Hello. I've just bought this plugin and although the layout seems very intuitive I can't figure out how to do a relatively simple pricing calculation. I have a variable value of size, eg 10, 15, 25, 35 (in a check-box step) to multiply against a number of weeks 1 through to 52 (in a slider step) and I'd like each size value to be multiplied by every week depending on the selection made. Any help appreciated.

great plugin. Can this plugin send data to external CRM? If not is it easy to modify?

Author loopus

Hello, You can export the stored orders as .csv from the backend. Otherwise, you can directly recover all the filled items in PHP in the file includes/lfb-core.php , in the function named "send_email" . If you need a specialized team to add specific customizations to your version, I recommend this one : https://wpkraken.io/?ref=loopus

This plugin looks amazing!!! Is it possible to put different admin emails for different forms? Can I also put different PayPal or Stripe details for different forms? Does it calculate distance and give me the result as an integer/number so I can do calculations based on the distance result? For example, can I put a field with my postcode in it which cant be changed as the 1st postcode and ask the customer for their pick-up postcode as the 2nd postcode and a 3rd drop off postcode and calculate the distance between all 3 post codes and back again to the 1st postcode so I can have the distance of the round trip. This way I can do a calculation to work out petrol cost for a round trip. Is this possible?

Author loopus

Hello, Thanks :) 1. Yes, you can define different admin emails for each form 2. Yes, you can also use different payment method for each form 3. Yes, you can do such distance calculations. A distance calculation is always between 2 addresses, so you simply need to addition the distance between A to B to the distance between B to C to get the final distance. Once your google map api key filled, simply click the button "Add a distance" in the custom calculation of an item to easily recover the distance between two addresses filled in your form and use it in your calculation .

Customer Sim2K

Wow, your plugin really does sound amazing! If I get this job I am after, I will definitely purchase this plugin.

Hello, Can this plugin do cost calculations for construction/remodeling type services, similar to the ones here: https://www.homewyse.com/services/index.html ? I don't need it to do calculations based on zip code, but need to calculate based on hourly rates, square footage, and quantities. I'm not sure I need the "steps" feature of your plugin, but just have checkboxes with pre-defined values as well as user defined fields. Thanks!

So I am looking at your tool to see if it will work for my needs. I need to create a form like the one seen in the following screenshot https://goo.gl/yUeRBH. Its essentially a purchase requisition. I want to be able to have a person enter the Unit price for an item the quantity and based on it automatically mutiplying those two things it populate a value in the Total column. I then want to be able to take sum the "Total" column and place it in a column at the bottom called "Grand Total". Can I do this with your form tool? I dont want the form to be multi-step I just want the full form to appear on one page.

Author loopus

Hello, Yes, you can do that by using this plugin. You can use custom calculations to multiply the values of the mentioned fields : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xH8frpa7wL0 . Customer inMotion-Medien

Hi Community, all my calculations are net prices, so I need in my summary two more fields before the total price: one field for sub total (that is the the summary field for all positions) then a tax field and at least the total field (subtotal plus tax) with the gross price. Is that possible, and when "yes" how can I do this. Thank you very much Oliver

Author loopus

Hello, Here is the way to do that : Create a new step just before the last one Create a new "Subtotal" checkbox inside Set it as preselected, hidden and activate its option "Don't add price to the total" Activate its "use calculation" option and fill this calculation : [total] Create a new "Tax" checkbox in the same step Set it as preselected and hidden Set its "operator" option to "X" and the "percentage" option to the wanted tax (ex: 20) The step will be hidden in the form but you will see the Subtotal and Tax values in the final summary .

Customer inMotion-Medien

Hello, thank you for your help. It works, but when I create a step with a distance and calculating the price (ex: distance btw. 2 postal codes and 1 Euro per km) the workaround with tax and subtotal is not working. subtotal and total is the same (net price. Oliver

Customer CaseyGraffix

Hi, I need to be able to format the table that produces the [project_content] area in the email that is sent to the client, at present there are no options to style this area or add the fields manually, how do I style this to my needs please.

Author loopus

Hello, The final summary table is automatically generated by the plugin, depending on the selection done in the form. You can change its styles by adding css rules in the "Custom CSS" option of the form. You can also enable or disable the option "Show in the summary" on any item or step of form to show it if it is selected by the customer. If needed, to add custom fields only in the summary, you can create hidden and preselected items in your form and enable their option "Show in the summary".

