes/no) Really necessary. 2. add a link for a 'pop up' to appear from the items 'small description' for extended information 3. Allow 'introduction' to be viewed and then disappear after it has been actioned 4. for items that have pictures, people I have had testing, have found the 'selecting' of the picture confusing (especially the 'x'), instead they are trying to click/touch the 'small description' text (maybe put a checkbox under the picture?) Also the picture is coloured when unselected but goes grey when selected (maybe have all unselected pics grey and then coloured when selected) 5. for items, when 'checkbox' is selected it gives the user a 'no/yes' answer option. My users found it confusing when the 'step' has a 'yes/no' question E.g. Do you have gutter guard? There's a minor bug in your Form settings>Email. When a user chooses to insert an image in the body message of customer email (or admin email for that matter) e.g company logo or signature, the email being sent just contains a broken link. see-->http://i61.tinypic.com/au9xki.png

I think I've found the bug. Upon saving it, it changes the absolute path back to relative path. Try to enter the absolute path in Text tab, save it. Now go to Visual tab, the absolute path returns to relative path. Hi! Is there a way to set a default price? In my charging, I charge PHP500/hour for a testing service...however I want to start at PHP4000 (or 4 hours of testing) as default value with which they can either increase or decrease the amount of hours they want to pay. Is this possible? The reason for this is because it appears that the default value is always the number you specified in the price field. However, this can be a really small number to begin with. Both doesnt work: Setting Initial Price to something will automatically add that amount entirely to the form. The second option of having "Is selected" only automatically adds the default Price you put in the Item options screen. What I would like to achieve is for each item, I want to set a number higher than what I put in the Price field for an item. E.g If a user selects an item (e.g Internet Explorer), it will automatically add a higher number e.g Php4,000, but upon clicking + or -, it will add or subtract Php500 (the number placed in the Price field). I suspect that adding Php4,000 right away when an item is selected is not possible since there's no field to enter this number?

I wouldn't even know where to look for the auto redirect file EXPORT Forms: YES ... “tmp” has rights 0747 ... when I click on "EXPORT ALL FORMS" I get a pop-up saying "Download the exported data" when I click on that I get a redirect with ... 404: Oops, this page couldn’t be found. Hi, as soon as I embed this feature to my website (no matter how) it messes up my websites styles and settings. i.e i have all social shares deactivated but as soon as I include the shortcode to the page or post they show up again. also when I include it to my "home" section the columns and generally all arrangements in that section are disorted. I'm using a parallax theme and wordpress 4.2.2 Any suggestions?

Also, maybe someone could assist me on this.. for some reason I can't set mine up to get an estimated price "per" shit.. I can't seem to get the division set up. If you look at this example http://takeholdprinting.com/get-a-quote/ .. they give you ranges how many you would like.. 0-24, 25-48 etc.. and at the end it estimates the price per shirt, and I have no idea how they got it to calculate the price per shirt without adding a million rules to each step and item.. Maybe someone can check out the above example and explain to me how they made this happen? I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

This plugin seems to be what I need for my website. I was reading through the comments, but there were too many. My first question is: 1. Can quantities be typed? I sell fish fingerlings, so orders vary from 300 to 5000; in the database demo, you have to click on the +- icons to add or substract, but that wouldn't be practical for someone who wants 2000 fingerlings. Even increments of 50 wouldn't help that much, since the client would have to click or type many times. 2. At the last step, does it send an email to the admin alone? Or for the client too? It would be nice if a copy could be sent to the client too, so they could review it. If it is possible, is it an editable template? 3. Are the images uploaded via Media menu? Thank you very much. It's awesome to see something like this! It's very useful when having a website where quotes are more common than ecommerce.

