Hi I need small help please I have a step 2 which has book 1 and book 2 what i want is this if person selects Book 1 and Book it will display items from both book on step 3 if they select 1 book it will display only items from that 1 book. In total ythere is around 45 books clearly adding spider webs for all 45 books will be bit hard is there a way I can add all the books in step 2 and what ever is selected how ever many books is selected it will display all the items from them books in step 3 Can you please tell me best way to achieve this with out createing 45 webs for each book Thank you

Hello, You can use the "Show depending on conditions" option on the target items to show them only when the wanted conditions are filled. To recover the number of selected items, you can simply make the sum of their quantity in a custom calculation : [quantity] = [item-_1_quantity] + [item-_2_quantity] + [item-_3_quantity] ... Hi guys your plugin is amazing. We have an issue though. We have this form here: https://www.royaltrip.gr/private-transfer-form/ . But when you pay through paypal it doesnt redirects you back to page. Console error is the below: Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'nonce-l0kzx4f/EKga+/6sEogfMYC7dNSyGsiOfBvvRnTzzBZRuOdp' 'self' https://*.paypal.com https://*.paypalobjects.com 'unsafe-inline'". Note that 'unsafe-inline' is ignored if either a hash or nonce value is present in the source list. It takes the money from the client. But it doesnt create the order in the plugin (so we contact the client to ask him what he booked) And also we get no notification email. Can you please help? Thank you in advance

Hello, Yes, you can assign Woocommerce Variable products to the items of the form. Simply give them a different "SKU" value from Woocommerce to be able to distinguish them in the selection menu of the "Woo product" option when you edit a form item. The selected variable product will be added to the woo cart with all its predefined options at end of the form.

Yes, I know that I could show the form in a popup from the beginning (not with current woo product), but the first step I need to show it in the woo product page because in it we do a calculation with a current woo product that has to be shown in a small part and the final step is much larger than the space that we can assign to the first step. Can't you give me one of your wonderful tricks so that I can save this situation with your plugin, please?

Yes, as explained, there is currently no option to open only a specific step in a popup, but not the other ones. It would require code customization .

Hello, No, sorry, there is no specific option to do that. But if needed, you can choose to show to the prices and the resume only in the last step, and use the option "Send automatically email on last step" to send the email as soon as the user arrive to the final step.

Hi purchaisded this and have a question can I install this in 2 sub domains? which use same domain name. example www.a.mylabs.com www/b.mylabs.com Im trying to create 2 seperate forms without using 1 domai nname this is mainly for me not to confuse 2 forms and know which one I nee dto work on at which time is this allowed as its not seperate domain but just 2 seperate subdomains directory fo same domain. Hi, Google Analytics is firing 2 times after adding the GA Id in the plugin. At that time suddenly my pageviews increased a lot. I removed it from the plugin, and now the pageviews are back to the normal level. But now I only see the page with the form in GA, and not the individual steps visitors take. Maybe I do something wrong?

Hello, Thank you ! No, sorry, the values of the form can currently be sent as GET variables to the final redirection page or to Zapier, but not as POST variables. It would require some code customizations.

Hello, 1. You can use this code in the "Custom JS" option of the form to do that : jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('[data-title="My number field title"]').prop('readonly', true); }); 2. You can sort the items in the step simply by using drag & drop in the items list when you edit a step. ​You can also enable the "Use visual step builder" option in the global settings of the plugin to use visual step builder. Hello, You simply need to enable the option "Show total at bottom" in the "Design" settings tab of the form to do that.

Not directly, but you can use an hidden & preselected checkbox to make the wanted calculation (enabling its "Don't add price to total" option") and use a "Rich text" item to show its result in a custom text, in any step of the form .

Hello, I have just bought your plugin, after I did I have realised that the plugin usage is only available for 1 website which considered wired but no problem it's your strategy. Anyway, I was planning to test a service on my website then if it works I will separate it in a different website specially for it. So I need to know if I would later move the licence from the 1st website to the 2nd website, how could I export/import the whole work I will do to the 2nd website easily? Hello, You simply need to click the "Export forms" button on the forms list panel to export all the data as zip file. Then click the "Import forms" button on the target website and import this zip file to transfer all yours forms data to this website.

Hello. Tell me if there is an opportunity to export forms one by one. I see calculator building as a business. And it is important for me that I could transfer the calculators to the client one by one. I understand that you can import everything and delete unnecessary ones, but there are situations when this is impossible. For example, a client has a website with a calculator and I want him to install another calculator from my ready-made solutions (I have 10 of them) - it turns out that I cannot do this, because his calculator will be gone. Maybe there will be such an opportunity in the future?