Customer CaseyGraffix

Hello yes i understand that but my issue it you are using a table in the summary and on a mobile device it scrolls off to the right of the screen, I tried changing the table layout to flex but that only solves have of the problem. Is there any other solution to not use a table as such in the summary?

Author loopus

The summary table uses the bootstrap class "table-responsive" : if the screen width is smaller than the table, the table can be scrolled horizontally. It is the normal behavior (without it the table would exceed the size of the screen). You can fully disable the summary table by disabling the option "Show summary" in the "Last step" settings tab of your form.

Customer CaseyGraffix

Thanks for your reply but scrolling horizontally on a mobile device is not an acceptable solution, it looks like an after thought in the UX design, we need the summary visible but not in its current state.

Author loopus

It is the normal behavior of bootstrap responsive tables when the screen width is inferior to the table width : https://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/tryit.asp?filename=trybs_ref_table-responsive . If you prefer, you can paste this rule in the "Custom CSS "option of your form (tab Design) to reduce the zoom of the summary on mobile devices : @media (max-width: 480px) { #lfb_summary {zoom: 0.7 !important;} }

Hi, great plugin! Fantastic work! I'm looking to use this as a 'costing system' - but on the last step I would like a checkbox, giving the option to choose to display 'cost prices' or 'retail prices' (cost prices with 10% added), where once selected, it automatically change all the prices of the previous step selections (adding profit). Is it possible to edit the prices of previous items on a previous step this way? I.E if an item on step 1 is £100, an item on step 2 is £100.... then on step 3 I have a checkbox, that once ticked that would add 10%. So on the final summary, the item on step 1 and step 2 would display as £110? Rather than three separate lines displaying £100, £100 and £20? I hope that makes sense!

Hi - I would like to add to the slider a text box so users can type in the number rather than just using the slider. I have the following code from a previous comment: var sliderTitle = "Slider"; var numberfieldTitle = "Value"; jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+numberfieldTitle+'"]').on('change',function(){ jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+sliderTitle+'"]').slider('value',parseInt(jQuery(this).val())); }); jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+sliderTitle+'"]').slider('option','stop',function(){ jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+numberfieldTitle+'"]').val(jQuery(this).slider('value')); }); }); I have paste in the code but does not work. I understand I have to change "Slider" & "Value" at the top. What do I replace those with? I am thinking I am putting in the wrong names. Thank you!

Author loopus

Hello, To use this code, you need to : Create a new item "numberfield" named "Value" Create a slider named "Slider" Then paste this code in the "Custom JS" option of your form ("General" settings tab) : var sliderTitle = "Slider"; var numberfieldTitle = "Value"; jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+numberfieldTitle+'"]').on('change',function(){ jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+sliderTitle+'"]').slider('value',parseInt(jQuery(this).val())); }); jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+sliderTitle+'"]').slider('option','stop',function(){ jQuery('#estimation_popup [data-originaltitle="'+numberfieldTitle+'"]').val(jQuery(this).slider('value')); }); }); If you rename the two items, you must replace the variables "Slider" and "Value" (2 first lines) by the exact titles of your items . Is it ok ?

Customer sjluca

Thanks - Not sure where I would find those exact titles. The slider title - I used the title name under step options page. Not sure what the number field is??

Author loopus

The title is the text you filled in the "title" option of your item. To create a numberfield, simply create a new item and set its "type" option to "Numberfield". This code was given to another customer who wanted to change the value of a numberfield of his form when a slider changes.

I have a bit of an bug... If I create an image with an added quantity as a field it works ok until I add a minimum. With the minimum I am unable to change the number manually on desktop, trying to do so give various different numbers - presumably as the first number entered is less than my minimum so it automatically reverts to the minimum and the next digits are added to that. On mobile it is pretty much un-usable with the minimum value as there are no up and down buttons. In my use case I need to add a minimum of either 10 or 15 as below this the product price isn't viable. I could use a dropdown box, however I need to access the quantity for price calculations elsewhere... Or is there a way to collect the "Option Value" to use in a calculation (if only a number is used, no other text) - my guess is no to this! Customer recedo

It is a bundled version I have so am currently contacting them but it seems like a bug so thought I'd pass on to you. There isn't a similar setup on any of your demos so hard for me to establish if it's plugin or theme related. Regards

Author loopus

Ah ok. As you can see on the "License" panel of the plugin, if you had the plugin directly included in a theme, the support is delivered by the support team of the theme. In this case the support requests must be sent directly to their support team, they will help you .

