Hello, I used this plugin and to create a form by the visual builder, and I duplicate the form for another pages, I find that the content in each steps is missing, I can only see them when I turn off the visual builder. However, If I turn off the visual builder, the position of each field will be different, and I cannnot use the visual builder to adjust it again because the content is missing, may I know how to deal with this issue?

Hello. Maybe you could help me with some small thing. I have in »form settings – general«, an order prefix ZZ00 , so when I send out a form I have code [ref] where that oreder number apperas. So... ZZ0001 ZZ0002 etc. Is there any chance to put something else instead of [ref] , so only consecutive number will be in the form sent via email, without letters? So, instead ZZ0001, it should be only 01 Thank you for help.

to give more information : I had set "fr" in general parameters for date, and also set the good date format in the general setting of Wordpress. But this not change anything regarding your plugin.

Hi, thanks for your reply. As you know, my "support period" is expired. But when I used at first time your plugin before, we had the exact same issue with date picker that never change of format. So this is not really a "support", but I think a bug that still on your plugin. No matter what we do, the date picker stay always on format MM/DD/YYYY. I think this is a "cache" issue (because I saw that the plugin keep in cache lot of things). Maybe do you just know how to really "clear" the plugin cache ? Because we don't see any options for that.

Great and smart plugin! My question is: In my case, we are using your form to calculate customer's old phone condition, and we use the price to buy it from the customer. So in my case, options are reducing the basic price. (for example if battery is wrong, we reducing the basic price with 20%) we have lot of questions, and questions has a % value which reduces the price. the percents are between 15 - 75% Is it possible to reduce the total price only with the highest chosen percent? so if the customer selected a 15% reduce and for example a 75% reduce, calculate only with the 75% value to reduce the total price?

Yes I know. I wanted to create a question so if others had the same issue, there was an answer for them. Apparently I had a plugin active called Contact Form 7 Domain Blacklist which was loading an "old version of bootstrap library". I am trying to calculate the price per square meter of several elements using as values some total prices from previous steps, but the formula does not work for me. If I put another value that is not the final result of a step, it works for me. The formula I'm using is something like this: [price]= ([value height]*[value width])/1000000*([total price step glass]+[total price step color]) What happens is that I get this as a result: value height*value width/1000000*value width what am I doing wrong?

Hi, I´m working in a project that calculate the service cost based on total hours needed multiplied by hourly rate. The hourly rate is variable based on the region that the customer is based. Can we have a first step asking for the region, collect all the information to calculate total hours needed and then multiply the hours by the hourly rate (or as we collet the information we calculate the price per item) based on the selection in the first step? I believe that a variable can work, right? Beyond that, I understand that it´s possible to hide the price and send only via e-mail, right? Thank you!

Hey there! I'm adding a calendar to my form so customers can book services. Same day is too short notice to book, but starting the next day at the very first available hour (which is set to 8am) is fine. When setting the "start date after X days" option, it disables the current day from the booking calendar as intended, but it also disables the first few hours of the next day as well. Any idea why this might be happening? Thanks! Update: The hours disabled change based on the time of day. As of now, 4 PM, no times are available tomorrow. So it seems like it's based on 24 hours as opposed to limiting it based on a calendar day. Is there anyway to simply disable same day booking?
