Hi. In the comments I found a work around for allowing logged in users to see a certain step. I wonder if there is a way to SKIP a step and allow only those not logged in to see certain steps.
Wait, maybe just create a different step for logged in users and create a redirect there. I'll be back if it doesn't work, hahaha.
Okay I added extra steps for logged in users, but it is going there whether I am logged in or not.
Another Question. Is there any way to add a submit button prior to the last step?

Hello, 1. Yes, you can configure your form to accept only some specific zip codes. 2. Yes, you can add a datepicker, define the event duration and allow only one at same time .

Example: I rent one car - with that car I have available car seats as well, but I only have 3 car seats. No, sorry, there is no option to do that currently. You can limit the number of events that can be registered at a same date, but a same form can't register several events (or several users for a same event) at same time currently.

Hi there, Is it possible to have a select option linked to a number field for quantity? Example: I pick an option from the dropdown. I then fill in a separate number field, let's say 10. I would then like to multiply the dropdown options price by 10. Is this possible with a calculation? Thanks!
Hello, Yes, you can enable the option "Use value as quantity" on the number field and use its option "Define quantity by calculation" to define its quantity depending on the option selected in the select field .

Hello, If the quantity is defined by the number field where is applied this calculation, you can simply fill [total] inside. It will be automatically multiplied by the filled quantity.
Also if i try to write [total]*2 I've a wrong number.
The result of the calculation defines the unit cost of the item. This cost is automatically multiplied by the selected quantity .
If my total is 4. And I put 2 in quantity my result is not 8 but 6! I'm getting mad. If I put "operator x" my total will become 4.02 and not 8 :(

Where does the 10 come from? I've one dynamic price [TOTAL] and I would like a simple quantity field. I just need TOTAL x QUANTITY = NEW TOTAL If total is 4 and my quantity is 2 i need 8.
To replace the total by the wanted calculation, you need to remove the price from the number field, and create an hidden & preselected checkbox after it that applies this calculation : (0-[total]) + [total]*[item-1_value] Where "item-1" is the number field item .

I just bought the product but cannot see an option to do the following. 1) Can I first remove the price scroll line at the top? 2) I want to add a Length filed and Width filed and then it should calculate an estimated price throughout a math equation. Hello, A solution to do that can be to create an hidden & preselected checkbox "result" before the text fields, enable its option "Don't add price to total" and use its "Price calculation" option to define a different price depending on the wanted conditions. Ex: if([item-1_value] Then you can use the "Show depending on conditions" on the text fields X, Y, W, Y and Z to show the good one depending on the price of the hidden checkbox "Result" .

Hello, You can create a "budget" variable from the variables panel of the plugin, then use the option "Modify a variable" on the target slider item to change it when the slider quantity is modified : [variable] = [item-1_quantity] Then you can use this variable in the calculation of any other item of the form, or show its value in a "Rich text" item .

Hello, Yes. You can create the wanted items in the last step of the form, assign them the target woo products and use their option "Show depending on conditions" to show the good ones depending on the values filled in the form. You can also hide the default final price from the "Last step" settings tab of the form .

You can enable the option "Add selected items to cart" in the "Last step" settings tab of the form to automatically add the selected woo products to the woo cart once the form is finished. You can also define a final redirection to the woo cart page.

Hello, Yes, you can create the wanted items (they can be images, buttons, or rich text items that contain custom content) in the last step and use their "Show depending on conditions" option to show the good one depending on the wanted conditions.

Hallo dear loopus! Im having problems with "Apply reductions on quantities" I have a 50% discount on all boxes after the first Box. Im using Apply reductions on quantities, If quantity >= than 2 Item price becomes 497.00. When I select 2 boxes (items) the price is the same on 1 and 2 boxes its only on the 3rd box the discount begins to show. What im I doing wrong :(

HI guys! Wow this plugin looks amazing. I have a pre sale question : Is it possible to record somehow prices regarding distances ? Say If I select New York as Pickup address, and then I select Los Angeles as Delivery address, the cost would be 100$ because it’s already settled in backend. Would this be possible? The goal for me would be to pre-record distances in between towns and areas, so distance costs are already settled. Best regards

A solution to do that would be to create dropdowns to select the pickup and delivery cities (ex: New York, Los Angeles, Other) and create a conditional text field if "Other" is selected. Then you can create an hidden & preselected checkbox that applies the preset costs depending on the selected cities, or make a distance calculation if the customer fills a custom address .