Pre Sales questions (I went thru the comments properly and cleared most of the doubts I had) Its a great product and I had bought it before from my different envato account. Q1. If I buy a regular license, try the product on a test domain (say abcd.com) and then use it on the main domain (say xyz.com) can I copy the entire work done from test domain to the main domain? (Please answer considering I am a WordPress basic level user with zero coding knowledge) Q2. Is this plugin compatible with any WordPress themes or website templates? (Astra or those available on envato elements) Q3. Is there an option to use this calculator to calculate a unique value instead of $ or any currency? (Points system for example or any random valuation mode) Q4. Once calculations are done, is there an option to add a custom note on the final form which also populates based on different values generated? For example - Value 1 to 1000 - a custom note - Value 1001 to 2000 - a different custom note and so on Q5. I know this answer still cross checking. Can I use multiple forms with different parameters on the same page or same website? Q6. Lets say I buy a new license for my client or for a different domain, can I still copy paste an existing calculator with all the data on to the new domain? Hello, 1. Yes, there is an export/import system to do that. 2. Yes. You will simply need to enable the "Ajax navigation support" if the form styles aren't correctly loaded when you use a custom page builder 3. Yes, you can remove the currency symbol or replace it by another text. You can also hide all prices, execute the wanted calculations and show the results in a custom text (by using a "Rich text" item) 4. Yes, you can create one rich text item for each possible message, enable their option "Show in summary" and use their "Show depending on conditions" to activate the good one depending on the wanted conditions. You can also hide them from the form by enabling their option "Is hidden". 5. Yes, you can use different forms on a same page . 6. Yes, simply by using the mentioned import/export system.

I'd like to have a second price value displayed in the last step will do. For example: the totall amount: 100 including 30 a month. For example: Product A cost: 13 a month and 10 one time fee. Product B cost: 20 a month + 5 one time fee. On the summary in last step display: Summary: monthly: €33 one time fee set-up: €15 totall 1st invoice: €48 Is this possible? :) Thanks in advance. kind regards.

Hello, Currently each item can only have one price (single cost or recurring cost). The way to do is to set the "Price mode" of the items to "Single cost" and only fill their immediate cost in their "Price" option. Then you can create an hidden & preselected checkbox "Subscription cost", set its "Price mode" to "Subscription cost" and use its price calculation to calculate the subscription cost depending on the selected items. Ex : [price] = 0 if([item-1_isChecked]){ [price] += 13 } if([item-2_isChecked]){ [price] += 20 } Even if this item is hidden in the form, its result can be displayed in the final summary. Is it ok ?

Hmm, its fine to only have one price (single or recurring) but i do need to display the one time fee. I was thinking if this is possible: [price] = 10 [price_two = 5] And a way to display price_two on the summary. Otherwise i've to see in the source if i can copy the [price] part without all the calculation and so on. Only something that will calculate/add up the price_two. Can you point me in the direction? Thanks again. And for the quick reply edit: ps: the 2nd price doesn't have to do anything else, just a text in the summary. Like adding an extra variable to an option, in PHP like: price_two += 10. And in summary: echo $price_two;

The way to do that would be to create an hidden & preselected checkbox after each item, that applies the subscription cost for this item, and use its "Show depending on conditions" to activate it only when the corresponding item is selected (or by using a condition as price calculation) . Ex: - "Item 1" defines the single cost - "Item 1 - recurring cost" defines the subscription cost for this item By enabling the "Show in summary" option on these items the two costs will be displayed in the final summary.

You can use .png images files with transparent background as layers of the layered image component, and freely define the visibility conditions for each layer. These conditions can be based on the selection/value/quantity/price of any item of the form, allowing you to create any kind of conditions. Bonjour loopus, I have a serious problem with a slider that does great things. I use "Keep the tooltip displayed" to show Math.ceil (([item-340_price] * 0.25) / 500) * 500 in "Define quantity by calculation", where item-340_price is the price of the product with "Use current woo product ". All this seems to work perfect, but the calculation performed on another item does not work when loading the page, showing wrong results. See video https://imgur.com/3PmP6h0 The field of the form "Cantidad a financiar" is the difference between the price of the product and the amount of the slider. Initially it does not perform the subtraction as you can see in the video (if I put a fixed number, it does not perform the calculation either). Simply by clicking just above the circle of the slider, the calculation is done correctly and from there, if you move it, it continues to work well. I need to solve the problem that the calculation is wrong when we load the page, for which I request your expert and kind help. Merci pour votre réponse :)

Hello, I have a form with many fields and some calculations. At the end I would like to get all those variables (name, birth date, checkboxes etc) so I can use them to Mailchimp maybe another marketing platform. How can I do that? Also I have an item (product from woocommerce) with small description on frontend but I would like on the final order to show the product name instead of that small description. Thank you!

