Your privacy choices

Google Analytics 4 measures site visits and Google Ads measures advertising clicks and checkout completions, only for the purposes you accept. Neither is required to buy. Necessary checkout services remain available.

These optional Google services may set audience or advertising cookies after your acceptance. Analytics and advertising are separate choices. Acceptance and refusal are remembered in this browser for a fixed 180 days, without extending the period when read. You can withdraw or change your choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawal removes optional first-party Google cookies and reloads the page if Google has already loaded (using session storage in this tab if persistent storage refuses the withdrawal; a blank page opens only if both stores cannot safely record the withdrawal and a stale approval remains). Checkout, external demos, videos, support and newsletter services have their own privacy information.

Build your form

Create, preview and organize forms

Find your way around the forms list: create a form, preview it, duplicate a working setup, retrieve its shortcode and inspect its orders.

Before you start

Choose a clear naming convention, for example “Cleaning — live” and “Cleaning — test”. A duplicate is useful for experiments; an export provides a separate backup file.

Open a form from the list or use its action buttons. Screenshots use the English plugin interface; translated labels can differ.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the forms list. Use the create action to start a form, or the edit action on an existing row to open its step graph.

  2. Use Preview to see the visitor flow. The preview is separate from the page where the shortcode is embedded; test both before launch.

  3. Use Duplicate for a variation of a working form. Rename the copy, review emails and payment settings, and use its own shortcode.

  4. Use the row actions for Shortcode, Orders, Statistics and Export this form. Hover over an icon to read its label before using it.

Check the result

The form name and ID match the page you intend to publish. Changes to a test copy do not change the shortcode of the live form.

If it does not work

If the wrong form appears, copy the shortcode again from the correct row and check the page builder content. Before deleting any form, export it and preserve any order records you need.