Hi there, I have configured the wordpress with the wp mail smtp plugin https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/. I have the problem when I enter your plugin and configure general options that I want to send through an STMP. When I submit the test or fill out a form, your plugin ignores that configuration and sends through the wp mail smtp plugin. The SMTP configuration that I configure in your plugin is a gmail account through stmp.gmail.com. The idea is that all the wordpress goes through the wp mail smtp plugin and your plugin through a different smtp, but it seems that it does not work. Thanks!
Hello, Sorry, there is no option to do that currently. The used smtp plugin will override the E&P plugin smtp configuration. The SMTP configuration is generally applied to the full website, it uses a same Wordpress feature.

I'm trying to use this to create a survey. Is it possible to: 1- Add a slider that shows test instead of number. For example, instead of showing "1, 2, 3, etc", it will show "Likely, Not Likely, etc" 2- Add Multiple answer questions such as multiple checkmarks?
Helio, 1. No, currently slider can only display the selected number 2. You can create images items or checkbox items to allow the user answer to the question.

Hello, I need to build an order form that will be filled in by a user. The user needs to see all orders in the front end, sort them (filter by name, date, etc.,), edit and save as an updated version of the order, but not lose the original one. Also, the order needs to be emailed to the client each time (possibly pdf). I wonder if this all can be done with your forms. Please advice

I've some trouble with "Layered image" step. I don't understand how it works. Even if I insert "items list" with different images, no selector is displayed.
Hello, You should have a look to the "Layered Image & Single step" demo form. When you create a layered image component, you need to select a base image, then create the wanted layers and define their visibility conditions. All the images must have the same size, and the layers images must be .png files with transparent background. You need to create a "Select field" item where you want in the form, then use it in the visibility conditions of your images layers. The conditions can target any item of the form, not only dropdowns .

So does this not work with Elementor designed pages? It works fine in the builder but I can't get it to work in Elementor designed pages... Also can you please make an update for when you ADD ITEMS TO CART for WooCommerce when the items are a "subscription" that it work with WooCommerce subscriptions? Because right now even though it shows as a subscription, it gets added to the cart as a one time payment product. It's broken unfortunately in all the ways we need to use it.
Hello, 1. You need to enable the option "Ajax navigation support" in the "General" settings tab of the form to use it with Elementor . 2. It is already the case : if you assign a woo subscription product to an item of the form, it is added as subscription product in the woo cart .

Hi again! I'm so thankful for your quick help on this section! I have a unique situation that I cannot figure out after many different attempts. I have 4 products that each different prices, but I also offer a bulk discount when a certain qty is purchased. I figured this out for each individual product using conditions. But what I would like to have is that if the combined qty for all products is above 10, then the discount price is applied to each product. I thought I could make a hidden subtotal qty field and then reference that field in the pricing calculation for each product, but I can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes it is. You simply need to create a "File field" component and configure the allowed file extension (.pdf) from the item panel .

Hello, You can create an hidden number field, enable its Use value as quantity" option and use its "Define quantity by calculation" option to make the wanted calculation (You can use the option "Date difference" to recover the number of days between the two dates) . Ex: [quantity] = Math.floor([dateDiff-...] / 365) Then you can use the "Add dynamic value" option in a rich text item to show the quantity of this hidden number field in a custom text : Your age is : [item-X_quantity] years

Thank you. I replied to your email. The item option "Use payment only if selected" is enabled on 18 items of the form. So if one of these items isn't selected, the payment is disabled in the last step. You need to disable this option on your items to activate the payment in the form.

Hi, Pre-sale question can I use the layered option depending on the input of the customer. Example for coloring a wall customer can fill his own measures for width and height. Depending on the width and height the image need to be changed? Also depending on the width-value and height-value there need to be calculation.
Hello, Yes, you can freely define the visibility conditions of each layer of the image, to show a different one depending on the filled width and height. You can use the "Price calculation" option and "Define quantity by calculation" option on the target items to create custom calculations.

Hello, Yes, you will simply need to fill your purchase code in the "License" panel then apply the last update from the Wordpress plugins page. The existing data will still stored in the database.

