I'm fed up to use the support contact form and get no answer for 48 hours on a problem that is urgent. The plugin is excellent but the support is not fast. Can anyone help me ? I don't receive the admin e-mail anymore, for a couple of days, when a customer ask for a quote. The customer e-mail is received.

Hello, We correctly received your support requests and replied twice to your emails (immediately after receiving them) , but apparently you do not receive our answers (sent to the email gre***@wanadoo.fr). Please send us a working email address, so you will be able to read our answers. As the mentioned problem is to not receiving orders at this same email address, I think this email account does not work normally.

Hello, Once the payment configured on the "Last step" settings tab of your form, you will see a new option named "Isn't a part of the subscription" on the item panel. The prices of the items that use this option will define the one time fee. For example, you can simply create an hidden and preselected checkbox that use this option to add a single cost to the total price. You can also use the custom calculation option to change the price of this item depending on the defined conditions . The total will be the one time fee + the subscription fee. It also works with Stripe and Paypal payment (the one time fee is paid immediately, then the subscription fee will start the next month) .

Hello, You can change the "Layout" option of any item to "Column" or "Row" (full width) from the item panel .

Hello, Is there a way to make a field that the customer can upload one or more images so that the image will sent to me after they fill out the form and paid? Another qeustion: Is there a Customer Management? So that I can see which customers have filled out to which step(or maybe canceled) and can see in the dashboard the Uploaded file and the payment status? Thank you!

Hi there, 1- You can add multiple file upload field to upload the images . 2- You can view and edit the orders that are generated by plugin, but not the steps canceled by the users.Thanks for your suggestion. We noted it. You can see the uploaded files from the backend and from the order sent to the admin by email .

Hi there, You can add any Paypal account to make payment. Plugin dont have any issue with Paypal Account.

Hi, I used the file upload option the upload was successfull in the order. But I can't open the file (in the email and in the backend) Forbidden You don't have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/CostEstimationPayment/599ab3168473a/test.png on this server. Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe I use WP-Security. Do I need to give the folder some special permissions? Also the images I upload for the selection don't appear. (Only a square with a background color) Thank you!

I already found the solution. The folder permission is by default 747, but I only can see the files with 755 (CostEstimationPayment and the folders inside should be also 755 by default) Can I change that somewhere? Otherwise only my hosting prover could hlp me.

Hello. I plan to create a survey form. With your nice plugin I can build all questions that I need. But my question about form statistics. By default the form statistics shows an orders (not a survey forms). And what info I will receive for survey targets? I need use survey statistics about percent the one or other answer. Or with your plugin I will receive only each answer (via email) and I must executing manual analysising it? Thank you.

Hello, Sorry, there is no this specific option currently. You will receive the order by email (and it is also stored on the backend). There is also a chart of sales / estimates made, but not from a specific variable like requested.

Hi there, Thanks for contacting. You can view the order history in back-end including the name of selected images only. There is no any image display in order summary.

Hi there, On the orders stored on the backend or sent by email to the admin, the summary contains the links to the uploaded files by the customers. The customer see only the name of the uploaded files, but admin see the images through links .

Hello, Simply paste this rule in the "Custom CSS" option of your form (Design settings tab) : #estimation_popup select:after{ display: none !important;} It should fix this css conflict .

Bonjour, Je ne pense pas que ce soit compatible, car les 2 plugins mentionnés ajoutent l'option de paiement en 1 ou plusieurs fois directement sur les pages produits, et non sur la page du panier directement. Utilisé avec woocommerce, le formulaire ajoute les produits sélectionnés directement dans le panier,puis peut afficher la page panier afin de terminer la commande. Il faudrait plutôt utiliser un plugin qui ajoute une option de paiement en plusieurs fois directement dans le choix du paiement final après ou sur la page panier .

Dear Sir/Madam, We have a problem with the plugin you have developed. The option to send the form as a .pdf to email doesn't seem to work and it crushes the functionality of the plugin itself. Hello, No, sorry, it can't be done with a slider currently. The best way is to use a dropdown or a numberfield to allow the user to fill the value in ft and inches .

in my final step, i opted to show a summary of the order. the first row has 2 columns: "description" and "information". even when I delete the text, the row is still there. is there a way to delete/hide this first row?

