Your privacy choices

Google Analytics 4 measures site visits and Google Ads measures advertising clicks and checkout completions, only for the purposes you accept. Neither is required to buy. Necessary checkout services remain available.

These optional Google services may set audience or advertising cookies after your acceptance. Analytics and advertising are separate choices. Acceptance and refusal are remembered in this browser for a fixed 180 days, without extending the period when read. You can withdraw or change your choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawal removes optional first-party Google cookies and reloads the page if Google has already loaded (using session storage in this tab if persistent storage refuses the withdrawal; a blank page opens only if both stores cannot safely record the withdrawal and a stale approval remains). Checkout, external demos, videos, support and newsletter services have their own privacy information.

Where to find it

Public form page, browser developer tools and the relevant plugin settings

Before you start

Keep a backup and use a staging copy for conflict tests. Note the plugin version, form ID, page URL, browser and exact sequence that fails.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Reproduce once while logged out. Compare the plugin Preview with the embedded public page using the same answers.

  2. Open browser developer tools. Record the first relevant Console error and failed Network request, especially admin-ajax.php. Keep the response/error stage, with secrets and personal data removed.

  3. On staging, disable cache/minification/delayed-script features one at a time, purge their cache and retest. If only images fail, also inspect the theme’s image lazy loading.

  4. Reduce the case to the affected field, step or integration on a duplicate form. Change one setting at a time, then restore the intended configuration after diagnosis.

Start with the symptom

SymptomCheck first
Shortcode shown as textUse a shortcode-capable block and verify plugin activation.
Next is blocked or a step is skippedRequired fields, start step, links and stale conditions.
Wrong totalUnit price versus quantity, selected items, tax and coupons.
Images missingActual image URL, HTTP status and conflicting lazy loading.
Email not receivedRecipient mapping, SMTP, spam and mail logs.
orderError responseRecord the stage: reference_allocation, order_persistence, email_delivery or webhook_delivery; inspect the matching server log.
Payment not confirmedGateway dashboard, test/live mode and callbacks; a saved order is not a transaction receipt.

Check the result

Repeat the original failing sequence after the fix, including mobile, back navigation and final submission. Verify that no relevant console or network error remains.

If it does not work

Send support the minimal reproduction, plugin/WordPress/PHP versions, form ID and sanitized error details. Provide a single-form export only through the support channel when requested; never publish keys, private resume links or customer records.