Hello, 1. Only contact information can be sent to Mailchimp directly, but you can choose to send the values of the form to Zapier when the form is sent, to be able to pass the data to another service/app. 2. You simply need to disable the option "Show items titles in the cart" in the "Last step" settings tab of the form to show the default woo product title in the woo cart .

Hello, loopus! Can I have the date field dropdown? Some people with disabilities will not be able to click on calendar header to select quicker a past date (ex: 5 may 1970). They find difficult to select the date. I'm looking for a dropdown for day / month/ year so I can use this in calculations. Thank you!

Hi, I'm not sure if it was after last update, but I'm having issues with emails and dynamic fields. I'm not using your default template, I'm making my own. Most of the times I received just some fields on the email, and rarely I receive all fields on the email as should be. I tried everything possible, deleting all dynamic fields inserted, starting again, adding and removing one by one to check if it was some of them, and I have always same output. I give up, I tested this more than a hundred times for days, I can't figure it out what is wrong, I just can thing it's something with the plugin itself. I appreciate any help, thank you

I am using your plugin with my XThemePro purchase and I have a registration form that I setup for a swim team. How do I get all the fields captured to export into a report where each field is a column vs today all the form data basically exports into a single field? It is not easy to run reports or pivot tables on the data.

Hello, The CSV option can't add the different fields of the different forms in separated steps currently. If needed you can send the values of your form to Zapier to be able to collect and use the data of each form item.

Hi ! Love your product. I have one question. I am building a for which and with both simple cost and a subscription. Eg: 1000€ + 5€/Month. I have flagged the VAT calculation in the options but It seems to add VAT only in the subscription an not in the simple cost. What can I do to fix this ? Thanks !

Hello, Thank you ! Yes, the VAT is currently applied on the subscription cost when the "Use subscription" option is enabled. I note the feedback, thank you . You can create an hidden & preselected checkbox "VAT" in the last step of the form, set its "Price mode" option to "Single cost", its "Operator" option to "X" and fill the wanted value in its "Percentage" option. Even if this checkbox is hidden in the form, its result will be displayed in the final summary. You can also disable the VAT option and do the same thing for the tax of the subscription cost. Is it ok ?

I'll be setting this up for a catering system and before I purchase an additional license I have some questions. 1. I want to charge a travel fee after certain amount of miles from the original business address. 2. Does this plugin have an option to exclude an item from the summary in final step, but at the same time could be visible below the summary, as an extra? For example... i have a list of services that customers can choose and all are summed at the end on invoice. But there are some services that will be charged separate and earlier and should not be included in final price, but I need them on the list, below the total sum of the other services. Hi Loopus ! I have an urgent question : we did a form where we have like 45 identical "text field" steps (with conditions for each one). We did the first step as "an example" for all others (in order to duplicate it), and when we duplicate the step, we saw that all our conditions stay with the name of the "step duplicated" (example : condition "display" Patient 1 - field if superior than 0. If we duplicate for Step 2, it stay like "Patient 1 - text field" but it's for "Patient 2".. we should have "Patient 2 - text field"). So then when we duplicate the entire step, we need by now to manualy change all the text fields with conditions, in order to work because it need to have the actual step for conditions... And it's VERY LONG .... we have like 45 fields to edit with conditions... So could you please tell us if there is a way to duplicate all fields (with conditions) and to have the actuel step for condition (and not the step we used for duplicate) ? Thanks for your answer and support. We need to be OK tonight, and if we do it manualy, it will takes days to just have our steps duplicated.

This plugin fits very well to my company but I see that there is one missing feature that I need to have it for a full working communication with customers is the two-way API to Google Calendar, iCalendar or Office Calendar. Importing as CSV is a bad idea because it will be a lot of work when I'm busy with other jobs and that is why two-way API is better. I will buy it if this feature has been added.

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone has ever come across this use case before and might have some info about if this is possible. I'm currently having two issues (only trying to use values, not pricing): 1. When i send values to Zapier on the last step, all the values are coming back as NULL ints, I'm wanting to hook on to the customer values that are entered in text fields and send these across as strings. 2. I would also like to pass along the username of the current user logged in (the form is behind a members areas and I need to know which user submitted it.) I dont seems to be able to have any shortcodes rendering within the form that achieve this, so wondering if anyone has any smart ideas on achieveing this?

