I'm fed up to use the support contact form and get no answer for 48 hours on a problem that is urgent. The plugin is excellent but the support is not fast. Can anyone help me ? I don't receive the admin e-mail anymore, for a couple of days, when a customer ask for a quote. The customer e-mail is received.
Hello, We correctly received your support requests and replied twice to your emails (immediately after receiving them) , but apparently you do not receive our answers (sent to the email gre***@wanadoo.fr). Please send us a working email address, so you will be able to read our answers. As the mentioned problem is to not receiving orders at this same email address, I think this email account does not work normally.

You receive the notifications from envato but apparently you didn't receive our 2 emails. Please send us an email where we can reply to you, we will help you (or maybe check the spam box).

I sent a new email from another account, I hope you will receive it. I can't delete your message, but you can edit it (during 5 minutes) and hide the email address .