Hello, Yes. A solution to do that is to create an hidden & preselected checkbox after the products items, and use its "price calculation" option to apply the global price. Simply click the button "Add condition" above the calculation field to visually create the wanted conditions, it will generate the corresponding code in the calculation field . Ex : if([item-1_isChecked] && [item-2_isChecked]){ [price] = 3200 } else if([item-1_isChecked]){ [price] = 1800 } else if([item-2_isChecked]){ [price] = 1600 }

Hi Loopus, I'm having an issue where I put the shortcode on a page, and it takes me straight to the last step? I have the first step marked as first step in the builder, and the proper link to the second step, but it takes me straight to the last step. Any ideas? Thanks. EDIT: I also imported these calculators from a different site using the import/export feature. They work on the first site.

The form builder worked when I first installed it and now the builder is not working on the site. When I click on Form Designer the only option I have is to select an element, but it is not showing any of the form functions I can add to the form, only styling options. Is there a button that could've turned off the form designer or is it a bug?

Hi Loopus, the plugin works great, I only have one problem with the "Flatsome" template. The content is no longer displayed next to one another but only one below the other. The icons and images look compressed. This is the case in the frontend as well as in the backend in the admin area of the plugin. As soon as I change the template, for example to "Storefront", everything looks OK again in the frontend and backend. I tried to fix this with this code #estimation_popup .col-md-2 {width: auto! Other question, now in last step it's possible send everything directly to shoppingcart if choosen WooProduct - works great. Yes, you can configure the wanted payment gateways in the form settings then disable the option "Add selected items to cart" to make the payment directly in the form .

I have a view of questions - first of all one error: I've placed 4 Select Fields among themselves. Then I changed the language to see English text, because the translation was a bit strange. Then I changed back site-language to German. After that all SelectFields are complete grey. You can't see the text anymore, no more tooltips. In backend you don't have option to add icons. How can I fix this?
Then I have a view questions about functionality: 1.) Is it possible in SelectFileds if I have for expample 3 options (option1, option2 and option3) Now I would like to add different values to all that options - like option1=10€, option2=20€ and option3=30€). Can I make it with SelectField or do I have to choose "Checkboxes" to only have one value / checkbox? 2.) Is it possible to make the tooltip bigger - For example, there is a small "i" next to the word and on mouseover a text field opens with a longer description? 3.) Is it possible to hide the progress bar only in "Summary"?

for some reason my total in a form adds 10 to any option. User chooses number of nights for example 7 this comes through as 17 and so on 14 nights shows 24 any ideas why?

Hello, do you think the plugin can implement this calculation? I am calculation the expenses for buyer and seller in a real estate transaction. For example Field expense A has 3 option A : buyer, seller, or 50-50. Field expense B has 3 option B : buyer, seller, or 50-50. At the end would be the total fees each for buyer and seller based on the options. Thank you Joie

Hi, having an issue with distance calculations. This has been implemented and has worked fine for 2 years or so. Suddenly, this is only working for logged in users. If not logged in, then the amount that should be added based on distance calculation is not applied. Any ideas?

Hi, I was wondering is it possible to have multiple estimators added to a single summary? I would like people to add a certain estimate to a summary and then go back to the start to be able to add another product to the same summary. Hello, No, sorry, there is no specific option to do that currently. If needed, you can duplicate the steps of the form several times, link them successively and add a condition like "if the button 'Add another product' is selected in the previous step" on the link to call the steps only if the wanted button is clicked .

Is it possibile to make two option payment that is one single time and one subscribtion payment? Like customer has to pay 50$ for activation and 8$/ month. And use PayPal as option. Is it possible?
Hello, Yes it is possible. Once the "Use subscription" option enabled in the form settings, you can use the item option "Price mode" of each item to define if its price is a part of the subscription cost or of the single cost. The result will show both results (ex: $50 + $8 / month). It also works with Paypal, Stripe and Razorpay payments.

Hello, You simply need to give the same "Group" name to the items of the second step to do that. It will automatically unselect the other buttons when the user will click one of these buttons .

It is amazing product but the issue is lack of documentation for its features. Can you please guide me how to to pass the title value of checkbox/image to Zapier webhook instead of price/quantity.
Hello, Currently it is the price of the item that can be sent to Zapier, or its quantity/value if it has no price, but nots its title. I note the suggestion and will study the possibility to allow the admin to chose what attribute must be sent for each item.

Text Alignment settings in Form Designer aren't being applied. When I set text to Alignment: Center, then save it, it just changes back to Auto.
Hello, The defined style is probably overridden by another css rule. You can edit the generated rules by clicking the pencil icon at top right corner of the Form Designer screen, and add the css tag "!important" to the wanted style to force it to be applied. Ex : #estimation_popup .btn { text-align: center !important ;}
