My customer's inquiry through the form is getting "spam" flag from Gmail. It seems "reply-to adress", but it's better as it is because push "reply" and I can compose reply to our customer. What can I do for this "spam" recognition problem?
Hello, You can simply configure an existing SMTP email account from the "Global settings" panel. The emails will be directly sent from the configured account and not from the website server anymore.
Thank you for the quick reply. After setting SMTP on the "global settings" panel (Test ok, but shows a "spam" flag in Gmail) Gmail still shows a "spam" flag in the form admin inbox.
I don't know what can doing this in your Gmail mailbox. Have you contacted gmail support to find out what in the configuration of this mailbox can create this?
Thank you for the reply, it seems "reply-to" setting can cause gmail spam flag. because "from" is different from "reply-to" address.
Thank you, I will check this point .