It's a great plugin so I decided to purchase a licence to compliment my bundled version (will be good to try the form designer too). Will drop your support a line now :)

Hello, great Plugin, but one question: Before the last step i create a step (Checkbox) with 3 Elements. The 3 Elements have a condition: Elements 1 price is 240 and should be set when total quantity is 20 The Elements are not displayed and the price should be add to total Price. But it don't work correctly because the total quantitiy is not right. When i have a total quantity of 4, the price of element 2 is shown. How can i make it correct? Thanks a lot for help

Hi there, I have this plugin via the X theme. Haven't used it in a while and now I see there is a layered image item. This is interesting to me as I am using it for wedding invitations, which may have different colourschemes. Do you have any sort of documentation for this item before I start delving in?

Hi my icon suddenly moves (slightly right) when it spins now... It didn't use to do this. http://nanajou.com/?lfb_action=preview&form=6

Author loopus

Hello, Apparently you simply forgot to add images in your images items (the file http://nanajou.com/nj/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/arranging-300x300.png doesn't exist) .If you don't need image, you should use "checkbox" items instead of images one .

Customer linyingyen

Hi, I fixed the issue by rewriting the address to http://nanajou.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/arranging-300x300.png, but the issue is still there, the image does not spin in place, it moves just before it start to spin.

Customer thegreenmouse

Hi, I searched the comments here but couldn't see anything relevant. Firstly, AWESOME plugin, it really has impressed me. I'm experimenting with the best way to structure my service pricing form, and was wondering if you can have a repeating step? So if a customer wants an item, and sets all the options, and then can do the same step again for as many times as they need? Essentially each time you do the step you are adding a new item to the price and summary? Thanks

Author loopus

Hello, Thank you very much :) Currently, a same step can't be called several times (otherwise the last selection will replace the first one). To do that, you need to duplicate the step several times and use conditions on links to call the next duplicated step or not (for example, it can be a checkbox at end of the step named "Do you want to to continue for other items ?").

Customer thegreenmouse

That makes sense! Thank you for the quick response

I wanted to purchase your plugin since I saw it has great features as my friend has installed it in his website. However, as I navigated through his site, I realized that the operators (+, -, x, /) are not functioning well. The addition (+) was functioning well, but the multiplication (x) was not functioning appropriately (Instead of multiplying, it’s like it was adding up figures). I want my site to have similar features to his, and that is why I am worried about this. I wanted to know what might be the problem before I purchased the plugin.

Author loopus

Hello, The operators "X" and "/" allows you to add or remove a percentage (applied to the total price) instead of a normal price . If you set the option "operator" of an item to "X", the "price" option will be replaced by "percentage" . You can use quantities or calculations to apply multiplications.

Hi There, I purchased your estimator plugin a few days ago. This usually does not happen to me, but I must be missing something, because for the love of it, I just can not get it going. I want to use this plugin in a silicone wristband e-commerce site. We sell the bands in quantities from 100 (min) to tens of thousands in one order. Obviously a tier (quantity) price applies. And I can not get this quantity field which is my first step, figured out. If I use an image field , then i get a small quantity button with up and down arrows to adjust the quantity. While this may work on the average retail site, I can not use this for the quantities we are working with. If i use a number field, then I can capture the 5-6 digit number, but then the price bracket (which shows on the bottom right when using an image field) is no longer activated... What am I missing? Looking forward to your soonest response. Edwin

Pre Purchase Question. I would like to know if i could input a shortcode from another plugin.... let's say a domain checker plugin, will it render in the form and will the information be saved and viewed like other entries

Author loopus

Hello, Yes, you can use such shortcodes in any step of your form, but the data of the used plugin can't be used as entry of the final order. It would require a custom js script to copy the wanted data in an hidden textfield of the form. If you can send me a live example of the mentioned plugin, I will check if it is possible .