I've sorted no .1 - I wasnt aware this enabled an options under the items that defaulted to price. I've set this to value and zapier is now pulling in the correct info :). So just wondering about catching the username/user_id of who submitted it now.

Hello, Yes, you can do that by hiding the form prices, by creating "Rich text" items for each pastry and using their "Show depending on conditions" to show the good one depending on the values filled in the form. A rich text item can contain text, images, links and any html code .

Hi Loopus ! We wanted to add an image in the final step of the form, to have the image that display on the resume and on the PDF generated. But the image is not showing when we use the image field... Any idea for how to display the image inserted on the final step in the PDF?

Edit : we found it, by adding a "rich text" field and the image inside. But now, we see that there is bug with the plugin : try to put a rich text field, with an image added inside, in the final / last step, and after that, try to edit it : it's impossible. The rich text field can't be edited, or same duplicated or deleted after inserted it... We can just "move it", no more...

I've been having issues with the form builder. Previously showing checkboxes based on conditions wouldn't work and the options would not show up regardless of the conditions. Now when attempting to fill out form it goes straight to final cost tab. Am I doing something wrong or is the program messing up?

We have a specific question regarding the plugin : we have a numeric field set on our form to specify a "quantity" of items. After that, we have a "text area" field that appear (condition) if the quantity is more than "0", to add dates regarding that quantity (let say that the customer enter 3 into the numeric field for the quantity, then the text area field appear and he has to enter 3 dates inside). The thing is that sometimes, customers enter a quantity, but forget a date (in our example). By example, he add 3 for quantity, but only 2 dates (just the day) in the other field like : 9,18 (dates are separated by a comma). We would like that, when the customer enter a number for the quantity in the numeric field, so then the system (your plugin) check if there is the same nomber of "dates" in the text area field. We tried to see for that, but we don't see any options to do this... We also tried the "date selector" field, but seems like we can just enter 1 date and not mutiple dates. And also, we don't know how to check if the number of dates is equal to the quantity entered in the numeric field... So then, we ask you here if it's possible, and how we could achieve this :) Thanks for your answer and support ! Regards

Hello, The best way would be to create 3 date pickers and use their "Show depending on conditions" option to show the good number depending on the value filled in the number field. You can set the condition "if quantity is superior to 0" for the first one, "if quantity is superior to 1" for the second one etc ... Is it ok ?

Thanks Loopus ! Ok, it can be done like that. But the problem with that solution, is that we will have then a lot of "lines" in the PDF. It's not possible to enter "multiple dates" in once (then just one line with all dates in the PDF), and check if the number of dates is corresponding to the quantity ? It would be better and much more easier and clear for the PDF export :)

No, sorry, there is no specific option to extract and count the number of dates filled in a single text area. It would require to customize the code of the plugin to add this feature. Hello, You simply need to give the same "Group" option name to your items to allow only one of them to be selected.

I created a page where I chose how many pages I need (number field). Row 1: A3 180gr (white) and A3 180gr (colored). Row 2: A4 120gr (white) and A4 120gr (colored). The user cannot choose A3 180gr (white) and A4 120gr (colored), they are two different paper sizes.

You can use the "Show depending on conditions" option on the A4 item to show it only if the value of the A3 item is equal to 0. Otherwise, you can also create 2 checkbox "Use A3" and "Use A4" before the number fields and use the option "Show depending on conditions" to show the good number field depending on the clicked checkbox. There could be an option where after pressing a button or making an input, the user enters an amount in a textfield, and according to the amount that the user has entered in the field, 5 textfield is automatically created. Example Enter Family Quantity: 5, the condition would be if 5 was entered in the family quantity field, create 5 textfields and then calculate the 5 fields created.

Hello, There is no option to automatically create fields like that, but you can duplicate the target field several times, and use their “Show depending on conditions” option to show the good number of fields depending on the value filled in the form .

Hello, Yes, you can make distance calculations (in km and miles) by using the price calculation (or quantity calculation) tool on the wanted item of the form. It uses Google Maps API to make distance calculations.

I didn't find manual quantity input area and progress bar like your subscription demo form(How many website you want to host?). Only this option work with the "-" and "+" sign to select quantity. For a big quantity it's really hard to select. Can you tell me how I can enable Progress bar option like subscription demo?

Hello. I have created a quote system. Choose the laminated cover and as a quantity for example 10 white sheets at 10 euro cents each. How do I do multiplication? How can I create the step where I enter the value 10 and how total it brings me 1 euro? Clearly there are various types of blank sheet sizes. There are therefore a dozen choices (multiplications) to be created. Thanks so much.

