Hello there, I bought your plugin about a year ago. Now there is a problem regarding file upload. Most files that are uploaded to the form are never placed onto my server. About 90% of all files seem to be "supported" but never get uploaded. When trying to access those files after form submission, I am redirected to a site saying "Oops, this site does not exist". Somehow all the files that don't make it to the server have an underscore in front of their file name. For example _file.jpg when the original file was called file.jpg without the underscore. What's happening? I would be very thankful for any help.

Im very angry... first time plugin works good... than i try to make first steps... after few minutes i cant switch the column size... i delete last added column and add again. After i add this column it deletes automatical the first column... this was the start of delete all my finished columns... it looks like there is no way back, it save this failures automatical so you can start from zero ... I've added a variable and depending on the number on the slider, the variable changes. Now, how do I write the code for the price calculation correctly? Good day, I got a big one for you, and I’m hoping you can provide some extra care to really help me figure out the system to get this working. We are selling health related products and the products are customized to each customer. To build a customer’s profile there’s general health questions and then there’s product specific questions. Once a customer chooses a product, they would like for example sleep support. They would go through a quiz that provides us with the answers we need. General questions like Age, Weight, Height, Physical Activity, Allergies, Medications are part of the general customer profile. Customers would only need to answer this once, once they filled it out, there’s no reason to ask them there questions again unless they need to change certain information in which case, they can go to the profile to adjust these fields. Product related questions should be asked at checkout and be submitted to us as part of their checkout. Can I submit custom fields to users profiles such as, Age, Weight, Height, Gender and other similar fields with your plugin? Does your plugin work with custom fields created by plugins such as Ultimate Member (https://ultimatemember.com/) or Profile Builder Pro (https://www.cozmoslabs.com/wordpress-profile-builder/)?

Hi, can you explain how to have multiple steps filled out based on user selection? For example, for the first step, the user can select multiple options. Each option has different fields the user needs to fill out. If a user selects multiple options, I need them to be presented all fields for each option. Can you explain how to do that? Hello! :] I'm needing a little help from you guys: We use a marketing platform in this clients website that pulls informations from all the forms we have in their website (so we can create automatic campaings and stuff like that). We use forms from different plugins on this website, and the marketing platform is able to automatically pull all data from them, but cant do it with the data that comes from your plugin forms. We contacted the support of that platform and they explained to us this: Their platform has some requirements so they can automatically get the data from forms. One of that requirements they have is not happening on the form we have created with your plugin: - The "Submit" button does NOT have the attribute "type=submit". So, here's the thing: Is there a way to make the Submit button to have this "type=submit" attribute, so the marketing platform can autommatically get the data from the form? How? Thanks a lot!

I have tried activating/deactivating the "required" for the page and also the "remove next button" option, but no success. This is what the setup looks like: 1. Custom content (text) 2. Hi there, Is it possible to repeatedly load a set of fields based on the quantity of another field? So for example, if I have a first name and last name field, could I repeatedly load those fields every time a user adds 1 to a quantity field. So if the user specifies a quantity of 1, there would just be one first name and last name field but if the user then increases the quantity to 2, there would then be 2 first name and last name fields and so on.

Hi there, Is there a way of being able to show a WooCommerce Product as part of the Wizard (so essentially embedded from a page) and then have it that and then have it ask the user how many of that product they want? (if any) I know that technically you could achieve this with two separate fields (one to show the product and one to ask the question) but this doesn't seem very flexible. If it's not possible, then do you do custom development and would this be something you would be able to make?

Yes but if say I used an image component, would it be serve the featured image from the WooCommerce Product or would I have to configure the image in the form? I also would want to be able to show the product description as well so I thought about putting the woocommerce product page shortcode in but it essentially just shows a lot more than I need it to and also puts the add to cart button in which would then take the user away from the form.

Thanks but that isn't quite what I was looking for either. Basically what I'm looking to do is make a Wizard that allows you to build your own ticket from a combination of different WooCommerce products with each step essentially showcasing one product and then asking the question if you want to add it (and if so then how many). However, some products only work with other product so the idea would then be that you can only load certain steps if you choose certain WooCommerce Products in a previous step. My issue at the moment is that the Wizard isn't really aware of a WooCommerce Product and vice versa because the WooCommerce Product has to be loaded through a shortcode. The main issue this causes is that I then have to have one field in the form to show the WooCommerce product and then another separate field in the form to then ask if the user wants to add that specific product (otherwise the conditions won't work properly). If I don't do this, then the dependency on the products doesn't work as I can't just do it based on what the user has in their basket. So essentially what I would be looking for is a new field option in the form builder where you would specify a specific product ID and it would load in the product name, featured image, description and price. Then there would be a quantity box asking how many of that product you want? However, the point would then be that because you specified a product ID all of the content and calculations would be done from the WooCommerce Product rather than anything related to the actual form. Would this be possible? I imagine it would certainly make it a lot simpler for anyone who wants to make a form with WooCommerce Products. As I mentioned previously we would also be happy to pay you for this if you needed to do custom development to achieve this.

Hi. I want to make a form where the customer can calculate square meter with two sliders and have it displayed in a numbers field. The customer selects length and width, in meters, with the sliders. The numbers field is set to "read only" and I use custom quantity calculation on the number field with this formula: [item-2920_price]*[item-2920_price]. The items represent the sliders. But the numbers field is not displaying any calculation in the preview form. Why? Thanks

Bug, on the line 5357 it chek "if(isset($item['type']))" but it then use "$item['value']", and it get: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "value" in /wp-content/plugins/WP_Estimation_Form/includes/lfb_core.php on line 5357

It is possible that the error was here from the beginning and noone noticed but is it just an elementar bug, you check the existance of element "a" and then if exist you use element "b" (instead of "a"); probably a copy-paste error from the programmer.

Hello, I bought the plugin, but I'm having trouble with a certain feature I need to implement. I'm making a price estimation form for a hotel. The idea is that a customer can choose from several different types of rooms. Then the customer needs to select date ranges and then number of people to visit. Problem is with the date range. If the date is > 27.05 and 17.06 and < 03.07 the price is Y value. I planned on calculating it by multiplying the number of dates times the value. It works as long as the date is between 27.05 and 16.06, however, if the customer chooses date of arrival 14.06 and date of departure 19.06, the price shows as 0, since it's between the two ranges. Any idea how I could go around this problem? Thank you in advance.

Thank you, it is just the next button I want to do it for. I applied the css (took out the line for the order button though) but it didn't work. Also, I'm still having the problem with the check mark on the image flip when you click it. In case you don't remember, when you click an image it used to flip the x up & when it came back down it had the check mark. But the x doesn't go up anymore & the check mark no longer works, it's just the x again. Can you please help me fix that, I REALLY like the way it was working. It stopped working after I added the js you gave me to get rid of the alt tags on the titles. I have tried removing that, but it didn't fix it. Thanks!

Oh I didn't catch that, I'm so sorry. But I'm glad I asked because it reminded me that I had done some stuff with FontAwesome recently so I went & checked & it was set to svg, so I fixed all that & that fixed the x & check mark issue, it's back to normal now but it didn't do anything with the icon on the right side of the next button.