Hello, The first column of the summary contains the title of all selected items. The column "information" is only displayed if the summary contains the values of textfields,select fields, textareas, file fields, to show the filled value inside, and is automatically hidden if the form doesn't contain such values. I improved the plugin to also hide the information column if the option "Show in summary" is disabled on these items. It will be included i nthe next update. You can contact me from the support tab, I will send it to you immediately.

thank you for replying so fast! not sure if i was clear...sorry. i'm not talking about hiding the values of the fields. i want all the data in the fields to appear normally, the only thing I want to hide/delete is the ROW where the titles "description" and "information" are. this row wouldn't appear and the table would start with the 1st step title row. for example, like in your screenshot below: https://s3.envato.com/files/230419087/screen_01b.png the green row of the table would disappear. it wouldn't exist. and the table would start right with "mobile or website" row. did i explain it better? thanks again!

Negative values are not appearing in the Summary. I have a discounted price set for a certain item combination. The discount is calculated, but the line is missing from the Summary. I have "Show in email/summary" set to Yes and when the numbers are positive it appears, but anything negative seems to be removed. Can you help with this?

I'm about to buy this but I need to verify one thing - I'm going to host this on Wordpress but then embed this via an iFrame on an external website. I need to know if it's possible to have the final button open in the parent frame? target="_parent" won't work because the href appears to be href="javascript:" in the source code.

Hello, No, sorry, there is no such option. I recommend you to use the PHP Standalone version of this plugin in this case.

The standalone version works directly on any php website and already uses iframe (with automatic resizing on each step) .

The embedding isn't an issue - I think I'll have the same issue though (with the final step loading a page within the iframe).

Hello, The values of textfields, textareas, selects etc ... are displayed in the column "Information" of the final summary. You can use the shortcode [project_content] in your email template to show the summary . You can also freely add your own content in the admin's and customer's email template. If you want, you can contact us from the support page sending us a temporary access to the backend, we will check your form .

Simply fill "3" as slider price to do that. The defined price will be automatically multiplied by the selected quantity.

Hi, I have a question about layred image. I have tested it with multiple item, like your example in Live Preview of plugin and it works fine. The layred image is always centered and it does not seem possible to place it in a row with other item elements. This is a fantastic plugin, there are a couple of things which are not working for me. I removed the email from the last step and put it at the beginning to capture the data at an earlier point, however even after saving the email is being added back to the last step once you navigate away from the plugin. The second thing is despite connecting with mail chimp and selecting Send contact as soon the email field is filled, I am not being sent the email details after completion which I placed at the first step.

Hello, Thank you ! 1. An email field is required by the plugin. If it doesn't detect any email field in the form, it will create a new one in the last step. The tip to do that is to create an hidden and prefilled email textfield (with the "Type of information" option set to "email" and "value" option set to "[email redacted]" ). 2. Only the contact informations can be sent to MailChimp / Mailpoet / GetResponse (name, phone, city etc ...). The full order is sent by email at end of the form .

Hello, I have installed the plugin in a multi-site structure, built with subdirectories (mainsite.com, mainsite.com/catalog). I asked in a presales question if the plugin worked in a similar structure and you have confirmed. I use the plugin in the subsite mainsite.com/catalog/ Unfortunately, Form Designer do not work because it do not show me the isolated form (where I can select the items to edit) but it shows me the homepage of the subsite. If I navigate and arrive to the page where the form is present, the site structure is always present as the menus and the Form Designer do not select anything. I have verified that if I try to use the Form Designer at the main site (mainsite.com), it works correctly and shows me the isolated and editable form. What can I do? Thanks Marc

howdy, could I use this to create a 'what kind of loan do you need' form? The user types in several variables (loan amount, term, etc), and at the end, we present 3 boxes with 3 different lenders/loans that meet the criteria?

Hello, Using paypal payment, the user will be redirected on the paypal page at end of the form (then you can redirect him where you want). But using Stripe payment, the payment will be make directly in the form, and the user will not leave the current page .

The Form Designer seems to have stopped working. After spending over an hour just trying to change the color of a bit of text, I thought I should contact you. I can access the Form Designer just fine, and everything seems to work (except the settings sliders jump values a lot) but when I save the changes they just don't take. I've tried using Chrome and Firefox, clearing the cache, hitting "Apply" and "Save" repeatedly, and every possible setting variation I can find but nothing helps. Anyways, our launch is coming up soon and if we can't fix this then we're going to have a huge problem.

Hi there, Once the option “Use subscription” activated (“Last step” settings tab), you will see a new option “Isn’t a part of the subscription” on the item settings panel. Activating this option on one item, their price will be a part of the single total cost. The form will show the subscription price + the single total price.

Hello, 1. It can't directly select/unselect an item depending on the selection done, but you can use the "Show depending on conditions" option to show or hide some items (they can be preselected) depending on the selection done. It is also possible to duplicate an item (set the first as preselected and not the second one) and use the mentioned option to activate the good one depending on the wanted conditions . 2. Yes, you can freely use checkbox, image, slider, button, select field etc ... 3. Yes, you can set any item as "required" .