Hello, You can create an hidden & preselected checkbox after the number field, to apply the wanted price calculation based on the value filled in the number field. You can enable the option "Don't add price" on the "papers" items (and use their "Price" option to set their unit cost), then create an hidden & preselected after all the items, that applies the wanted calculation . Ex: if ([item-1_isChecked]){ [price] = [item-1_price] * [item-99_value] } if ([item-2_isChecked]){ [price] = [item-2_price] * [item-99_value] } Where items #1 and #2 are the papers items, and the item #99 the quantity number field. You simply need to click the button "Add a condition" above the calculation field to visually create the wanted conditions. The plugin will automatically generates the corresponding code in the calculation field .

Hi, am looking at this plugin to create a "bundle box" where customers can select certain items to add to the basket. Have a couple of questions before purchase 1) Can I create day step 1 where they can choose more than 1 product i.e show category of products and let them choose say 4 items instead of 1 before going to the next step 2) When complete, is there a way to add this to the checkout as one bundle instead of individual items to the cart area. Reason being they may purchase 1 bundle box and then some additional items so I need to know whats in the bundle and what were the seperate items. If this is possible then this will be the perfect plugin for our needs. thanks in advance.

You can disable the option "Show in summary" on the individual items, create hidden & preselected checkbox for the "Bundles" items, enable their "Show in summary" option and use their "Show depending on conditions" option to activate the good one depending on the selection done in the form. Hi Loopus ! We have a specific question, that we don't see any answer on the documentation of the plugin, so we open a new comment here :) We have a step on our form, where clients give a "quantity" (with a numeric field). We have 2 different quantity fields (let say one for A, and one for C). We would like to show, on the next step, the total of these quantities, seperated, for A and C (quantities for A and quantities for C, so in 2 fields). We succeed to have it with a numeric field too, using "use value as quantity" and "define quantity by calculation" activated (we do addition of all the values for fields A, and addition of all the values for fields C). But after that, on the resume, it show our quantities like "price" (with the euro symbol). And we would like just have the value of the calculation (let say "12" in the information column, and not "12 euros" in the price column). How we can do that in the plugin ? To have only the value of these fields as they are calculated like "quantities" (and not a "price") ? Thanks !!

I have a numeric field with already "define quantity by calculation" and "use value as quantity", and the calculation for this field is like : [quantity] = [item-376_value]+[item-383_value] (the values of other items 376 and 383 is defined at the previoux step). Thank you. The "Hide quantity column" option sounds to be currently enabled in the "Summary" settings tab of the form. You need to disable it to show the quantities in the final summary. What is the title of the item that applies the mentioned calculation ?

Another question about the "save" option on the form (frontend). It seems like that fields are "saved" only by the "cookie session" right ? So if the client do "empty cookies" on his web navigator, he will loose all the saved fields? Also, as we have forms with many fields, and as some fields are the same each time they will use the form (like "first name" and "last name" - we have like 60 fields like that on the form), it is possible with your plugin to save a form and use it again just by changing some fields (but keep all fields they already filed) ? Maybe on the "client frontend" option ? Because if they have to fill all fields everytime, they will loose a big time! Thanks for your support again !

Hi, my query is, in india if gst is 18% then invoice shows cgst 9% and sgst 9%, but i am not able to calculate both amount on subtotal to show Total = subtotal + 18%, if i create 2 tax field its cgst gets calculate subtotal + 9% , but sgst calculates (subtotal+9%) + 9%..

Hello, Ah yes, I understand. A solution could be to create an hidden & preselected checkbox "Total without tax" before the tax items, enable its option "Don't add price to total" and apply it this calculation : [price] = [total]. It will allow you to use the price of this item in the tax calculation, to avoid this problem .

Hello, I can't share the woocommerce demo because the woo products aren't the same on each website. But you can find instruction in the documentation. You simply need to assign woo products to the items of the form (option "Woo product on the item panel), then enable the option "Add selected items to woo cart" in the "Last step" settings tab of the form. You can also create a final redirection to the woo cart page in the same settings tab of the form.

The plugin has become quite buggy. With the automatic next steps, when you click on an option, it shoots the view down so far that it cuts off part of the top portion including title and some of the options to select from. I even have the latest version of your plugin. The issue is still there. Then there's the mobile compatibility of it. Texts inside buttons are cut off, some headline texts are overlapping. Kinda disappointing. Hope you guys get this fixed. I have 7 licenses from you. Don't want to have to leave a bad review on this as it is a nice program - if it works.

Yes, it is possible, but a layered image is always contained in a step. If needed you can duplicate it in 1 click and place a copy in each step of the form.