Presale question... (by the way this plugin looks unbelievable!), Is there a way to add "approximate" values? For example, if they choose the blog option, it spits out at $200-500. In the total, it also spits out an approximate total (say, $2000-3000). This is an important feature for me as I do not want to mislead clients, and prices may vary depending on the amount of work for each option based on their requirements. Please let me know. Thanks alot that works great but i have another issue ,, i disabled the intro of the form ,, now when i enter the form page for the first time it works great and the intro has been removed but when i enter the form page for the second time the intro of the form appears for 1 sec and then it dissaper and the form starts automatically i mean the get started button and the title of the form appears for 1 sec and then it's gone and then the form starts good ,, please try it on your device and test http://tutorsgeek.com/subscribe try to enter this page and refresh it more then 1 time and see if the intro will appears or not ,,, Thanks a lot

Here's an Update - May not be a perms issue - might be a jQ issue/conflict. I've disabled all plugins and restored 1-at-a-time but editForm and action=preview still are not working. Also, when importing, I get an err msg that ZipArchive is not installed. Installed it, added the extensions entry to php.ini and still get the error message.

I have a question prior to ordering. In my business I take custom orders. I need to create order forms with different options available. Each of the options have a price associated to it. The customer makes their selections, the prices are calculated, and based upon the quantity the total price is given. I need for the calculated price to be multiplied by the quantity to give me a total. Is there a way to do with your form builder?

Hey, The plugin was working fine but now when I'm in the main menu and click on the pencil to edit my form.. it get's stuck. I have a question/request. My question 'number 3' on my form is "how many staff do you have?" The options are currently 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5+, 10+ and 20+. IF the answer is 1, 2, 3, or 4, then they have a specific price, but then questions 4 to 11 are not applicable, so ideally, if one of these is chosen, the visitor should skip to 'Final Cost =". Questions 4 - 11 are only applicable to those who select 5+. 10+ or 20+. Is it possible to make the cost calculator skip questions 4 - 11 if not applicable?

Otherwise, my only option I can see is to exclude 1,2,3 and 4 employee numbers from the cost calculator altogether. This would mean a different route for those clients to find out their cost. Can I have more than 1 cost calculator on one site? In other words, can I 'Add new' calculator. Seems not?

Hi, I already sent you an message through your account, but received no feedback. So I will post it here and hopefully you can help me with this. One of the steps in the form contain 3 checkboxes with the prices set to zero. So nothing will be calculated. Every combination of checkbox settings will lead the customer to a different step. In the following step the customer has to set a quantity and then the cost will be calculated. Although the 3 checkboxes prices are set to zero, switching the checkboxes to 'yes' generates costs which are taken from the following step. Why is this happening?

I am now making it free.. so I deleted the price and put the payment paypal method to no.. however when you try and fill the form out.. the last step always shows '0' under the title I put how do I get the '0' to disappear?? please advise thanks

HI Great plugin. A bit of an issue though. We do not receive admin emails. We have changed the admin email in the Email form settings tab. There are no other plugin panels so not sure where to look. While testing the plugin we set it up to send a confirmation email as well - we received the confirmation email but not the admin notification email. Any ideas what the issue might be?

No nothing in spam folder. We changed the email address to a gmail address and the admin email now works. We will use the gmail address as a temporary work around. We have other contact and form plugins running on the site and they do not have this issue. I sent you an email with the URL

So for example instead of just having e-commerce as a feature have e-commece and then under it explain a little of what that is - not all customers have a good understanding of each of the features offered. At some point in time, I think the cost estimation form has done an update, (I am using Version 1.5). This has completely overwritten my form back to your standard first installation?! Can that be right!? I have lost the form that took weeks to get right with my client, and it's gone! Do your updates completely overwrite form files???

If this does overwrite files, where will I find the file that has my steps and items in back-ups? Is this is database? within plugins folder? Where are the steps written to? Hi, We sell software. When customer want to buy a product, they first need to select if they are student, academic, government or commercial (different pricing lists for each category). Then they need to choose if they want singleuser or network licenses (different pricing for each license option, network usually 3x more expensive). Then they need to select how many licenses they need. (Pricing is usually 100 for 1-4 licenses, 80 for 5-9 licenses, 60 for 11-24 licenses, etc). And theres also upgrades... Will your plugin work for us?
