Google Analytics 4 measures site visits and Google Ads measures advertising clicks and checkout completions, only for the purposes you accept. Neither is required to buy. Necessary checkout services remain available.

These optional Google services may set audience or advertising cookies after your acceptance. Analytics and advertising are separate choices. Acceptance and refusal are remembered in this browser for a fixed 180 days, without extending the period when read. You can withdraw or change your choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawal removes optional first-party Google cookies and reloads the page if Google has already loaded (using session storage in this tab if persistent storage refuses the withdrawal; a blank page opens only if both stores cannot safely record the withdrawal and a stale approval remains). Checkout, external demos, videos, support and newsletter services have their own privacy information.

Create booking forms and manage calendars

Create a calendar, define available days and hours, connect date fields and verify that submitted bookings create the intended events.

Where to find it

Plugin toolbar → Calendars; date component → Calendar

Before you start

Decide which resource each calendar represents and check the WordPress timezone. A date field alone does not create a booking unless event registration is configured.

The local calendar is empty. Set availability before connecting it to a date component. Screenshots use the English plugin interface; translated labels can differ.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Calendars and add or select a calendar for your service. Configure available weekdays and hours.

  2. Use event categories to distinguish services. Add unavailable periods using the busy-date option where appropriate; check full-day versus timed events.

  3. Edit the date/time component in your form, choose its Calendar and configure the event registration options and any related end date/time fields.

  4. Configure default or event-specific reminders only after checking email delivery. Submit a test booking and inspect the event in the calendar.

Check the result

Verify selected date, start/end time, timezone, customer details and blocked dates. Check the behavior when the same slot is requested again, especially for limited-capacity services.

If it does not work

If no event is created, check the date field’s assigned calendar and registration settings. If reminders are late, check WordPress scheduled tasks and mail delivery. Do not assume external calendar synchronization unless you have configured an integration for it.