Ok a couple more questions then 1) Is it possible to select or deselect options based on an option chosen on the same step? Essentially I am looking to have four "templates". 1. Yes, it can be done in the same step 2. Yes, simply give them the same "group" name. Only one item of a same group can be selected at same time .

Hello Loopus, I have just one quick question. When I try to have a customer to select more then one color in the form, nothing seems to pop up for color picker. http://www.jbranddesigns.info/freelance-cost-form-digital-application If you go to the graphic section and select logo, you'll see what i'm talking about. What can I do to resolve this issue or is it the web browser because on Firefox when testing the form inside the form builder EP, everything works fine including color pick but when it's for public use the color picker is the only issue... besides the fact that on google Chrome the page load up takes to long.

Sorry, the formula displays incorrectly. For example, if a grant amount is less than $10k then our rate is 9,5%; if more than $10k then our rate is 8% etc. Can the plugin apply an appropriate rate to the grant amount which our site visitor fills in and calculate the final price?

Hello, The custom calculations use JS code, the "%" can't be used like that, you must write the real operation : [item-79_value]9.5% Should be : ([item-79_value]*9.5)/100

Hello, The decimals are automatically hidden if they are equal to 0 in the progress bar and in the total price displayed at top of the final step. To hide decimals in the final summary too, simply enable the option "Hide decimals" in the "Last step" settings tab of your form .

I am using this to build an residential painting calculator that groups pricing by size of house. ex: small, medium and large. Hi there, I'm having trouble with the Custom Calculation function. Here's what I need it to do: In Step 1, the user selects their items, say Item-61 and Item-62. In Step 2, the user selects an upgrade which adds a fee for the previously selected items, say an additional $55 for Item-61 and an additional $100 for Item-62. I tried this: if(([item-61_isChecked])) { 55 } if(([item-62_isChecked])) { 100 } When the user selects item-61 and item-62, it should output the price of $155 ($55+$100), but with this, the output is just the $100 for item-62. How can I get the sum of these based on the items they selected?

Hello, You can freely edit the items of the last step from the "Last step" settings tab of your form. You will find all the options to customize the final summary in the same tab. If needed, there is an item option named "Show depending on conditions" to show/hide any item depending on the selection done and the values filled in the form. In the same way, you can create conditional redirections to redirect the user to a specific page at end of the form depending on the filled conditions. You can also use the Form Designer tool to freely customize the design of any step of your form.

Hello, Thanks for this awesome plugin! We are currently using this plugin as a price calculator for printed materials on https://abac.atu.ro/ We have the following problem: In our first Step, we have added an extra Checkbox Item (similar to the one used in your video tutorial "How to use custom calculations ?") that " Is selected " and " is Hidden ". This item contains all the math conditions that we need to calculate the final price. If the client/user selects nothing in the first Step he can easily go to the next Step because of this hidden checkbox... Is there any way to fix this Step not to go forward to the next step if the quantity or other checkboxes are not selected? Thanks.

Hi there, You need to select all required fields before go to next step that is wanted by you. There is no option to select the is required” option for slider. You can set the Min value for it or add the condition on linking to next step.

That the point... We don't need all fields to be selected. Just one from each group. There are 3 groups: Quantity, Dimensions, and Paper Type. You have 3 options from which you can select only one.

Hi there, If you have three elements in a group that all of elements are marked as required. You need to only select one element because you are in a group. It does not matter that you have set required all elements.

Can you please help: Form works fine in preview but in the live front end: 2 of 5 dropdown items are missing, a headline style looks wrong and the next stop from step 2 doesn't work. By the way: I wrote a correct h3-tag into a headline field, don't know if that was a bad idea? Thank you.

...ok I simply deleted these h-tags. But one error left: There is a step which consists of two groups, each with two checkboxes...skipping to the next step is only possible if the first checkboxes are choosen...I don't know why it doesn't work when checkbox number 2 is chosen.

Hi there, There are two group. You have total four checkboxes , two checkboxes to each group. What do you mean by the first checkboxes? Do you want to require the selection of one check box of each group? You should enable the "Is Required?" option at checkbox settings.

Hi. Presale question. I read in your features that plugin can display prices for regular one-time payment and subscription at the same time. I need to display both prices and for each options/step, change the total of both. The plugin can do that, right? And if yes, how payment will be handled at checkout? One fixed price and one subscription? Thanks

Hello, Yes, the result of a form can be a subscription price + a one-time price. But each item can define one type of price (subscription or one-time payment) , not both at same time. If needed, you can create an hidden and preselected checkbox that use custom calculation to define the one-time price depending on the selection done . It also works with payment (Stripe or Paypal) : if there is a subscription price + a one-time price, the one-time cost will be paid immediately, and the subscription will start at the next date of payment (each month, week, day or year, depending on the form configuration) .

