Your privacy choices

Google Analytics 4 measures site visits and Google Ads measures advertising clicks and checkout completions, only for the purposes you accept. Neither is required to buy. Necessary checkout services remain available.

These optional Google services may set audience or advertising cookies after your acceptance. Analytics and advertising are separate choices. Acceptance and refusal are remembered in this browser for a fixed 180 days, without extending the period when read. You can withdraw or change your choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawal removes optional first-party Google cookies and reloads the page if Google has already loaded (using session storage in this tab if persistent storage refuses the withdrawal; a blank page opens only if both stores cannot safely record the withdrawal and a stale approval remains). Checkout, external demos, videos, support and newsletter services have their own privacy information.

Viewing and Editing Orders

Viewing Orders

Upon clicking the "View Order" button, you gain the ability to modify the order status, edit it, and dispatch it to the customer via email.

Resending Order Emails

You can resend the order confirmation email to the customer at any time from the order view page. This is useful if the customer didn't receive the original email or if you've made changes to the order.

Editing Orders

Editing an order lets you alter item names and prices at will. Utilize the "+ Item Row" and "+ Step Row" options to append new rows to the summary table. The "Modify Total" button facilitates adjustments to the single total price, subscription price, and VAT price (provided these options are enabled in the form settings).

Adding Items

Add new items or entire steps to an existing order to accommodate additional customer requests.

Modifying Totals

Adjust the total price, subscription price, or VAT amount to account for discounts, additional charges, or corrections.

Order Management Best Practices

  • •Regularly review new orders to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.
  • •Update order statuses to track progress and keep customers informed.
  • •When editing orders, always communicate changes to customers to maintain transparency.
  • •Use the PDF download feature to create professional invoices or quotes for customers.
  • •Regularly back up your orders database to prevent data loss.

Pro Tip: Create a consistent workflow for processing orders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Consider setting up specific times each day to review new orders, update statuses, and follow up with customers.