Customer docihealthcare

Ok thanks, the domain checking plugin i'm interested is the WORDPRESS Instant Domain Checker plugin. I would like people to be able to register domain names as part of the process to creating their websites.

Author loopus

Ok, here is the way to do that : Add your shortcode item in a step Add an hidden textfield named "Selected domain" in the same step Paste this code in the "Custom JS" option of your form: var stepTitle = "My step title"; jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('.genSlide[data-title="'+stepTitle +'"] #domain_name_wpress").keyup(function(){ jQuery('.genSlide[data-title="'+stepTitle +'"] [data-title="Selected domain"]').val(jQuery('#domain_name_wpress").val()); }); }); It will copy the filled domain from the mentioned plugin field to the textfield of the form . If needed, you can copy paste this code several times and replace the step name ("My step title") by the new ones . Another simple solution is to insert the shortcode to allow the user to check the availability of the domain then simply ask him for the final wanted domain in a non-hidden textfield . Feel free to contact me from the support page if you need more help.

I really need this number picker as the slider is very difficult to use in a touch based device. Thanks

Customer jimbazi

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/leftstick/angular-number-picker/master/docs/img/demo.png

Author loopus

Hello, There is no this specific option currently, sorry. I note the idea. If you use a "image" item instead of slider, the user can set the quantity by clicking buttons + and - . You can also replace the quantity selection on image items by a numberfield or a slider by changing the option "Quantity selection style" in the "Design" settings tab of your form .

Customer jimbazi

I tried what you suggested, but on mobile/ipad it doesnt show u "+" or "-" option. Can you please quote me the customization cost to have this feature implemented.

Author loopus

If the option "Quantity selection style" is set to "Buttons", it should show the buttons on mobile too. If needed, you can contact us from the support page, we will check it. If you need a specialized team to add such specific customizations to your version, I recommend this one : https://wpkraken.io/?ref=loopus . They are used to work with this plugin.

Customer jimbazi

Thanks for your reply, is it possible to make the "+" and "-" a bigger size?

Author loopus

Yes, simply paste this rule in the "Custom CSS" option of your form (tab Design) : #estimation_popup .selectable > .quantityBtns { width: 90px; margin-left: -45px; top: -45px; } #estimation_popup .selectable > .quantityBtns > a { width: 36px; height: 36px; border-radius: 18px; line-height: 36px; }

Customer jimbazi

Thanks alot!

Customer jimbazi

I'm also facing another issue where the "+" and "-" overlap the images above them when selecting on "Use Column or Row? = Row"

Author loopus

In this case, you can increase the height of rows with this rule : #estimation_popup .row { padding-top: 28px; padding-bottom: 28px; } You can also directly do all these modifications directly from the Form Designer tool .

In fact, I like to use this as Gift Certificate for a restaurant. So, I'd like to be able to send the PDF to the person wich receiv the gift, not only for the person who pay the gift. 1. Inserting an email input within the form 2. Send the email to this email

Author loopus

Yes, simply set the "Type of information" option of a textfield to "email", and the pdf will be sent to this email .

Desperately needs WooCommerce subscription support, I notice this has been asked for over 3 years by various people.

Author loopus

Hello, There are many different requests, and as you can see I add new options to each update. I noted your request, but this feature isn't planned currently, sorry. If you need a specialized team to add such specific customizations to your version, I recommend you this one: https://wpkraken.io/?ref=loopus . Otherwise, if you can't use the plugin without this specific option to use it with the mentioned plugin, you can contact me from the support page and ask for a refund, no problem.

Author loopus

Hello, I added Woocommerce subscription support :) It will be a part of the next automatic update. You can contact me from the support page if you want it immediately .

Hello, I would like to integrate facebook pixels into my form. I want to track each step/tab one by one. I already have the JS code: fbq('track', 'Photobooth_Konfigurator', { Konfigurator_Schritt:'1-n' }); I should know now what the single JS parameter is called for the respective steps. Can you help me at it?

Author loopus

Hello, All steps are loaded when the page is loaded: the form is fully powered in ajax . It would require to customize the main js file to call the good api function using ajax on each new step. If you need a specialized team to add such specific customizations to your version, I recommend this one : https://wpkraken.io/?ref=loopus .