Excellent. Let's say I use your hidden checkbox solution. So if customer choose to add option#2 and that option adds $2/monthly, the hidden checkbox will add, for example $10 of setup fee to one-time total or you mean that this hidden checkbox would calculate one-time price based on subscription grand total?

As you want. You can use this solution for each item that has a double price (creating different hidden items), or only one time to calculate the one-time total price.

Bought the plugin.Cool. I try to use the hidden field method. The first item of my step is a checkbox that adds to the subscription total and it's working fine. My second item is a pre-selected hidden field with "isn't a part of subscription" also checked and I use this for calculation: 0 if ([item-1_isChecked]){ 29 } but it' not adding up to my one-time total. Is item-1 the good term to use? I've also tried with item title without success. Thanks

Hi, I am looking to purchase this product, however I wanted to check a couple of points first please. 1. Can you import data (such as CSV or any sheet type) that updates prices or fields of your items within the form held online? 2. If not can you export a form, then update the price data is an easy way, and then import it back? 3. How do you select which products are shown in the quote that is emailed to the client, I have watched the tutorials on youtube but didn't see. 4. do you offer additional support once the 12 months is up? Hi there, 1- You can import the Full Forms only through this option not update the prices or fields of your items within the form held online. You can edit the the forms to change the price , fields etc. 2- You can export the form but Its not easy way to update prices etc. You can edit the the forms to change the price , fields etc. 3- There is a option in Item/elements field to select WooCommerce Product. 4- You need to upgrade support after expired.

Thank you, in relation to question 3. Let me explain please: I would like external clients to make a quote for our services and then for a quote to be emailed to them, which I know your plugin can do. when the client is filling in the form online, can we make it so only some of the options or items are selected will show in the quote. But some of the options selected we would like to NOT show in the quote that is emailed, is this possible? i.e is there a way to select what options the quote will show.. Hi there, Plugin has this feature through item/element edit settings. You can hide/show any item in Quote/Email. But You cant show specific one item at Quote and Hide at Email at once.

Each step is shown like on a new "canvas" and the previous one is gone. Is it possible to list all steps under each other on the screen? Like on a bill where you can see all the things you bought and at the bottom the final price?

Hello, There is no this specific option, but you can create a single-step form by creating your items in the last step only, and use the "Show depending on conditions" item option to show/hide specific items depending on the selection done. You can also use "Rich text" items to create some titles to separate your step in different parts .

Hi, I have a problem to create a price calculation with distance. I created on my form the same process as on your demo distance. On your demo, it works, the calculation is done well (number of kms x the quantity of 10), while there is no Google API key configured. On my own form, this does not work even though I have well integrated the key API Google I created! That adds me $ 10 and does not multiply by 10 ... I would like my client to enter his contact information and calculate the distance between my address and his address multiplied by the price per km. Therefore, the client would only have to enter its address, mine is always the same so it should be able to define it by default (needless that it appears). Formula: (distance between customer and me) x € per km. Example: 100 kms x 0,58 € = 58 € which are added to the price. How do I please? Thank you for your help. Cordially.

For the price calculation, you can simply set a price of 0.58€ to a preselected image item (it also can be hidden) and enable its option "Use distance as quantity" . I have searched comments and know from your answers that it is possible to do the following; but I have tried many options and still cannot figure out how to: (1) hide prices from the web page summary; but show them in the email; (2) hide the empty "Information" column on the web page summary and in the email summary. Hi, pricing calculation - is it possible to do the following within one [checkbox] object: Change total price so far to 800 if 3 of the conditions [Step A = YES, Step B=YES and Step C=YES] from previous the previous steps were 'Yes' / met. Can this also be in the form of multiple IFs? Hi there, Please go through the Performance > Minify page. First you need to add JavaScript files that you want to be minified. Scroll down to JS section and then under the ‘Operations in areas’ set the embed type to ‘Non-blocking async’ for the section. Next, you need to click on the ‘Add script’ button and then start adding script URLs that you copied from Google PageSpeed tool. Once you are done, scroll down to CSS section and then click on the ‘Add a stylesheet’ button. Now start adding stylesheet URLs you copied from Google PageSpeed tool. Now click on the ‘Save settings and purge cache’ button to store your settings. Visit the Google PageSpeed tool and test your website again. Make sure that you also test your website thoroughly to see that everything is working fine.
